Good, solid all around course (Seaside). A bit tight on some holes (trees), but balls are normally findable. Greens in good shape, and nice layout. Only complaint would be "puffy" grass on tee boxes. Would like to try Newport Bay course next visit.

Played here on a hot sunny day, course had no water coolers at all on any hole. A beverage cart drove by one time but did not stop despite calls from our foursome. Absolutely horrible experience because of lack of water. Only golf course we've played where water was not provided on a hot day. Extremely bad value for a golf outing. Never again; plenty of other courses in the area that provide basic amenities for golfers

The facility has undergone some major improvements over the past few years. Each golf course I'd getting better and better. Seaside is a great beginner or intermediate course. Old school layout with mounded greens and everything out in front of you. Newport is a modern layout with some fantastic views of the bay. A bit more challenging than seaside. The staff has done a great job!

Ocean City Golf Club is home to two 18-hole golf courses, the generally higher-rated Newport Bay course, and the older Seaside course. The Newport Bay (formerly Bayside) course is a well-rated and pleasantly testing layout. Plenty of golfing challenge, a well-crafted design and usually good upkeep all contribute to the appeal of this course.

Found the Course very challenging. The course has some holes that should have information signs as to how far the hazards are from the tee box. The rough is very hard to get out of as your ball settles down. The late we played was mid October 84 degrees and the mosquitoes were bad. We won't be back.

Booked thru Golf Now. Played 9 on Newport. 2hrs.50 minutes. 4 groups backed up @ the turn/#10 tee. Brought that to the staffs attention. We asked to play Seaside for the back. Staff agreed. Slow play solved, not many golfers on that course. I don't know how or why Newport backed up, we where looking @ a 7hr. round. We had our own bottled water. Slow play @ OCCC needs to be addressed.

Was difficult to find holes there was nothing not even a 4x4 sticking out of the ground with the whole number on it to know whether you got the correct or not lucky if you saw a sign only thing good was the cart girl coming around had a great personality and was a pleasure , her name was Becky

Newport Bay. Front 9 is bad to mediocre condition. Back 9 was nice. Staff and rangers all were in a bad mood from the moment we arrived. Round was 30 minutes late because the course was overbooked and then it was a 6.5 hour round. Overall a terrible experience.

My husband said it was a beautiful course. The only negative is that he had to team up with a couple guys he didn't know. He called the course before he went to see if he would be allowed to play by himself as we are just in the area on vacation. He was told he could and was frustrated that he actually couldn't. The guys he teamed with were much better golfers and he felt horrible the whole time because of how bad he was compared to them. It wasn't the vacation memory he was hoping to make!

5.5 hours to play. Because people think they can hit their second shot 300 yards so wait on par fives for greens to clear although their drives are only two hundred. And then you get people hitting over your head. While you wait.

Pros: Very nice staff. Good practice facilities. Greens rolled ok (Newport Bay course). Decent layout. Cons: Played Newport Bay course on April 27. The course was in horrible condition. Could not decipher the fairways from the rough. I use the term "rough" very loosely. It's more like patchy grass and dirt. The fairways, if you call them that, were completely yellow and brown. Grass was barely there. Do not waste your money on this course.
