Here we offer you the opinions of real people who are purchasing the products of BanBury Golf Course Eagle (Golf) in the area close to Idaho.
Right now the business has a score of 4.4 out of 5 and this rating is based on 292 reviews.
You may have noticed that it has an average rating is really high, and it is founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the evaluation is quite accurate. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to write scores when they are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Golf is included in the category of Public golf course.
Amazing venue, was here for a wedding and the whole staff was having fun and being interactive. Would give 6 stars if it were possible.
Great place to relax
Attended a wedding here and the grounds are very well taken care of. The facilities are comfortable and not pretentious. I walked down around part of the course and it was pleasant.
Great place
Awesome course. I will be back.
I avoid it like the plague. Bunch of yuppies
I am a frequent visitor to the restaurant/bar at Banbury golf course.
Great layouts with nice greens and Fairways. Definitely worth a round
Greens were in great shape, front 9 completed in 1 hour 40 minutes, beautiful up close views of the Boise river on holes 12 and 13, great place to spend your morning or afternoon.
Jamie Baggs place
Very nice course, well maintained, fairly challenging. Bit more money than other courses in the valley. Houses line the holes which isn't my favorite.
The course, driving range, and shop are all great. Good condition and friendly people all around.
Best golfing in the treasure valley
Had to take away a star cuz the prime rib was overcooked.
One of the best in Boise area. Greens are awesome.
The clubhouse staff is friendly, the food is above par for golf course food and the facilities are beautiful. If you can make it in the early morning fall or spring, it is beautiful!
Ties for my favorite course in the Treasure Valley. The most manicured of any public course here. I'm no golf pro but it is challenging, with a lot of water hazards.
Fun course!
Fun but challenging course, beautiful setting
Driving range ball machine broken....Left without one swing!
Beautiful water features in this Boise River locale.
Top notch.
Loved the course.
Very nice golf course. Staff Mae us feel welcome and appreciated
Beautiful facility.
Excellent. Very nice course.
I am a frequent visitor to the restaurant/bar at Banbury golf course. I personally do not play golf but at the restaurant the food is good and the atmosphere is great. The customer service is second to none I would totally recommend Baneberry golf course and restaurant to anyone.
My friend and I stopped for lunch today. I had told her of the good food and service I had received in the past including an office Christmas party. Today was not what I expected. First, I had to go find a waitress, I ordered a diet coke and the waitress brought lemon aid. She did realize before she set it down that is was not what I had order. I ordered a BLT on wheat toast. The sandwich was terrible. The toast was burned and buried on the bottom side. There was no mayo and it was very bland. The waitress never asked if we wanted refills on water and dc. She did come back and ask if everything was ok. By this time the burnt toast was laying in plain site on my plate. I told her of the problem and she never offered to correct it. We were the only people eating. One man at the bar and one at a table drinking something. My friend said her sandwich was as bland as mine. Very disappointed I suggested having lunch at Banbury.
Great place. Good course. Good clubhouse, drinks food. Good family place.
Incredible course. Beautiful views, Well designed holes, and Challenging. Staff is very friendly and professional. Clubhouse Restaurant is excellent. Great food, Great Value, Great service. 5 Stars for you BanBury......
Great course to play
The course is nice. Staff is rude and way over priced. I golf a better course like falconcrest for cheaper or centennial.
Very niceeeeee
I played the first 9. as a beginner, this course is PERFECT. T time was 8:40, grass was super wet Even though I didn't rain, and the greens are SUPER slow. I'll be back.
Great place. Celebrated one of our family members life there just this past weekend. Coller shirt club. Dress nice!
Best public course in the Treasure Valley. Always in excellent shape with great greens and from the tips a formidable challenge. Water on all 18 holes! A must play in the Boise area. Very walkable too.
Great course/hole layout, beautiful landscaping, greens are in great shape and roll true. Definately recommend...
Just stopped in for lunch. Nice little grill for a quick meal...good food and nice scenery
Good place to play golf.
I like the staff there and the driving range I use on a weekly basis. The Green fees are over priced. Over $30 for 9 holes (walking). That's their "winter rate." Carts are another $9.5 for 9 holes. The course isn't good enough to charge that. They are usually known for how smooth their greens are. Not this year, greens are worse and their prices are higher.
Best course in the area!
Beautiful course!
Very nice golf course. The restaurant is expensive. For a experience and to show off a challenging track bring your friends here.
Well kept, fun, and just long enough
Nice course well maintained but horribly slow play
Great golf course
Best course for the money. Greens are always in great shape. Beautiful course and the staff are first class.
Great course in tbe valley.
