Nice campground. Nice lake. Had good cell service there because this park is located right in middle of town. Have stayed there multiple times.

Horrible experience. The staff was disrespectful and rude. If you are from out of state do not go to this golf course. Not welcoming to beginners and will not let you share clubs with your own family. AVOID THIS COURSE AT ALL COSTS. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.

Jimmy Alexander

As a state park you'll get a 2 for 1. Great golf and and an even better view. Im a major fan of the back 9. It felt like I was no longer in S. Ga as I gazed out across the cast landscape. Also only lost two balls in the high grass. Definitely will return and definitely recommend this course. Purchase your tee time on the golf now app a week out and it's 50% cheaper. Normal rate of 39.99 fart included. No military rates.

John Collins

Great course and 2 dollar beers. A state course very challenging.

Racist employees and disrespectful people in general like to play here. Do not recommend unless you have no moral rights.

Had a 7:30 tee time booked a week in advance for a Saturday morning on Labor Day weekend. Staff showed up to unlock the doors at 7:45. Guess there was traffic? The clerk had a difficult time ringing us and the group ahead of us up. They sent people off in the order they arrived instead of by tee time which, along with the delayed start, led to chaos and being hit into on the first hole. We tee'd off just before 8. The course really feels like two distinct courses. They aren't kidding when they say the 10th is almost a mile away from the clubhouse! The back nine is on flat, sunny farmland. Great maintenance of greens. The trash in the cans at the holes wasn't emptied. Bathrooms reasonably clean. Not sure I would return.

I always have fun at Brazell Creek. Very interesting to have two completely different nines (styles). Front is wooded and tree lined. Back is wide open with hardly any trees that come into play. The course was in pretty good shape when I last played (early November). Depending on when you play the rough can be tough!! Fun course to play.

Course was in great shape. Enjoyed playing.

To start off I have played this course for 7 years, and I tried to bring some out of state friends to have a fun time and introduce them to the game of golf. My friends were discrimated against not only for their age but also where they are from. The pro shop employee was extremely disrespectful to us and rude. I will NEVER spend another dollar at this establishment. Not to mention the outrageous rates for such a horribly maintained course. lastly the “course marshall” followed our group around for 9 holes and harassed us when we had done nothing wrong. I know the proper respect and etiquette for the game of golf. I made sure that the beginners that i brought with me also knew the gravity of the rules and how much it means to be respectful in golf. All other teams that we watched were not as considerate as us, but we were still discriminated against. Never going back. And people wonder why the younger generation is turned off to this incredibly humbling and fun sport! Do not waste your money

Great, Great Layout, it's like getting 2 courses in one. Greens are the Truest best conditioned Greens around, rolls great. You will not be walking out here, too long but you will love your round. It didnt get a 4 star because the Clubhouse is lacking and the Course didnt open until 8am on a Saturday, crazy huh? But overall was a very, very satisfying experience and look forward to my next outing there.

The layout is great. It's like playing two totally different courses. The front nine is a typical layout with tree lined fairways, lots of bunkers, and some water. The back nine was a wide open links style course that reminded me of a British Open. The greens were not in great shape though. If the greens ever come in, this course would definitely be a top 5 course in Georgia. I'd definitely play it again.
