You must have seen that it reaches an feddbacks average is really high, and it is based on a high number of opinions, so we can say that the rating is quite credible. If people have bothered to rate when they are pleased with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we don't usually bother to set feddbacks when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Golf is classified in the category of Golf course.
The Stone Mtn is great to sightseeing in the park, my kids love it. This is alot easier to near the our home city because we not have to drive far distance to find a place like S.M. secondly, honest, I'm too lazy to drive far distance from my home

Beautiful golf course
Nice staff and golf course
Reasonable course but end of season conditions.
Good track!!!
A group of us had dinner there. If you like ribs, try the fried ribs. They taste like they were baked or roasted & then lightly fried... SOOO GOOD.
Pricey, parking is 20 bucks and not the best upkept. However, it is usually pretty quick pace because of the cons.
Poor green, no drainage at all. Very wet course after rain. Expensive for the condition. Would not play here again.
Property and greens , beautiful. Restaurant has a few issues- service was slow and seemed confused. Prices very high for motel style service and food. We shared a plate of fried green tomatoes and fried chicken- Total of five slices of tomatoes and one piece of fried chicken$25.00 Food was good and for a light meal, filling. Took 20 min to order after 20 min of waiting for server to bring water and take order. Property was very nice in an urban mountain design. Clean in a hotel property type of design.
Fantastic course. Stunning
Golf courses are good. The best thing is playing the second round at a reduced cost.
We didn't play golf, but the restaurant is beautiful and the food delicious!
The views of stone Mountain are beautiful. The service is very, very slow. The food is amazing though. If you are patient I would recommend going here. If you are not a patient person than do not go because you will be fuming!
I played both the lakemont and stonemont course. I think 1~9holes of lakemont have beautiful view with stone mountain and lake.
Amazing
There are actually 2 courses, both challenging and we'll maintained.
Absolutely amazing course and very kind staff.
Course is decent overall, but not anything super special
Course was over saturated. Any ball landing in the fairway plugged. Made it play very long. The greens were in nice shape despite the water.
Food! drinks! atmosphere! and service! Was all Go great!
The food is excellent. Every time we go to Stone Mountain we go here to eat It is not only the best restaurant in Stone Mountain but it is one of the best in the whole metro area. Everything we have ever had is excellent. The French dip is killer. The grouper sandwich is awesome. The steak salad is fabulous. If you are in Stone Mountain do yourself a favor and eat at the golf course restaurant, you will not be disappointed.
Very clean an relaxing
Getting better. The greens are in good shape.
I've played both the Lakemont and Stonemont courses at a number of different times over the past few years. Both courses have always been in good condition and the staff was nice and helpful. Add to that the fact that it's only a few minutes from the house and you've got my favorite courses. You have to pay to get in the park so add that to the total cost. I have friends from up north that come down specifically to play gold and we typically end up here. Every time they've been happy with the condition as well as the cost. Lakemont is more scenic but Stonemont is more "technical". If you only play one, make it Lakemont and save Stonemont for the next trip.
Good course a little expensive
Delightful restaurant. We loved the place!!
Played the lakemont course and it was fantastic. I talked to a superintendent and he said the recently removed trees around the greens it improved the air flow which has made the greens way better. The course was in great shape and very challenging. I will go back the next time I am in Atlanta
The staff was accomodating and very friendly. The golf course was in great shape and was a lot of fun to play. I enjoyed myself and will be back soon.
Great layout! But not for walkers!
페어웨이, 그린 모두 관리가 안되고 있어 안좋네요
first round in lakemont of stone mountain golf club.
Muddy, bad greens and arrogant members. No idea why the course was so muddy, it hasn't rained in awhile but it was bad. Apparently they have no drainage at all. I've never plugged so many drives in my life. The fairways that were't muddy were steeply banked (the ball didn't stop on them). Some of the greens had comical breaks (a ball placed on the green would roll 20 yards off). Others were bumpy. Plus they are now reducing the size of some of the greens which makes them even harder. I'm a scratch golfer and would happily say that no good shot goes unpunished here...especially around the greens which makes for a frustrating round. To add the cherry on the top a member approached us for dropping a hole back (because we were looking for plugged balls). Instead of being a decent human being about it he berated us and continued to give us a hard time throughout the round even though we had to wait on several holes. If you like being yelled at looking for plugged balls this is the course for you!
