This course used to be in amazing condition when it first opened years ago, but gradually got worse until it was basically unplayable. Fortunately, it's back! We took a chance and just played it last weekend and the greens were absolutely fantastic and the fairways were also really nice. It's always been a great layout with beautiful marsh views. I left off the 5th star as the tee boxes could still use a little work and we never saw a cart girl. Well worth the drive from Jacksonville if they keep the course in great shape like this.

One of my favorites. Just enough tough holes to make you want it quit. The course has always been in excellent shape when I played. Great lunch specials. We drive up from Jacksonville worth the drive.

Condition of course was ok, not great, but it is late winter conditions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Course layout is user friendly and pleasant to play.

If you are staying in st Mary's or Kingsland and U want to play at a nice course,. It would be hard to beat Laurel island for service and hospitality. I make this a destination. .

Great track for the price. However they open at 7:30 during weekdays. I know it says 7:00, but its 7:30. Do not show up at 7:00 to hit the range before your early morning tee time. That or bring your own range balls!

Not a course looking to grow the game of golf.Brought my 11yr old son to play. It was $25 dollars for 9 holes. I guess this course is all about the money and not about the future of the sport. Pretty course but we will taking our business elsewhere. Never paid so much for him to pay before. If you care about the future of this sport bring yourself somewhere else.

Davis Love designed this course. His dad taught me how to pay at Sea Island. May he rest RIP. This is a challenging course and we'll within my budget. Staff is very courteous. The environment is there kind of life and people you want to be around. Very laid back!

This course has really improved over the last year. It is now in great condition, and a really fun track to play. Great course for the price. I will definitely be returning for Tuesday night all you can eat wings.

Played the course on 8/13. Started at 7:30 am. Course was in ok shape. Course looks like it hasn't been mowed in quite some time, maybe due to the rain. Sand traps were a mess. Green fees were reasonable. No beverage cart on a weekend. Cart girl at end didn't even bother getting off her phone to come get cart. When I dropped it off she just gave me a blank stare. I'll try somewhere else next weekend.

An enjoyable course with a good grounds crew. Although the course struggles with drainage more so than others in the area, it is still playable in the rain, just don't expect much roll on the fairway when they're soaked up. Restaurant has solid food.

We usually go when we can get a deal around $12.. The greens are really nice, some are getting away with spots, but nothing to affect the game..fairways are good like there supposed to be..overall its a beautifully designed and upkept course.

I love eating here. The atmosphere is great...the food is wonderful. Love their wings for sure! I even had my graduation party there and their catering services are just as great as the restraunt...they are definetly a must try if you have not already...you won't be disappointed!
