its an ok course, Very overpriced for what it is. First hole fairway is basically rocks and dirt.. Not the best way to start off a day of golf. they typically load the course with as many people as possible so expect to play a 3 - 4 hour 9 holes. Good luck my advice is find courses outside the city they are better and cheaper and less crowded. this season we came here a decent amount and realized there are way better places at better prices not that far away.

Wonderful facility w great people. Grill is awesome w sweet view. This place is everything a public golf club should be and more. Putting green, driving range, parking lot and restaurant.

Decent golf course with reasonably good condition greens, and a good driving range. Very tight spacing of holes, so always be on the lookout for stray balls flying overhead. Also, be cautious of playing here after rain, as the drainage is not great and it turns into a swamp. Reasonably priced, but you get what you pay for.

Very enjoyable round of golf. Staff was very friendly. Price was quite reasonable, which included cart and lunch. Greens were in good condition: grass was filled in and smooth and the roll was true. I was disappointed that there wasn't a range on which to warm up as I arrived early. (It's under construction.) I was concerned when I arrived at the first tee as the first hole was not visually appealing; it appears to be undergoing some reconstruction. The second hole was a minor improvement. But the third hole and beyond were very nice. I am visiting from out of state and hope to play this course again.

Complete Disaster Area-Having not played Putterham for about 5 years, I was looking forward to playing it again. Used to be fun, reasonably priced and well kept. I dont know what has happened, but this is now the worst course I have played in years. The fairways are dried and lumped with moguls, the bunkers are completely unkept and have grass growing in some of them. The drainage pipes are coming out of the ground in some spots, making foot tall speed bumps everywhere. The only redeeming thing were the greens, and even some of them were not great. They just opened a new driving range, but that money would have been better spent in reclaiming what was once a fun track. It is now one of the worst courses I have seen in New England. Save your $63.

Decent course and decent range. A little expensive for what you get, but not bad.

The good: Driving range, fun layout, greens are usually in good shape, classic turn of the century clubhouse, reasonable price. The bad: Low lying fairways are always soggy, very much so after any rain. Other fairways have erosion issues and become dirt patches (notably #1). On the back 9 many of the fairways are criss crossed by exposed drainage pipes. To the course's credit, there has been ongoing work to deal with the issues above. Apparently more will be on the way when funds are built back up after the opening of the driving range.