Gloria is a fabulous server with suggestions for a fantastic meal! Between perfectly made Manhattans and great suggestions for wine pairings our dinner experience will be chatted about for a while!
The outdoors await
I had fun at Stone Moutain Golf Club!
The food was quite good, the server very good, but the kitchen extremely slow. Not all of our meals arrived at the same time.
Great golfing event! Use Core Marketing Rita Mort had 70 celebrities attend this golf event!
Beautiful Lake- and Stonemont courses, nice staff, challenging in certain holes
Played the Stonemont side and was one of the best layouts I have played. Very challenging course. The natural beauty is awesome. Very challenging. Call beforehand to check course conditions, etc. Greens a bit slow but that will get better. Very well staffed and run by Marriott so excellent service. Yes there is a $20 fee to enter the park.
Course (Lakemont) was in decent shape given the heat / lack of rain the past 2 weeks. Greens were still healing from recent aeration so a bit bumpy, but playable. All in all, an enjoyable round!
Great track with some challenging holes but greens are impeccable right now, one putted half the holes. We played the Lakemont course, they have 2 courses here. Fairly easy course overall but very beautiful. I have not played the Stonemont track.
Played the Stonemount course and was very impressed with layout. Very narrow and challenging which was a lot of fun. However the greens were in terrible condition. More sand than grass because they are trying to rejuvenate them. There is a $20 fee to enter the park that is not associated with the course but the view of the Stone Mountain throughout the round is worth it
Outstanding course and very good price, worth the challenge!!
I played stonemont gc Robert Trent Jones who created the layout .tough golf, very dry .bring balls and lots of them ..staff friendly .very scenic.love it ..
Charged me more money to golf the newly aerated greens. I live not even a mile away, will not return. What a joke.
It's very good!
The food was fantastic.....Miss Gloria was even better. She is a wonderful asset to your restaurant.
2 great courses
Some of the reviews on here don't do the course justice. They have recently replaced greens on Lakemont and they are in phenomenal shape. Stonemont is the premier course and is in absolutely perfect condition. Definitely will recommend to all my friends!
Amazing place and atmosphere!
The best Angus burger I have had in a long time. My server went out of her way to make me a lemonade that was not on the menu. Very friendly lady from Jamaica but I can't remember her name.
After playing this course last Saturday all I can say is wow and be prepared to loose some balls. What a beautiful course design with some very interesting holes. But that being said I was very surprised that the greens where in such bad shape. Half dead, hard, divots every where, a few times I had to move my ball on the green in order to put because there was laid sod that had the corners rolled up and dirt exposed in my way. Over all great experience but if I had paid full price I would have been pretty upset at the green conditions as this course is normally 62.00. but over all great experience will defiantly be back.
뷰는 정말 멋진곳이였습니다. 다만 매홀 사람이 많아 10분씩 기다리면서 라운드 했습니다
Excellent in every way.
Great course in excellent condition. Greens are fast but have a few rough spots. Definitely a course to play.
We absolutely adored our experience on both courses but if you only have time for one, choose Lakemont. The staff was helpful and friendly. Beautiful facilities and the cart girl were a nice added touch.
Had a great time and wonderful round
Well manicured
Excellent
Staff was very polite and helpful. The facility was clean and food was standard for buffet style.
Course was in decent shape. No where close to the price I paid for afternoon golf. Fairways are like 8 Lane highway, stacked right on top of each other
Good staff
Comimos en el restaurante y fabulosos, los precios accesibles, con una vista preciosa hacia al lago y la montaña..
Great place to eat, love the staff and the food is always great..
This course isn’t even worth the 20 dollar parking fee yet alone the green fees.