The course is one of a kind-very enjoyable and easy to walk. The staff is always nice and helpful, and they have a large amount of kids programs for kids of all ages & abilities. Great practice facility also with everything you need to fine tune your skills!
Very nice course.
Nice wedding spot
Had lunch at the clubhouse. Thought it was a nice atmosphere and food was as expected. Service was very nice.
Hard but fair challenge if you play the tips. Course is usually in really good shape.
Challenging course. Not the cheapest, but you have to play at least once.
Really great food!
Well conditioned course. Challenging layout with variety of tee boxes. Great friendly staff.
Best course in the treasure valley by far and a great place to come and practice your putting game
Beautiful place that I worked an event at. Very nice people.
Beautiful golf course
Great coarse to play
Amazing course. Probably the best public course I’ve ever played.
Visiting Banbury. Shout out to Tina. You are wonderful and the food was great! I will definitely be going back.
Beautiful course
Great food and service...
Great golf course, but Alan Barkan does need to practice on his putting.
Good for group events. Somewhat noisy on Wed night's in the spring during the men's league but very friendly patrons and service.
Beautiful greens and reasonable rates!
Enjoyed playing in the One By One Foundation's annual golf fund raiser...beautiful day - beautiful course!
Very nice golf course. Only used the driving range but would consider playing the course.
Well kept course. Great option for a round.
Fantastic course. Excellent food. Instructors amazing. Why 3 stars you ask? Because they have a ridiculous mosquito problem that they do not warn you about. Fix that and you would get more late day players.
Fun challenging course.
Upscale
Great course and great food at the clubhouse.
One of the nicest, if not the nicest public golf course in Boise. It’s not easy, but it’s got a little of everything to keep it interesting. It’s relatively flat so you can walk it or they have both push and power carts for rent. The clubhouse has a nice pro shop and restaurant/bar. Be sure to call ahead as this is a very popular wedding venue and the restaurant/bar closes early often to cater those events. There is a nice flat driving range with ball machine so it’s available during just about all daylight hours.
The bar and restaurant have great food and service. The girls on Wednesday night are awesome!!!!!
played the course a few times, well maintained. their superintendent is doing a great job. speeds are faster then most public courses and the do a great job on maintenance. but better values out there such as (falcon crest, shadow valley) my issue was with the pro shop. Employee was rude on the phone. might have been the afternoon I called in (6/10/2019) to asked a few questions on their associations and ended up be treated so poorly with synical answers and at one point they laugh at me. I have a niece getting into golf on that side of town. I was hoping to join the family association with her so we could play a few evenings a week because she has no one to play with, its nice to see young girls getting into the game and I could help her out. the answers I recieved did not make any sense and while asking for more details I started getting mocked on the phone. I don't think I could play here again after being treated like that. So be prepared for hostility on the phone. I doubt they would treat someone like that in person but who knows. it will be pulled from my groups rotation.
Yep, Pro shop Employees are not great. I'm calling around to get inquiries on kids lessons, and I called once asked to be put on hold... hung on for about 2-3 min no response, then called back a 2nd time about 5 min later and was asked to hold and I told the girl no, and just asked about lessons, and I guess she had already put the line on hold.. no response back so I just hung up. Too bad they have poor customer service. 6/18/18 11:55am
Excellent!!! Eveeythibg is great -the service, the view, the food, and the undisturbed atmosphere. All this makes any event there a huge celebration and is source of unforgettable nice memories
Great course. Very welcoming to Junior golfers.
Great wedding!
Fun golf course, excellent staff!!
Good for large groups and the food was pretty good and a decent price.
not easy to shoot at a golf course, but the views are stunning.
Best, and most challenging, course in the valley. Well maintained and beautiful.
Great course, and the best junior program in the state.
Beautiful golf course with a very friendly staff. They are also very welcoming to junior players. I've hit the water hazards plenty of times but always enjoy my experience on this course.
I love going out to Banbury!! They have a super cool coarse, great atmosphere & amazing employees! They always cook me up something delicious and the conversation is always easy! Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a fun day out golfing, or even just a bite to eat! They’ve got a fabulous cook staff and super friendly bar staff! Hey on out there everyone!!!!
No one showed up this morning to open the pro shop. We decided to play so we wouldn’t hold up any tee times for the rest of the day. After the round when we went in to pay we received the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from the course pro (Katie). I’ll never be back, spend your money somewhere else.
Great course.
Range ball machine is still broke for cards, been 2 years since I told the clubhouse. Use that extra dollar you now charge to fix the card reader
It's a nice place to visit, just don't get in the way of the entitled rich folk.
Easy course to walk
Just moved to Eagle and was surprised by a course of this quality right in town - AMAZING COURSE!
Best golf course
It's now my new favorite golf course.
I was there for a meeting. The food was good and the clubhouse is nice.
