This place is an absolute JOKE!!! Stood there for a good amount of time testing out drivers and not a one of them came over to say hi or anything. Guess because I was not in golf cloths they didn't give a rats ass. Also asked one of them if they negotiate on used clubs and he gave me a ridiculous loom and said no. Pitiful!!! Guess what!!! You lost a customer!! And Edwin watts negotiates on used clubs and actually like their jobs!!! Avoid at all cost!!

I needed a club regripped -- on a Sunday morning. Went to the Galaxy just after they opened, somewhat after 10am. I was immediately guided to a fellow in the store who does this kind of work on clubs. He took a half inch off of my lob wedge shaft and regripped it. Handed it back to me in less than 15 minutes. Charged me less than $10 for the new grip and the work he did. All this on a Sunday morning. Now I like the lob even more than I did before. Great golf store. Been there before. And I'll be back. Last two times I’ve visited this store I’ve been wandering around for a good 15-20 minutes and been passed by several employees who offered no help and some of which are just too busy practicing putting. I’ve literally gone there twice with the intentions of getting fitted & buying new clubs but haven’t been able to get any help. Both times I should add, the place didn’t have more than 3-4 customers in the store. Terrible place that deserves to go out of business with people like this running them. Really disappointed and will try to find a new place that offers similar services.

Contrary to some of these other reviews I received exceptional service while shopping for a new driver. I am relatively new to the game and brought my old driver in which the team at Golf Galaxy had me compare with several drivers I had in mind. Fitted, new grip and fair trade in on old driver. I will be continuing my future golf shopping here. Thanks for your help Golf Galaxy.

Went in to buy all new irons and woods. My fitting experience was amazing. Robert Passarelli spent almost two hours with me test driving multiple brands, lofts, and lies until I found the set right for me and my swing. Highly recommend GG in Delaware. My fitting experience could not have gone better.

Jeremy is the best! He's patient and not pushy. He makes recommendations and allows you to choose. If you don't buy, he's ok with that. When you comeback to the store, he remembers you and asks how the product is working for you. What else can you ask for.

Typical Golf Galaxy store although maybe somewhat larger than some. Does have an equipment fitting trailer inside the store for someone that wants a comprehensive fitting. Decent clothing department. Has all the major equipment lines. Staff helpful, plenty of parking. No bargins here unless something is on sale, pretty much retail prices on most things.

All went great with the guys in the club fitting area in the North Henderson NV store , a little mix up was quickly resolved , returned to get my club the next day to get my club and had a 100% different experience with a associate named Jason , this person needs to learn a couple things about customer service and how to talk to people , rolling your eyes at customers and repeating the fact i should bring in paperwork multiple times in a degrading manner was no help , and since im in the computer with services performed the issue was no big deal , take 1 minute and look it up. Looked at putters but decided against it for now , Probably wont go back to that location if he is there.

It’s no wonder that brick and mortar stores are going out of business I was in the Henderson store 5 minutes ago without buying the 529$ driver. After waiting for 20 minutes and swinging the driver in the range area. No one came to inquire if I had some questions. As I am walking out of the store I saw 2 people glued to the Canadian open not even 30 feet away I asked if they worked there they both responded yes. Then I told them that I hope the store is what you’re worth zero Good job on loosing what use to be a loyal customer

After reading some of the other reviews, I have to include one about the golf pro at Columbia's Golf Galaxy...Steve Creamer. Steve's a great golf teacher who has really helped my game. Many PGA pros that I have worked with have an attitude about things for some reason, but Steve doesn't. He is interested in helping you play better. As a teacher myself, I can say that Steve uses good sequencing and delivers information in a simple and thoughtful manner. Only great things to say about Steve! The three stars on my review reflect both a great teacher and also corroborate the other reviews about customer service. It's pretty much the worst here. No matter when I stop by, no matter who is working, I always manage to feel dismissed by employees at this location. I have no specifics or names, but it's a general feeling of being in this store. If you're looking for a good experience at Golf Galaxy in buying clubs, you really need to take the trip up to the Towson store. Mark (the manager) and his entire staff up there is awesome and really takes care of you. It's well worth the drive!

Finally, I approached an older gentleman with glasses to see if I could hit test out some irons since I was in the market for new clubs. The associated took one look at me, laughed (definitely bc I was wearing flip flops and a T-shirt) and told me I could only hit balls if I bought a set of clubs... How am I supposed to buy a set of golf clubs if I can’t hit them? That’s the whole point of a fitting simulator. The best part was that the store was an absolute ghost town and both simulators were wide open. I would’ve been there for 10 minutes max. Don’t waste your time here, go to 2nd Swing.

I went in for a fitting and had an amazing experience. I was there right when they opened and they got me in quick and got me started. John was very informative and helpful and was cognizant of my price point. I left with a great deal on Callaway Epic Irons and Driver. Never felt like it was about money, it was about helping my game.

