Great course layout, family friendly. The grass is manicured to perfection in large part due to the experienced maintenance staff. You can expect a big bang-for-your-buck anytime you golf at Chesapeake Bay. The outside staff is very friendly and welcoming upon arrival with the same kind of attitude in the clubhouse. I would recommend anyone to golf at these two properties, whether a 4-handicap or just going out for fun!

My favorite course in the Delmarva. Always well maintained and never over crowded. The staff is friendly the prices reasonable and the course fun and forgiving.

Just played in an event and had a blast. Course was playing fast and true. The food provided by the chef afterwards was top notch. Will definitely attend future events there.

Played Labor Day weekend 2015. The course is in great condition for a non-touring professional not expecting A+ country club conditions like myself :) - The greens were in GREAT condition. A challenging enough course for any golfer. Well worth the visit.

I just played a round at Chesapeake Bay Golf Club this past weekend and the course is in phenomenal shape. The greens, tee boxes, and fairways are in absolute perfect condition and the layout is awesome. These greens are the best greens I have putted on all year (and I play a lot of golf). Every staff member at CBGC showed enthusiasm and they catered to our every need...the overall atmosphere was great. I also orded the cheesesteak sandwich and it was delicious, tasted just like a Philly cheesesteak. If you want to get the most bang for your buck, this is the course you need to play. I rate this 10/10 and will definitely play this fun course as much as I can.

This review is for the footgolf course and the snack bar area. This a great technical foot golf course. It can be challenging and rewarding with out being to hard to play for ANY skill level. There are water hazards, sand hazards, and plenty of interesting terrain. The course focuses on technical putting. It is a little far out and a little pricey it is definitely worth a trip though. The snack bar is well stocked and not too pricey. The decor is good and comfortable.

Chesapeake bay golf club at Rising Sun is is beautiful shape as always. A longer course than its North East counterpart and more of a forgiving grip it and rip it course. For the most part if the ball is dry, you can play from anywhere. It does have it's tough holes and some long par 3s to test your skill. Beautifully maintained and now offers Footgolf, which is loads of fun to play. My daughter and I played footgolf today there and had a blast! I definitely recommend trying it. Check this course out, well worth your time!

Very nice course and staff is amazing! Like the new menu changes and now offer breakfast and lunch. So far the food has been good. And again, the staff is so friendly. We moved from the midwest and the golf course we went to had a similar set up, yet had more happy hours and events for all to attend. This club has so much going for it and surprised the inside is so outdated? Look forward to coming back again soon.

Great place. Wonderful staff. I'm always looking for an excuse to go here when I can. Fun atmosphere. Prices are comparable to other local Courses. They do offer a Coupon Book to help with the savings on Golf.

I have played Rising sun many times. Great course! Awesome greens, beautiful fairways, JUST WOW!! I recommend both Chesapeake courses and facilities to everyone.

I had a group of come from out of town on a stay and play package with Chesapeke one day and Wyncote the next. Andrew Barbin helped me through the process and everything went off without any issues at all. Big Thank You to Andrew and his staff! The course, with respect to the weather we have had, was really impressive and well maintained. The starter was a great guy that shot the breeze with us and wasn't uptight or arrogant. The gentleman in the pro shop was kind of miserable, but the golf was great. The practice range could use some work, but that's not the reason you go to a course anyway. Definitely, recommend playing here and the packages they offer to stay and play.

I was a member here back in the Chantilly days. When I played yesterday I just knew by the end of the round that the superintendent was still there. Tom Brown keeps this track in "as good as it gets" condition. Tee to green, every hole, perfection. Thanks for the memories Tom.
