Well maintained course. CAN be a little slow at times but is a nice mix of "easy" and "challenging" holes. NO BEVERAGE CART but the bar on site is now open for a 19th hole. (Can't bring any beverages from bar on course though).

Hickory Hill is a good municipal course. It's a reasonably challenging course but not frustrating and the course is in excellent shape.

I played the front 9 and the greens were rolling quite nicely. Overall the course is in good shape, especially given the wet spring we have had this year. The food in the clubhouse is VERY good. The drinks are reasonably priced. The staff is great. The driving range has grass tees but hasn't been opened yet this year.

Came here to golf once early in the fall this year with a few friends. We were pestered the entire time by the "security" driving around the course following us and watching us. Every hole they (the same guy or a different guy) would tell us to pick up the pace and that they were 20 mins behind schedule. The problem was that the golfers in front of us were still in the way so we couldn't go any faster even if we wanted to. Despite this fact they continued to usher us to move faster. Too frustrating to have a good time. You come out to a course with friends for a nice relaxing day expecting to maybe get frustrated with bad shots but not bad service. If I thought that there was even a chance to get my money back I would have complained in person, but if this is how they ran the course I wouldn't have expected any more guest satisfaction. Probably won't be coming here again. Nice course though.

Always crowded with people who won't let you play through. Beautiful course just wish the starters managed the players better. I was there today stuck behind two people who shot 10 plus shots every hole didn't let me pass. So I waited 20 mins per hole just to tee off. Instead of 9 holes taking an hour and a half it took 3. Of course the one day no one is there I get stuck behind someone, weather it's crowded or dead you'll have to wait for people who don't know golf edicate. Probably will be the last time I play there and I live off the same street! Just sucks always backed up. Usually every other course has people driving around making sure no one is backed up. Actually left on hole 6 because it was that bad. If you go there bring a book or something in between holes.

Average golfer. 15 Hc, play ready golf, and extremely courteous. Hick Hill is horrible. I wish they would give me a price to purchase the course and I would buy it and run it properly. Arrived at 1215, for a 1244 tee time. There were 10 foursomes waiting. We didn't tee off until 1256 and the starter was launching people every 3-4 mins trying to catch up. Grow a set and slow those tee times down to 10 mins and take better care of the people that are there to play. Walkers? On the weekend? When you are behind...... come on guys..... Needless to say I will not be back!

Had the worst experience today that I've ever had at a golf course. Firstly the course is in bad shape. I understand it's later in the year but not even the fairways were in good shape. Greens had been aerated recently which is normal this time of year but there were a few different greens where you'd be putting off dirt. This wasn't even the worst part. I've never seen a course with so many rangers talking about pace of play. One ranger would tell us we were behind pace and to speed up and another one would tell us we were on pace. Again I understand this is part of running a golf course but this course was too worried about it. It made my fun round with my friend and dad pretty miserable. I doubt I'll go back in the future.

Have played hickory hill a few times and I must say I will never be back. Although the condition of the course is fine, the pace of play was horrible, the prices were too high, but the staff was the worst issue. Pro shop staff was extremely rude and seemed like they didn't value your business. Rangers were rude and yelled at you for slow play even though you were waiting on every shot! Needless to say there are many nicer, cheaper, freindlier courses in the area.

Club house and staff was great. We had breakfast before we teed off, great food! Course was still preseason and was wet in many places, but a very nice and challenging course. Nothing but very good things to say. Some of the greens were a bit rough, that is the only reason for 4 stars.

Great place for breakfast. The food is fantastic and you can watch the golfers as you eat. The staff is so nice and friendly. Very accommodating! I would totally recommend for breakfast. I only wish they were open year round.
