First off, GREAT JOB on turning this course around. I lived in Brownsburg 7 years ago and lived there 3 years and played West Chase a couple of times and pretty much decided I would never go back. The course condition back then was horrible for the price they charged. Had a cross pollination problem in the fairways that only got worse, staff was extremely rude and clearly wanted nothing to do with treating guests with respect in kindness to at the very least make golfers feel welcome considering they knew the course was no where near what it could be. You guys have done amazing work and turning it back into a beautiful course that is well manicured and greens well taken care of. I only recall one spot on the front 9 that had cross pollination in the fairway. Those things take time and what you've done in only a couple short years is impressive. Don't let the front 9 fool you into thinking it's an open course with big greens and kind of wide fairways, the front 9 is tough. Lots of hazards (sand, water and tall grass) well positioned to make you hit straight and good distance control, especially on approach shots. The back 9 is my favorite. Lots of big elevation changes and all the same hazards with the addition of a LOT more trees. Really enjoyed the course. That being said I have one kinda major issue and one minor. Major being the clubhouse staff. Now the morning I played was in mid to late September and early morning, So only one person working in the clubhouse, While he wasn't hateful he was kinda rude. Zero eye contact at the counter when I was asked my last name and tee time. I asked if the course was still pretty wet, his immediate response was "90 degree rule". Offered no info on the course (no way of him knowing I had played there before 8 years prior) even when asked pin position. Our fault that we had a guy that would make it 10 min before tee time, he had never been there before and thought quail creek down the road is where we were, bad directions on my part. But he seemed pretty annoyed when another guy in my group told him our buddy went to the wrong course would be here in just a few min (next booked time was 20 min after us). He was bringing range balls out to the range for an outing later in the day while I putting. I made the comment that I thought it was pretty cool they brought them out in pyramid shape, had a good appearance on the range. His response was "gravity". That's it. Our buddy showed up and went straight to the clubhouse and he called us since obviously no one in there, seeing he was setting range balls out. So we let him know he was up there and he said "oh now he's up there" then continued on for another 5 min and then went to the clubhouse. I don't mind he continued to finish on the range. We should of been more dilligent on getting everyone there earlier. But the general responses were unnecessary. Now the minor I will keep much shorter. Wish the fall rates were lower than $38. Summer rates are definitely fair. But fall rates are lil high in my opinion. I like playing a lot of the top ranked courses in the state. Especially in the fall. I have more free time on weekends then. I know of a couple of top tier courses that are $8-$10 cheaper this time of year. I'm playing one on Saturday for $25 it's top 6 and may be coming to play west chase Sunday. Undecided at the moment. But all in all. I love what you are doing with the course
