Really enjoyed this course. -just show up no scheduling needed -they only take cash but have an ATM inside -laid back atmosphere, this isn't your country club course and that's ok. -tee boxes aren't numbered and it can be confusing especially on the back 9

Fun local course! Front 9 is long and flat, the back is hilly and adventurous, check it out for a cheap 18! No reservations so it is a great last minute outing! Could be an immaculate course is someone wanted to invest serious $ but they take care of it well for an inexpensive place to play

It had been over 1 year since previously playing here. I use to continually go here every time I played golf. Love to support a family owned course. The front course seemed to be in better condition than years past. Even thought 4 holes in it was raining pretty good. It cleared so we finished the front nine. After starting the back nine a down pour came along. I did not get to play the back 9 due to rain. I hung around 40 minutes to wait it out but it continued. Management would not permit a 9 hole rain check, nor a return for later that day. Reason given was that people could leave and give a friend a pass in instead. Well, that is somewhat understandable. Although, I would suggest a little more customer friendly approach by allowing the person to hold onto their pass with 9 holes marked off as played for the day issued (they scan your drivers license to issue your cart, why not use that as proff of return on the same day to finish what was paid for? Honestly, that small change in practice would make more likely repeat customers in the future. Moving forward, unless there is a zero percent chance of rain, I will not be returning to play anytime soon. Poor policy and practice...imo.

It was very hot but enjoyable! Slow in front of us really bog play down! The golf Marshall stop and said he try to speed the groups in front of us but to no avail! The group in front of us finally quit and went elsewhere! We were walking and had to wait most of the time! We finally decided at the turn to play the front nine again and didn't have wait at all!!!

It's a good course to the season off on. It's an OK course. Not very taken care of. Greens are terribly slow. But like I said, it is a great starter course.

I like golf and bring my kids when I can. However my daughter and I visited this place Sunday and I tell u what staff completely sucks. Don't visit this place I'm a laid back guy and they made me lose my temper and 30 buck someone flattened my tire after all this bull. Horrible experience I will never return and thinking about talking to some lawyer about legal actions

I have played the course since 1967. It is one of the better public courses in Louisville, Ky. The green fee in 1967 was 75 cents, and the only way to hold a green was to pitch and run. Today's greens are some of the best in the area.

Recently played after 30 years away! I grew up near the course and was around it a lot as a kid. What a beautiful golf course it has become. Family owned and operated, second generation owners. Please support this wonderful course and family. It will not be another 30 years before I return. The front nine has grown in beautifully with, now, 40 year old tree lines separating the fairways. Very challenging, narrow, deep cut fairways force you to be accurate and make correct club choices. The back nine, which was new to me, played even harder. Narrow, undulating fairways with water along the way made for a difficult, but beautiful, and fun, round of golf. I will go back many, many times. Please get out and support this course!
