Played the Stadium Course on 4/28/2019 at a premium price considering the time of year. Myself and 3 good friends finally decided to splurge and fulfill a bucket list item by playing TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course, “ Home of the Players”. We were very disappointed when we was told we had to start on hole 10. It’s not how any of us had envisioned our round. We wanted the true experience of having 3 of the toughest holes in golf to be our closing holes on that day. So we experienced workers the entire round and at times waiting for them to clear so we could resume play. The real kicker was the fact that once we got to those signature holes, all we heard was boards slamming, power tools going and just a full blown construction site with removal of the buildings that are set up for the tournament. So with all that being said, I was sent a link for a survey about my experience in which I completed and shared my experience along with rating every aspect of the facility. The staff was phenomenal in the clubhouse and our forecaddie was exceptional. I would think really hard before you book a tee time at a prestigious course that doesn’t seem to care about their customers. The course should have really been shut down for a little while or discounted rates and full disclosure of the work taking place on the grounds of the facility. Greens were also sub par condition. Fairways, rough and bunkers were excellent. Thanks for reading!

Absolutely beautiful golf course! I would have given 5 stars but at this years tournament there were not enough bathrooms or locations to get drinks, so the lines we super long. I have not experienced this in the past several years. Bring back the bathroom trailers and port-o-potties that you used to have and more places to buy drinks and I will definately thurn this into 5 stars! The photo attached shows the line I stood in for port-o-potties....you should have seen the line for the nice bathrooms!!!

There needs to have more shade over the paths when you are walking from the club house to holes 16, 17 and 18. Its a beautiful place and there is a reason for this place being in so many movies. Gorgeous, but once again shades or sails along the paths would be great.

Very nice place, if you are going to the tournament there are at least two things you need to know pre-order your tickets so you can pick them up at will-call(you'll thank me later) and make sure you got parking worked out because traffic is going to be crazy.

Stayed at the Marriott Sawgrass for 2 days and played the Stadium Course twice. Both the hotel and the course were great. Loved hanging out at the hotel pub in the evenings.

The People are always friendly and professional. One can take a free tour of the Club House, Club Store TPC Winners Room and Course.....on non- tournment days. There are persons called Story Tellers that will provide this service free of charge.

I could not believe that this buffet was actually worth the money you pay! $22 is a lot, but well spent here!!! Not only did they have individualized omelettes but they have small waffles that are delicious! Because really, who want a waffle the size of your face!?! They also serve the cutest mini bagels with egg and cheese... I was in heaven, and for once felt as though I go my money's worth at an all you can eat buffet!

Played the Dye Valley course because the Stadium course was closed in preparation for The Players. Despite the accolades on their website, the course was average, at best, and definitely over priced. The description of water on most holes was overstated, unless that means, you can see it but it seldom came into play. I’m a below average golfer but enjoy challenging, scenic courses; this is not one. The service was exceptional but find another course for a much better price.

My visit here was a great experience. The course was in great shape, all the staff from the pro shop, to the caddie, to the wait staff, even the bag drop guys, and grounds keepers were friendly and professional. The course and club house was beautiful. Very memorable!

Best experience for events such as weddings. The staff is first rate and the food delightful. As a photographer I could shoot here for 3 days straight with the numerous photo opportunities and backgrounds.

Played the champioship course. Was very difficult. Accracy was the name of the game, not distance. Well maintained. Pricy but worth every dollar. Club house had great food as well. Would get a membership if I lived close.

We were there for The Players and it was beautiful!! We wished we could have gotten around a little more but the thing that prevented us from doing so was some of the limited public seating. There was a lit of seating but most of it was private. The sad part was it wasn't filled and it left people fighting for those limited seats. It also had people standing in the stairway which could potentially be a falling hazard for those who need to use the railing. The was even a small child sitting on the steps and it somebody was carrying something they could have tripped over them. I only say these things in hope of things getting better!! I loved this place!

Went for TPC on a practice round day. Grounds were gorgeous. Best decision to move the event to March vs May. Weather for 5 out of the 6 days was perfect.

Stayed at the resort and played the course at a discounted rate. Greens are super fast, lots of sand and water, but it's the stadium course.(Bucket list round) Second time playing it and it's quite the experience. Definitely recommend any golfer the loves the game to play a round. The facilities all the way around are exceptional food, staff, and so on. Don't miss out on what this place has to offer

What can I say it's a beautiful Players course. I would highly recommend paying extra for a fore caddie and walking the course if you can to really enjoy the beauty of the course. The course is cart path only if you ride.

What more can you say about Sawgrass!? This is one of golf's meccas! The 40000 square foot clubhouse shows the history of The Players Championship and has a massive selection of equipment and clothing. About the only thing to complain about is the price to play the Stadium course. I last played there in '99 and it was $245. Greens fees have now bumped up to $500, but if you're a golf nut it's a place you have to play at least once in your life!!

