This is a very good golf course and it is fair. The greens were in great shape when I played -7/28/14- and the fairways were a match. It is quite interesting in its change of terrain and links to wooded holes. The fee is very reasonable and in my opinion represents an outstanding value. This course has at least four very tough holes but are very playable and not overly penal. You pick the tee and if it is too easy just go back til you're satisfied. I played the back tees on a cool day and with the wind in our face I could not reach the 18th (par four) with two good shots. My only criticism is 3 of the holes where trees come into play on tough par fours I feel it is a little over the top with difficulty- #9 drive in center of fairway and I'm directly behind tree, same story on # 7. And #10 is one of the tightest driving holes anywhere- a little too tight in my opinion. That said it is interesting to play tight holes then go to one with a 50 yd wide fairway. If you're in the area - play it- you won't be disappointed.

Course was excellent! guy at front desk was awesome!! However me and my buddies were harassed by a super rude 72 year old ranger who asked us “ if we know how to read” and made other unnecessary comments towards us as if we were illiterate monkeys when we did nothing wrong. He said we were driving the carts on the wrong spot when we were clearly not!! He passed up 2 carts that were driving on the fairway (which is against the rules) to inform us we can’t drive on the fairway when we were driving in the rough and as he drove away to our dismay he drove on the fairway! He harrased us for the first four holes which made the first 9 holes miserable but the last 9 holds was perfect when we were left alone to play! I will not again pay $48 to be heckled by a angry grandpa who was the epitome of disrespect! With all that being said this use to be my favorite course until today!

If you like a bunch of creepy old men following you around and taking pictures of you on their golf course for "not following the rules" then this is the place for you. Not a fun course at all when you are being creeped on by weird old dudes following your every move and then they wait until the very end to yell at you. If you want a fun stress free time with friends or family then this is not the place for you. Horrible business here.. (if you wanna call it that)

Never have I been treated so poorly at a golf course. Guy at front desk needs to go! Plus if you dont want people to be good consumers and get deals- dont be part of golf now!

The course was good. The guy in the clubhouse was super nice. However, there was a 72 year old "Ranger Ralph" who harassed myself and my fellow golfers four times on the first four holes. We were not acting out or being boisterous, yet for some reason he met us on the first tee box to read the rules. He then followed us around and harassed us three more times. He drove up the fairway, passing two carts parked on the fairway, to ask us why we were parked in the shade, out of the way, on a day when temps reach the high 90's. We were waiting to let other, more experienced golfers, play through. The fourth time he approached us he drove across the fairway again and accused us of being lazy and illiterate because we drove our cart on the rough. He insulted us and ruined our experience. I hope someday the 72 yr old "Ranger" can turn that frown upside down and not ruin such a beautiful course with his sour attitude and railing accusations. My first time golfing here was a bust because of this rude man. Being new to the area and looking for a place to become a member, this old man has not helped their case any and i certainly will not be paying nearly $50 to be badgered repeatedly by an old, disrespectful, snarky man.

Course was great condition. I was there on Wednesday August 23rd. The guy In the pro shop was terrible. We had buy 9 holes get 9 holes free coupons. He said that meant you had to have a second person there and you can play nine they can play nine. That's not the way it works. It means you pay for nine and can play nine more for free. That's always been my experience. Also it said get a free bucket of range balls. He said that also meant you buy one bucket and get a second free. The coupon said you get a free bucket. It didn't say anything about having to buy one first. He needs to be removed. He is terrible with people.

Save your money and time. The prices are atrocious and a creep will follow, harass and confront you. Absolutely asinine business with terrible greens.

In the beginning of the summer the course was beautiful. But towards the end of the summer it is looking really rough and in not good shape. Some of the markings around the course isn't their fault from some unexperienced golfers. But overall a decent course.

No way. This course is 3/5 stars at best. The GOOD: course layout, fairway conditions, no adjouning housing additions except for a few condos. The BAD: only a sledgehammer could get a ball to roll on these greens, poor sand trap conditions, no carts on fairways where it doesnt make sense, at the rack rate, its over priced. Final thought: If you buy golf coupon or buy from golfnow, they will NOT honor their replay rate. At Meadow Valley, Golfnow rate same as rack rate. So, no bargain and with golfnow fees, it will actually cost you more at this golf course.
