Played April 7th. Had no trouble getting a tee time. All staff were incredibly helpful and courteous. Being from New York, where there are no conditions yet, I thought the course was in great shape and not wallet busting. It was difficult at times and also friendly at times. Well worth it!

Poor customer service and slow slow pace of play. It took me 2.5 hrs to play 6 holes. Besides that, this course is infested with some small flies and literally 100s of them will circle around your face so that you cannot even breath. When I asked to at least to give me my money back for the back nice, the unfriendly cashier gave me $7. Stay away - not worth it.

This is a hidden gem. The prices were great. Course for even in December played great and very challenging. Especially the first 5 holes. I would drive 2 hrs just to play it again. Definitely feel like this course could be one of the tougher courses in Ga. would highly recommend playing if in the area. Friendly staff and also course was well kept and managed. Nice relaxing course to play

We made our annual pilgrimage to Southern Hills for 36 on Nov. 15th. The weather was horrible but the course was in fine shape for fall conditions with true rolling greens and and nary a leaf in sight. Buster, in the pro shop was friendly and helpful and we salvaged a day that didn't look like golf. We will be back!

Seems like there is a small group of members here who get preferential treatment over everyone else (even other members). If you're a member at Southern Landings, save yourself some time; don't bother driving all the way out to Hawkinsville. My group was complained to 3 times for being 10 minutes off the pace, despite the fact that we were waiting on groups in front of us (who were never complained to) nearly every hole . Pretty frustrating experience for a round of golf on a holiday weekend. Course was in great shape, but they really should consider hiring a starter.

Just played 18 holes and other than the gnats,it was awesome! The course is in very good condition other than I would just like to ask other players and visited to repair their ball marks in the greens to be courteous to other players. I really enjoyed myself. Keep up the good work.