Great course! Challenging layout!
Good course great location and beautiful views
Perfect day
Great course, always in good condition
Great course. Not so much for a beginner. I lost a ton of golf balls to the water.
Excellent Track!!
Great course, very beautiful area. There are a lot of small ponds and canals spread around the course. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Great spot to play a quick 9 after work. Pretty flat too so it's easily playable without a cart.
Plowing snow.
Course was in good shape. The staff is pleasant and helpful. A good golf course for adult golfers and for families with kids - they have attractive programs for kids.
Course in great shape..
Web site said driving range was open until 8:00 I'm. Asked up at 6:30 to got some balls and they were closed
Nice course, but way overpriced for the average golfer living in Boise.
Ok although could be taken care of better and expensive for the course you play
Spendy, but a very nice course. Don't play on Thursday if you are in a hurry....ladies league.
We did not go to play golf at this well manicured country club. We were there for a wedding that took place there. Very nice and friendly staff, plus the food served was made tasty and well presented. Good job!
Not much to see, dispensers sometimes work
Great little Golf Course
Beautiful course, but a tad pricey. There are more affordable options nearby if you are looking for lower prices.
Beautiful place for a wedding
The course is in good shape but REALLY REALLY SLOW!
No golfing just a meeting but the clubhouse was comfortable
Great place to eat and great service.
Awesome course lots of water
My lady friends, and I just loved! Great service. Very nicely prepared, yummy food. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. Prices very reasonable. I'm coming back with my husband!
Great fairways and greens, well kept and it's just beautiful
One of the best golf courses in town! The kids really enjoyed the Banbury Boomers program. This is a great course for golfers of all ages to enjoy. A beautiful and challenging course.
Beautiful coarse. Lots of great features. Nice clubhouse house. Favorite place to play
Nice course but surrounded by houses, over priced for the area.
Great Course but even a better place for a Wedding! Must check this spot out before booking any wedding venue around the Treasure Valley.
Beautiful course, lots of variety and terrific (electric, quiet, clean, powerful) golf carts.
Hit it straight and you will be fine.
Fantastic course! Challenging and fun!
Looks nice. I was there for a wedding. Wouldn't feed the food I got there to my dog though.
Really nice
Excellent golf course , great prices and employees very helpful.
This course is always in great shape.
Banbury Restaurant has wonderful appetizers - probably the best spinach-artichoke & pita dip that I've ever had!
Nice place with some really nice homes nearby.
Great course and staff is awesome.
Great place
Best course in the valley!
Course is very well maintained!
Great course with great care and great rate for this quality of course.
Nice course , greens a little messed up
A very nice public golf course, one of the best in Idaho. The course runs along the Boise River which makes for a beautiful setting. Always in great shape with mature trees, well kept fairways and challenging, multi tier greens make for a great day on a golf course. One of my favorites.
One of the best maintained public courses in the valley
Favorite golf course! Best people in town!!
Cool
Great golfing community but a little high priced
Great course and staff. A treat everytime.
Fantastic Golf Course. It's one to take visitors to play at as it offers a challenge topped only by how nice the course it taken care of. Also FANTASTIC practice facility. My dad drives out of his way to practice here and I can see why. Great practice bunker, plenty of parking, tons of room so no battling for a spot to squeeze into. I first played this course some 15 years ago and to this day, I look forward to visiting. As for a Wedding venue, the set up is a little awkward, but it works! The staff is amazing. As a Wedding DJ, I look forward to each wedding I get to DJ here as the staff, chef, and venue are nothing but great.
Very well maintained with huge Bentgrass greens.
An amazing, beautiful course, as always.
The Course is in great shape early in the year
This place is awesome! aside from having a beautiful golf course. They have an awesome restaurant and bar. My favorite bartender works there Monica. She sure knows her stuff!
I am here from Charleston, SC on business. I have played multiple rounds of golf since arriving in Boise last week. Everyone I asked said you must play Banbury, so I arrived this morning with very high expectations. I had the first tee time of the morning and the club house was not even open. Not a soul insight except the maintenance personnel. The course is in phenomenal condition, unfortunately Banburys' customer service did not match the courses condition. I will not be back simply because the way you handled business when I came in to pay for my round. The golf world has integrity, you guys did not!
I'm a wedding photographer and have photographer a couple of weddings at Banbury. It's a beautiful location. My only cation would be that the bridal suite is actually not very private. Also, time your wedding right about golden hour, because the sun can get very strong where they usually have the ceremonies.
Beautiful day...beautiful course...great people to golf with all equals fabulous fun!
Fantastic Golf course challenging and fun
Long wait for tee time
Championship golf course with great features. Always in top shape.
