On the way back from the Masters my buddy and I stopped off for a round of golf at Dale Hollow. The staff is great, the price is ridicules low $25 with a cart, we just played at a private course two days earlier for over $100 a round not as nice. We arrived at about 5 PM the day before our tee time and we thought we would take a look at the course. Went in the pro shop and met Rick, he offered to let us use a cart and drive the course. What a pleasant surprise, a incredible course and super fun to play. I'm a 9 handicap and my friend is 16, we both had a great time. Coming from Augusta this course had as much elevation changes as Augusta. greens were in good condition, this course is a great find, we would like to come down next spring for several days. This is a solid 4 stars, may have been 5 a little later in the season. The Minnesota Boys

Course is well maintained and employees are friendly and helpful. It is a challenging course but you choose the tee box that meets your game and you should have an enjoyable round.

2019 will be our 5th year playing golf and staying at the lodge, you can not ask for a better time,staff is wonderful in every aspect, there is 24 of us that stay and play ,they take care of always,love to play there,can't wait for next trip,thanks dale hollow staff,looking forward to next year,

My favorite public GC in the state. Choice of tee boxes will make it as easy or as hard as you want.

Will so much for playing a beautiful golf course. Had a tee time for 1:20 got out but played between a group playing in a scrammble then the last 4 holes we got stuck behind a group of 8 that wouldn't let us play thru. When we ask at pro shop which we already new your not supposed to do that. This will probably be our last trip here. Also did not get 18 holes in went to play the first 2 holes an there were 8 on each hole

Course was great other than the debit card fraud where my account was repetitively charged with payment scheduled five days later so I couldn't dispute them. Now they won't accept responsibility and are telling me my bank will have to dispute with the credit card machine company. No one at the State park has offered to make this right. If you golf here, use cash only.

First off. The hospitality from the girls in the front office was great. The entire establishment was far above average. The course was challenging and in great shape. Hats off to the entire establishment.

Absolutely gorgeous setting. The course was undergoing some bunker renovations and upgrades. The fairways were extremely well maintained and the greens were pretty consistent. Fabulous experience for an inexpensive, public course.

Wow - such a great course !. The views were spectacular on every hole. The greens and fairways were in perfect shape. A nice pro shop with very friendly staff. Well worth the effort to find and play. I plan to make a stop every time I get to the area.

WOW, WOW, WOW, WHAT A BREATHTAKING, SHOWSTOPPING, BEAUTIFUL, UNFORGETTABLE GOLF COURSE!!!!! IF ANYONE KNOWS OF A BETTER VALUE IN GOLF PLEASE POST SO I CAN SEE FOR MYSELF. WE PLAYED HERE FOR $25 AND WERE BLOWN AWAY BY THE CONDITIONS AND LAYOUT OF THIS COURSE. EVERY HOLE IS A NEW EPIC JOURNEY. LOTS OF ELAVATION AND SHOT SELECTION. DROVE 3 AND HALF HOURS TO PLAY AND WOULD DO IT AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT. THANKS DALE HOLLOW FOR A WONDERFUL DAY OF GOLF!!!!!!!

My buddy and I played this course and I can definitely understand why it's considered one of the best in Kentucky, if I could give it 6 stars I would. Gorgeous layout, extremely well maintained and a very friendly staff, I even got a quick lesson from the course pro while we were waiting out a storm in the clubhouse and it changed that aspect of my game. Awesome place, can't wait to go back!
