3 stars versus 4 only because the greens were aerated on the Lee course and I don’t want you to show up and not know that. The course has good bones, looks like it would be fun to walk and everyone I came in contact with was friendly and professional. We had lunch at the grill, it came out quick and the service overall was very good. We did have an issue with pace of play - they said something to group in front of us but never followed up and they were at least 3 holes behind the group in front of them by the time we finished. We did finish in under 4 hours but it was just painful to watch people grind over putts on an aerated greens...

greens are very fast in most spots considering they still have holes. the bunkers are mostly sand but they have some dirt and have little sand in spots. the fairways and rough r a little hard
