A GOOD course, for the money I give it 'B'. For the layout and care 'C+' I have played this course about 20 times(I'm 31). I always enjoy this course and spend have spent Father's Day with my family(father and brother) for the last 3 years.

The old course could use some TLC. The greens were pretty torn up. The fairways we're mostly okay a few large bare areas. The Fellowship with my group made up for it.

Enjoyed this course a lot. Not perfect conditions but still good for the price. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were a couple unique holes that really added to the experience as well. It's a fun 18.

Lots of 400+ yard holes! Old course with alot of history. Okay it while you can; the city of Indianapolis and Mayor Joe Hogsett is trying to give the land away to a local college free of charge (at least no benefit to the tax payer). Course closing at end of 2019 season.

Fairways are a bit close together. Get used to people playing the opposite hole veering into your fairway.

It's in bad shape, they won't let you pay for and play 9, and I got stuck behind a 5-some of walkers. Never going back.

Unfortunately, Riverside golf course is not in good shape at all as of June 1, 2017.. The grass has not been cut often enough, and many areas have cut grass laying around on the fairways. There are numerous low areas with standing water and other areas with large muddy patches. Several of the greens are in terrible shape. It is a shame that the people running Riverside have let it deteriorate to this degree. Pebblebrook, another public course, only charges $2 more than Riverside for 18 holes and it is in much, much, better shape.

It's a city course so whatever but definitely one of the worst I've played. Lot of fairways are dirt, the "greens" are similar to shag carpet and the rough is pretty much just clover. Hit up coffin instead

In complete disrepair. Greens are trashed - unrollable in many cases. Fairways are all dandelions. Back tees are completely overgrown.

Garbage...pure garbage golf course. Maybe worth $10. Hard dry weeds as fairway. Nothing but weeds until u get to fringe. If you are here visiting and want a golf experience go somewhere else. VERY disappointed because I only had 1 day in town to golf. Oh and i took the price and time of day into consideration as well....they have dam mats as tee boxes on the 18th hole!!!!

Hotter than blue blazes yesterday yet enjoyed it as always. Some of the tee boxes were interesting as they didn't really look like tee boxes LOL. Shot my lowest score ever there 20 years ago, so there will be many fun memories...