Worse customer experience ever. After paying $400 for a Scotty porter spring of 2017 I noticed the putter head was loose during play yesterday. I bought it at this store and brought it into the store expecting them the repair it at no cost considering the cost of the item and the length of time since he purchase. The store manager refused to fix it without being paid for his labor. He gave me back the putter and said to return it to Titleist. This is not about what it cost for the repair, it was the principal and the managers I don’t care attitude why I walked out with my putter in hand. I’ve shopped at Golf Galaxy when they had only the Moorestown NJ store and I’ve always had excellent service but it looks like policies have changed or they have a terrible store manage, either way one or both must change before I spend another dime or recommend anyone shop there!

Horrible customer service. Came in looking for an individual club I saw online and the salesperson scoffed at my request like I was an idiot stating they don't sell individual golf clubs. When I advised him I saw it on their website he still insisted I didn't know what I was talking. After pulling the club up and showing him he then proceeded to say "well that's online and I don't know about that". Dude....you work here not me. If this is the effort your give your customers...I will spend my money elsewhere. Made me wonder if it would be different if I wasn't black. Won't ever set foot in this place again. Too many other places for me to spend my $$.

Rude. The workers act as if it is the customers privilege to be helped by them. I came in there to buy a new driver and asked a couple of questions and the employee acted as if he was bothered. He left me and went to another customer without saying a word to me. I then found the club I wanted on my own and then had to ask one of the two employees on the practice putting green to ring me up. When the employee was checking me out he didn't believe the club was on sale and had an attitude when I was correct. The older gentleman was the the only one that acted interested. The manager (rude), employee 1 (racist), employee 2 (bad attitude). They should all be ashamed of themselves. Never again! Thursday evening 8/23/2018.

I went to check my new set of irons loft/lie because I got them online and wanted to make sure they were to spec in order to help determine if they were counterfeit clubs or not. The moment the associate opened the box he went on about how I had graphite shafts and was snobby and made me feel like crap and judged me because I didn't have steel shafts. I explained I just wanted them checked because I'm worried they are fake and he was incredibly biased and snobby and said "Oh there is NO way, they are PERFECT, they are MIZUNO, they are SPOT ON". I said I'm sure he's probably right but if they aren't then they might be fake, correct? He stated again how they are perfect and doesn't even need to check because they are mizuno, completely disregarding what I said about how I'm worried they are fake. He was rude, everyone was rude, they made me feel like crap and when I picked my clubs up they said they were in fact all perfect. I expected to pay something for checking them but they charged me for a full adjustment when they never adjusted a single one because they measured out just fine! I told the manager I was not paying $40 to measure the loft of my clubs. He took 50% and was rude saying how it still takes time to measure. I stated that if they had to bend every single one then that's the price I would pay therefore I wasn't paying that price for half of the work. Unbelievable, I will never go to this dump again. What a pile of poop this place is.

I'm a big fan of both the Henderson & Summerlin locations. I've bought a number of used clubs (good selection - even for a lefty) & new clubs, which you can hit in-store, as well as getting new grips, shafts, etc. They're low-pressure, don't try to up-sell, have simple & flexible exchange policy, & give great teaching pointers as well to grow the game. I always enjoy stopping by & along with my lessons & practice making me a better player.

Had just about everything you want for golfing. They have a practice area, clothing clubs, gloves etc. If your into golfing this is probably heaven for you. You can grab a club in the store and practice with it in the practice area. Pretty cool overall. Seems pricey though but golfing accessories and clubs are usually expensive.

The club fitting experience was 5 stars. The gentleman was patient and actually gave me a bit of a swing lesson as well. Unfortunately that is all of the good things I can say about this experience. After hitting about every driver they had (somewhat limited since I am a lefty) we decided to order a Callaway Epic Sub zero. I was trading in my current driver so I asked multiple times when I could be expecting delivery of my new driver. I was told that since Callaway accepted the order (it was a Friday afternoon 11/17/17) and since I was upgraded to next day air that I would be getting the driver Tuesday (11/21/17)or Wednesday ( 11/22/17) which made me very happy (since I was trading my driver in and that meant I could play on Thanksgiving). I called on Monday (11/20/17) and spoke to a Claire asking for my tracking number. I was told that Callaway hasn't even processed the order yet and that I probably wouldn't be getting the driver until next week!!!!! I told her that is NOT what I was told when purchasing the $500 club and asked if I could cancel the order (remember that I traded in my ONLY driver thinking I would be getting my new one before Thanksgiving) and she told me that I could but that they might accept the order that day or the next and I would be getting the driver today (11/24/17). Even though I would have to wait and it wasn't the news I wanted I thought I would wait and not have to drive another 100 miles to get my refund and I would be playing my new driver this weekend. I just called Claire again just now (11/24) because the mail has come already and you guessed it....NO NEW DRIVER. I asked for my tracking number and was told "I don't have a tracking number for you yet and I won't until at least MONDAY 11/27" And to top it all off she was very crass and didn't want to give me the purchase order that Callaway requires when you call customer service to see what is going on. I am just trying to do Golf Galaxy's work for them and find out what is going on since I was told that I would have my new driver in 3-4 days and not 2 weeks!!! I have spent A LOT of money with this partivcular Golf Galaxy store and I can promise that I WILL NOT be back unless something is dont to rectify this customer service fiasco. If I wanted to wait 2 weeks for my driver I would have went to Callaway directly and I can guarantee you that I would have recieved the club faster than this and with way better service! Anyone at Golf Galaxy customer service has my permission to contact me about this.