BE AWARE: There is a $20 non-refundable "parking fee" to enter Stone Mountain to get to the golf course. The pro-shop does not tell you prior to booking a tee-time. Even with a golf reservation, you still have to pay the parking fee. Beautiful course, but the greens need to be tended to.
Great courses and beautiful scenery! Great deals on GolfNow also.
I did it!! I went up the mountain!!!
Muy elegante y bello para recorre mientras juegas golf
Gorgeous
Both courses are very fun and tough. Try not to go on a Saturday. They put too many people out on course, and it is very slow/crowded
Not impressed. The views were great on the 1st 4 holes but the greens were garbage. Literally couldn't even putt on them. They were as long or longer than the fairway. We contemplated going in at the turn to ask for a refund but we were on vacation and trying to enjoy our day. I come to Atlanta every year for the master's tournament. I won't be back to stone mountain.
2years anniversary stone mountain golf course.
Course conditions were a joke. Such a disappointment. Warn your guests when the conditions are bad. Shame on you :(
Very good food great view of mountain
Bad weather conditions m, but very nice course...very friendly staff. Be prepared to pay $15 to get into park.
I loved it! Quite beautiful setting, with Stone Mountain in the background, the course is really well maintained. You can hardly see any damage from the recent storm. Great! Each course has its own challenge. The only thing that could be improved just a bit is the speed of the greens, that are quite slow, although very well maintained as well. Great place to play golf!
Great course. Great layout. Played the lakemount course and it's tons of fun. Like most reviews I have also have to say the greens are rough. Takes a bit away from.the course but it's still very fun and awesome course. Recommended if in town.
Awesome Awesome Awesome, the food were good and customer services were simply the best.
The setting is beautiful, but there is one serious problem that makes me not want to go back- pace of play. The first time I played there a group of 4 was playing so slowly, we were waiting on them every hole and there was no one playing on the hole ahead of them. It was over a 5 hour round and that's only because we got around them at the turn. The second time I played we were a 2 that was supposed to be paired up with another two (would have been two couples but apparently they were both new to golf). They decided, and the starter actually let them tee off after us! The next 4some was there waiting to tee off and I bet weren't too happy. On that first hole, after we watched the group of 4 ahead of us hit their 6th shot halfway down the fairway on the par 4, I turned around and said - hey you guys might want to join us as this group ahead is slow. They declined, said they were going to play slow, we never saw them again. We were on the tail of the slow 4some for 5 holes, they waited for the round ahead of them to get off the green before teeing off on a par 5 and hitting their drives sub-100 yards into the trees. Torture. Those guys finally let us pass. The next hole was clear, a par 3. We quickly caught up to the next group and realized how slow they were also. They also didn't know some basic stuff like, if you're on the green don't park your cart IN FRONT OF the green on the fairway. They clearly got annoyed that I hit 30 yards on front of the green, near their cart, while they were putting. The next hole we hit another that happened to be a great shot and rolled about 15 yards up to them. The guy actually hits it back at my husband & I. I'm furious. Eventually by the 9th hole and after 3 hours we saw a Marshall who said there were two full holes empty ahead of these jokers. He said he's asked them to pick up the pace twice, they obviously didn't pay the Marshall any attention. We skipped a hole to play around them. They need to enforce pace of play. I shudder at the thought of playing another 6+hour round there behind some slow, new players that don't know how to play and have no regard for pace.
The food, facility, and staff was wonderful!!
Great courses but would like to have park entrance fee waived. Otherwise it is not worth the combined fees.
I played the Stonemont course and it was decent. There were a couple of nice views of the mountain. There were a couple of greens that looked like they were under repair. I was annoyed that I thought I was getting a 25 dollar round which is what I feel this course was worth but instead I was greeted with a 20 dollar parking fee at the gate. I could've found a nicer 45 dollar course if I was looking to spend that much. Had I not taken advantage of a hot deal on golf now the entire round would've been more. I know I won't be frequenting this course given the additional parking fee!
I haven't had the opportunity to play the Lake course yet but the mountain course is always very nice. It has a nice combination of open holes and narrow holes. There are great views of Stone Mountain all the way around the course.
