I played a round of 18 with a business associate there today and we had a great time. After the front 9 we had a nice lunch at the bar where the staff were courteous and prompt. The food was great both in quality and quantity as well. Afterward we went on to play the back 9 and as we rounded hole 15 we ran into a sizable group of adolescents teeing off on 16 (they were also on foot). Fortunately 16 is a par 3 and they were easily persuaded to allow us to play through. My associate and I did notice not the same courtesy was being given to other players on the course, however. The greens were also sandy and littered with aeration holes but, that's to be expected around this time of year. I would say that overall we had a great experience and I would be happy to be a patron in the future.

Great location for events like Weddings and receptions. Actually the Central Delaware Chamber of Commerce recently held an amazing event here. It was their annual Holiday Gift Auction event. Great gifts auctioned off. Very cozy and staff was amazingly fun.

Beautiful place to play golf , food is good and you can have a meeting or function there. Well managed and the staff is so friendly. Oh I forgot but It is very convenient to get there as well. You should check it out!

On Sunday, December 3rd we had an appointment to meet with the General Manager, Chris Aulita, at 11:00 am. We arrived about 10:55 and let one of the staff know we had a meeting with Chris. She said he wasn’t there yet but would be there shortly. At around 11:10, we asked if Chris had arrived yet and were told no, and we asked that she call him. A couple minutes later, she came out to tell us that he was on his way and when I asked how long he would be she replied that he only lives about 2 miles away. 15 minutes later, he still wasn’t there. So I told the lady that we weren’t waiting any longer and we were leaving to which she responded “ok” and walked right by me. With the staff being so unapologetic, my fiancé and our parents all left. As we were leaving, the same lady came walking out trying to wave us down but by then, we were way too annoyed and upset at the unprofessionalism of the staff members and general manager. Here we are, 11 days later, and I have not received a call or email apologizing for this incident. I advise anyone who is thinking of hosting any party, wedding, or event banquet to steer clear of Maple Dale!!

I found the staff to be friendly and willing to help but in short supply. Most at my table ordered the typical salad with chicken on top. The chicken seemed to be lacking in flavor. I noticed that many of the salad dishes were fairly full after dessert was served.

The Kiwanis Club of Dover meets here on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month for dinner and fellowship. Very good food and a fine place for adult beverage. The staff are very good, and quick to help. Lots of rooms to hold events.

I very much enjoy the golf course. However, if you are not a member, you'll have to put up with being treated as a third class citizen. The staff has shown a lack of class and manners every time I've been there. Except, when the golf pro is on the premises.

Nice place. A friend had a wedding reception there and it was stormy. The power went out. They did not have a backup generator. The catering was pretty good as far as I remember.