This place is fantastic! I was in the market for a new set of irons as I had been playing with old hand-me-downs that were 15+ years old and way too short. The team there first evaluated my swing and issues with my old set of clubs on the simulator. After that, they went ahead and tried out 3 different fittings. When we were going back and forth between the +1/2 inch and +1 inch, they brought over the golf pro to work with me for 15 or so minutes. He gave me a few quick pointers and upon his suggestion we went with the 1/2 inch. They then took me around, walked me through the various options and definitely didn't try and upsell me at all, which was a refreshing change! Needless to say, it was a fantastic experience and I'll definitely keep going back!!

Worst experience I ever had at a golf store. This place used to treat me well but the attitude and the help that the managers gave me were awful. I bought a 2018 Scotty Cameron from golf galaxy online and i received a 2014 FAKE scotty cameron that was sold directly from the golf galaxy warehouse. They wouldn’t allow me to exchange it for a 2018 putter since it was fake even though golf galaxy were the ones who sold to me. They accused me that I got the 2018 and then before I came into the store I switched the 2018 with a fake putter I had. The pro there also said that UPS switched the putter as it was being shipped to me. How stupid does he think I am??? The managers were laughing after spending an hour speaking to a supervisor on the phone and as we were leaving the managers all were in the back staring at me and laughing at what just occurred. This should not be allowed in a store especially as managers. They just lost my business and they will not see me again in the store. AWFUL EXPERIENCE and DO NOT trust golf galaxy when ordering online. Tried to order the 2018 online for the last 2 hours but their computers are down and won’t take any payments. The representative on the phone also told me that the putters come from scotty to golf galaxy warehouse and then are shipped by UPS from golf galaxy..This tells you that golf galaxy switched the real ones with the fake ones. I will never trust golf galaxy again and this experience should never occur as a retail golf store.

Horrible experience buying special order clubs here. I hit golf balls here for 2 hours and picked a set I liked. They ordered the wrong clubs and now I have to wait an additional two weeks. There was no efforts to rectify the situation. Don’t bother going here, buy online or PGA super store.

Went here to buy a wedge. Alexa who works there was very helpful, very patient and informative. I ended up buying a putter and a wedge. She was not only able to help fit me with the right putter and wedge but was able to help me with my putting stroke which has paid great dividends since then. Thank you!!!!!!

While getting an iron regripped I hit some drivers there while I waited. John D. came over to assist. I listened to his recommendations & we tried a few models/shafts. 1 worked extremely well on the simulator. Went back the next day w/ my current driver & compared both on trackman; his recommended driver/shaft was 12+ yards longer than mine. They then let me use that demo model for a round at my course where I confirmed it was definitely 10+ yards longer than my current one w/ no loss in accuracy. Bottom line, I ordered that driver (& my old one's on ebay tonite). Kudos to John D. for a very efficient (& free!) fitting session. Overall, a very satisfied customer.

This was about my experience 4-5 years ago. Came in looking to try a set of some Taylormade irons. Spent about 15-20 minutes waiting to be helped and not one person came through. Finally one of the salesman in the back asked me what I wanted. Told him that I wanted to try and hit an iron on the demo bay. Looked at me like I was inconveniencing him and huffed and grabbed the demo iron, didnt ask what flex I wanted, and said "hit a couple but dont stay there too long, this isnt a driving range". I should have left then and there but I really wanted to try the TM irons and see if it works for me. Hit a couple of shots and liked them but not the stock shaft. Asked about changing shafts or trying out a different one and the salesman said "that's all I have, do you want to buy or not". At that point I just shook my head and left cause I was ready to cuss him out. Poorest customer service I experienced in a golf store. I heard through some friends that the old staff has pretty much left and a new staff is in place so I'll give this place another shot. Not sure if the rude salesman still works there but if he does, then steer clear and go to another location or golf shop. I usually go to the Rockville location, much more relaxed and friendly staff in my opinion.