The valley course is beautiful and well manicured. Hitting off the spongey fairways was an awesome experience. Greens were slower than expected - gotta hit it ! The pro shop staff. The drink cart girls. The rangers. They were all-stars and made our 90+ golfer outing feel welcome and took great care of us.

Always a thrill to see Best Golfers in the world just a few feet away. Getting there not the same. Prepare to walk. Once you are where u want to be, great. The parking lot should have a shuttle because of disabilities the walk can be too much.

Tpc Sawgrass 110 championship way Ponte Vedra beach, St.johns County, Florida, l visited this place 2017 l took a tour of the great golf club and course there is restaurant, bar shopping, l had light lunch there staff is brilliant and food is great, service superb, great golf club in great condition, this was brilliant experience for me players tournament is played there if l had chance l will visit again

The walking tour was awesome. Held at the top of each hour. It is an outdoor and indoor tour. You get to see holes #16, 17, and 18. If you tip the volunteer tour guide, it goes to a few charities at the end of the year. The restaurant is also very good. They have a nice vegetarian potato sandwich. Staff is very nice. Stop by the golf shop (they do not have a pro shop).

I played the Stadium course. It was in nice condition but very over-rated for the price. Over $630 for a round of golf and a caddie, definitely not worth it. I asked if they offered a military discount like many courses do but they said no. Its unfortunate the TPC and Sawgrass doesn't respect our men and women in the military. I would tell other players to boycott TPC courses.

Everything you expect from a PGA Tournament venue and more. Plays very long for posted yardage, zero roll compared to an AZ course. Not Florida flat by any definition and plenty of water to avoid. If you are physically able, take a caddie and walk it like the touring pros and get the proper perspective. Request that "Coppertone" loops for you, plenty of stories during the walk. The resort lockroom is well appointed and has showers available to allow for an airport getaway post round. The clubhouse bar has a decent menu and frosty cold beers. Watch your receipt as gratuities are already calculated and included in the bar tab. If you are an avid golfer and are in the Jacksonville area, check this one off your bucket list.n

How can you not love one of the best and most beautiful Championship golf courses in the country? I have a friend whose parents live there and I've been taking her back and forth recently to her parents house. I've also worked various jobs in TPC Sawgrass in the different neighborhoods. The grounds are expertly kept the neighborhoods are lovely the people that work security at the gate are fantastic and professional in my experience. If I had the money and desire to live in a gated community TPC Sawgrass would be one of the choices at the top of my list to search for homes that I wanted to live in. If you have the means and to wish to live in a neighborhood such, as this by all means make this one of your first choices!

If you have the option to go on the tour du it's amazingly insightful. The golf courses beautiful. And the food is very well prepared as well. If you get the chance try their Sunday brunch it's only about 20 bucks per person.

What a unique and memorable place to go if you are fond of golf. Being spoiled and living in the area it can be overlooked some times. I've never had the experience to play the courses there, but have walked many times for TPC. Always pristine. Rounds in the hot season are about 250pp, when its cooler they can be closer to 500(yikes)! A bucket list for sure though. Try dyes valley if you are money conscious. A good rate is 80-120.

Played dyes valley the other day and it is in great condition! The staff is fantastic and on top of their game even though they were preparing for the players next week. I left my range finder in the cart after the round(doh) and was worried with everything going on it might get lost in the shuffle. Called the clubhouse and it was tracked down much to my relief. HUGE shout out to Jim S. for going above and beyond in order to find it. These guys are the best!

Enjoyed the grounds here. Picturesque. I preferred the rooms in the main building as opposed to the condo/efficiency style rooms they offer adjacent to the main tower. Fitness center is nice but must make short walk to separate building.

This is the neighborhood i work in cutting grass for a well established landscape company. This is the place wher they hold the annual golf tournament for TPC Sawgrass. Beautiful neighborhood with opulence i love cutting grass here. Its also what motivated me to want to become an entrepreneur and have more in abundance this is a Great place to retire if you can write the check.

So came here for lunch when my wife and I were on vacation in September 2017. Food and service was excellent. Staff were great and offered a free tour of the magnificent clubhouse. Pro shop staff were amazing as well and offered to drive us out to holes 16, 17 & 18. As a golf fan this was such a cool experience. Got out and walked around the Island Green on 17 and took tons of pictures. Really can’t say enough about what a cool experience this was and how chill and nice the staff were.

All i can say is this is an experience like none other! Bucket list kinda thing for sure! Shot 53 on the front and 43 on the back. The last 3 holes were great and I doubled 16 and then parred the last two. Incredible course and in premium condition. People were extremely nice and welcoming.
