There was no water available and it was 95 degrees outiside. Unorganized. Other than that usually overpriced. There are nicer courses with better rates. If it's up to me would not play there again. Ashame because the fairways and greens are great.

Absolutely beautiful course. Greens are perfect. Decent challenge for a 10 handicapper from the whites. (First time out this year and first time playing this course). The guy in proshop was very informative and helpful for a first timer. The rates are very reasonable. Especially for twilight. I would recommend this course to anyone in the Delco area. Will be my home course for sure.

Always enjoy playing this course well maintained and fast greens. I was really disapointed with the assistant manager this morning while checking in to play. If you dont like having to work with the public get out,, go work in a basement.

We played a benefit round on Saturday the 28th, the course was in great shape, the dinner afterwards was very good and well organized. Just a great cause for Kevin and his family, I'm sure he was there in spirit!

Went to the Rock a few weeks ago with a foursome and ask the starter for a hdcp flag as I and a partner have trouble walking. My friend has viral menogitis and needs a cane to get around. We even asked the supervisor if we could go 90* they told us no. They advertise hdcp.capabilies. Lot of BS. We left the course and vowed to never return. The ground was dry even though it rained two days before. Not a good course for seniors with hdcp. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Do you like 6 hour rounds? Do you like being yelled at by the ranger when you complain? If so, this course is for you! The course is always in good shape, but the pace of play is always horrendous. There's no point in making a tee time because they just stack everyone at the 1st tee box anyway.

Course is way overpriced. They also overbook. Pace of play was very slow. The marshal was out of control. Actually threatened me because I accidentally drove on the fairway. Rude and obnoxious. Would never play here again. Try a different course.

5 hours and only played 14 holes. the slowest playing round I've ever had. Waited on every shot and at times had a back-up of 3 groups on the tee. Entire staff needs training. I don't mind paying up to play on a Sunday however, I do expect someone to manage the players on the course.

Visually it's very nice. Although, i have a "soft" boycott of this track because of the conditions of the greens. Some greens are harder than a US Open course. This doesn't make for good or fun golf, it just makes it Mickey Mouse. Hole number one, a short dogleg par 4, has a green that can't be trickled on, bounced on, or run up on. The ball just rolls off onto the golf cart. In golf, if you can't reward a good shot, then the hole needs to be redesigned. Stop rolling the greens like concrete. A green can roll fast, but be receptive. But a golf ball bounces like a superball on these greens.

Played early on a Sunday morning (6:20) no problem with pace of play, played in 3 hours 40 minutes. Course was in great shape, were told by the starter that greens were hard and fast and he wasn’t lying. If the people who have complained about the speeds of the green heeded that warning they would have adjusted their game. Course is not overly challenging (somewhat tight) but if you keep your drives in play there are plenty of scoring opportunities out there. For $72 I’ll make the 50 minute drive to play this again. Well done

The course is fantastic --- challenging and very well maintained. Certainly one of my favorites in DE, comparable to Deerfield and Frog Hollow. The place gets extremely crowded, even on weekdays it is packed with duffers thinking they are going to break the course record. Friendly staff and good bar/restaurant. Definitely worth a try, especially with online rates. Just be prepared for a 5 hour round.

Enjoyed the all-around experience at Rock Manor. Decided to have our annual golf get-together (20 people) at "The Rock" and we all had a great time. The staff was very cordial and accommodating; top notch service. Do not let the distance fool you, we decided to play from the black tees, which made the outcome much more challenging than anticipated. Fun course and do recommend playing here.