Came in to return my driver i had purchased with more than generous amount of loft to it. This driver did fit my needs at first, but after some consideration I decided to return the item, due to not being comfortable keeping it long term just to "get used to it". I came in early in the morning to return the club and speak with someone about the proper fitting to my needs. The first customer service associate I came across to find out what I could do with the club happened to be the first and last person I have kept in mind, regarding my future business with the company. He referred me to speak with the front desk after giving me a odd look about returning a club after hitting it outside of the store. I then proceeded to acknowledge that it was in fact a pre-owned club. I took the club to the front desk where the gentleman, shannon, helped me out in any way possible. He handled his job way more professionally than the two older and arrogant individuals who somehow are the main faces of the store. The other individual happened to be the manager. After i dropped the club off i went to the back to try out another driver to swap out for, at this time shannon was trying to figure out what he could do since I paid in cash. I went and picked out a driver to try out and no-one was around to help me with the simulator. The first associate that I initially dealt with yelled at me in a derogatory manner to not touch the computer. I asked him if he could speak with me with more respect, and assist me if i am unable to do so. There also was no signage to alert the customer that we are unable to help ourselves, which he happened to acknowledge after i alerted him of his unprofessional attitude. Soon after he then could not get the machine to work for about three to four minutes, explaining to me that its people that touch the machine that mess it up for him, which came across as a cop out for his attitude earlier. He then hawked me and provided to further advice or questions to my needs. I had then felt uncomfortable and went to the front to just get my money and leave. Shannon said I could only get store credit. This was somewhat understandable coming from someone who treated me equally. The manager came to answer my displeasure and I told him about not being told about the store credit policy when i purchased the club. I told him i knew only about the 7 days to return, and the 30% off the demo clubs after renting for 20$ or so. He told me he had to option for me and the receipt should have showed me that. However, that is something you receive after purchase. I told him about my issue with the first associate and he couldn't really believe it. I told him I was not coming in there to pick a fight and he said "yes you did" i then said you two are very quick with your responses. He said are going to leave here angry, I said I was very ill tempered and yes. He then gave me my money and I thanked Shannon for his help. Disgusting style of professionalism, especially coming from older men. Worst experience I ever had at a golf store. This place used to treat me well but the attitude and the help that the managers gave me were awful. I bought a 2018 Scotty Cameron from golf galaxy online and i received a 2014 FAKE scotty cameron that was sold directly from the golf galaxy warehouse. They wouldn’t allow me to exchange it for a 2018 putter since it was fake even though golf galaxy were the ones who sold to me. They accused me that I got the 2018 and then before I came into the store I switched the 2018 with a fake putter I had. The pro there also said that UPS switched the putter as it was being shipped to me. How stupid does he think I am??? The managers were laughing after spending an hour speaking to a supervisor on the phone and as we were leaving the managers all were in the back staring at me and laughing at what just occurred. This should not be allowed in a store especially as managers. They just lost my business and they will not see me again in the store. AWFUL EXPERIENCE and DO NOT trust golf galaxy when ordering online. Tried to order the 2018 online for the last 2 hours but their computers are down and won’t take any payments. The representative on the phone also told me that the putters come from scotty to golf galaxy warehouse and then are shipped by UPS from golf galaxy..This tells you that golf galaxy switched the real ones with the fake ones. I will never trust golf galaxy again and this experience should never occur as a retail golf store.

Love this place! Spontaneous clearance on apparel is amazing and keeps me stopping in every week or so...talking up to 75% off on already sale ticketed items. Bought some $40-$50 Puma and Slazenger shorts for $4 and $9! Purchased over $250 in apparel on clearance which got me soooo much! Slazenger cant be found in any other golf stores in Vegas which together with Puma are my favorite brands in apparel. Employee watched me hit some balls and brought someone's trade-in to my attention. It was a SLDR 2 hybrid and looked like it had never been used. Seriously couldn't find a sign of it ever being hit. It had a $275 Diamana shaft and new edition Golf Pride grip. This club had $500 of value which I bought for only $85! FYI golf warehouses like Golf Galazy cant sell "used" clubs at a higher price than their new clubs regardless if the upgrades and mint condition. Amazing club I can hit 245 yards off the fairway. Thanks again employee who's name I've forgotten!

from the moment I walked in the store i was disappointed. Very poor customer service. I felt like I was bothering them. At first I thought the rep was having a bad day, but when i went back to pick up my clubs the next day, i was treated the same why by another associate. I will not be going back ever again!

Horrible experience buying special order clubs here. I hit golf balls here for 2 hours and picked a set I liked. They ordered the wrong clubs and now I have to wait an additional two weeks. There was no efforts to rectify the situation. Don’t bother going here, buy online or PGA super store.
