Kampen is one of 2 courses at the Boilermaker complex, a wonderful use of marshland. A Pete Dye design rings true as land / water provide a challenging course. We played when it was very cold... but it was still a nice walk and course was in good shape. A recommended stop for any golfer whose looking for a getaway along 65. Pro shop guy said Kampen was harder fwiw

Everything is just as you'd expect. Length and Pete Dye just messing with you the whole time. Well kept. High handicappers should avoid this tough track. Low handicappers and adventurous mld-handicappers are in for a challenging treat. A fair course, too. Just beautiful views.

Nice driving range. Great course layout. This course makes you plan each shot. Course condtions are above aversge. Friendly staff. If you mishit, this course will not forgive you. Heather and rough are out of control in many places. Watch out for ticks. Walking to next teebox, I had one on me. If discount available, I would play this course again.

This is a great course designed by famous architect Pete Dye. It is serene and challenging from any tee. Water comes in play at just the right time and even when you score is high, this course makes you enjoy nature at its best.

Tough course for beginners (maybe they all are!), but fun beautifully maintained course.

Its ranked top ten college courses in the US for a reason. Beautiful, well maintained, DIFFICULT pete dye course. DO NOT PLAY the tips, unless you're better than scratch or a glutton for punishment. One of my favorite tracks in the world. this is a $300 round if it was closer to chicago, a must play!
