Do you want a long, PGA Type, real golf course for your Golf day, outing or experience? Give Ballamor a try for your next round of golf! This course WAS THE REAL DEAL as far as golf is concerned. Back tees for "scratch" players is a solid 7,098 yards from tips, including par 5's of 625 yards, 578 yards and a 557 yarder....A true test of 6,681 yards awaits you from the Blue tees (where I played).....6,267 from the whites.....and 5,932 from the Ladies "Red" or Senior Tees. From any distance, this course WILL challenge you because the greens are NOT flat! I made pars on six of my final seven holes on the back nine and shot a 40! I was thrilled with the course - nice fairways - nice greens - nice cart girl - nice refreshments at the turn! The course is actually beautiful because no two holes run parallel to each other. the course is spread out through the woods, streams, ponds, Pine trees, and great Natural South Jersey Beauty! Are you staying in Atlantic City for a convention, gambling get-away, vacation, or Boy's weekend away, and want to Golf? Give Ballamor a go! You'll thank me later !! Trust me, I've played MANY golf courses in my day and this ranks up there in my TOP-10 !

Great layout went for a bachelor's party weekend first time playing at course. Helpful staff will return if in the area again! *Forgot to mention* Greens were in great shape, so were the fairways. They were rolling a little slower then what I was use to but also this was beginning of season and lots of rain so far this year. I would say it was in 7-9 range on the stimpmeter.

Excellent layout and greens. Great place to play as a group. Played in a small outing on a rainy day in early September and loved the course. Will be back down hopefully in November sometime. No downsides other than a lack of dry towels... Still would give more stars if I could.

A very pretty course. Lots of well groomed bunkers, but very fair as the fairways are wide enough for a most golfers. Well run, very enjoyable round.

Good course with a great layout, but they don't keep a good pace of play. There were 2 separate twosomes in front of my group that refused to join together. We called the proshop to get a ranger out to fix the issue, but the ranger never showed up. Front 9 took 2.5 hours so we decided to leave early.

Very nice course in south Jersey. The layout of this course is well planned and a joy to play. Required excellent shot placement and rewarded the smart player (but gave plenty of opportunities for reward, if you wanted to go for it). I was very impressed with the conditions of the greens (rolled true) and the fairway (despite being very wet and losing yardage on rollout). Would definitely play again. Preferred this course to its sister, Atlantic City Country Club.

Best course I have played on the shore. They must have done a lot work because there were only a couple spots on the greens that were dead. Layout is very fair and unique, and course was nicely maintained compared to most on the shore. Would recommend to anybody.

Good price for after 3pm round. Great layout. Mix of risk reward holes, straighht up holes and down right hard ones. Even the white tees have good distance (6,400 yards) the championships would be really tough at over 7,000. Greens were fast and true. A little beat up from jerks that don't fix their ballmarks, but all courses have that problem. Will bring everyone to this Gem

Beautiful course with character. Great opportunity to get early rounds in the off seaaon, and the course remains in great shape. The staff is pleasant, and very helpful in getting players out depending on the group size. One of my top 3 courses in Atlantic City area.

Great golf course but the staff couldn’t be more rude. You get grunts rather then a response. It appeared as though the guy didn’t want to be at work today. Everything else was good. The course is in nice shape but the bunkers have a lot of rocks in them. If you stay out of the sand you will enjoy the round.

One of the nicer golf courses at the Jersey Shore...The greens, fairways and tee boxes were in very good shape...the course layout is fair and unique...pricey, but replay rate is very reasonable...club house was nice serving decent food and there was a reasonable beer selection...I would recommend playing this course!

Great course and friendly staff. I played on a slightly rainy day so only the real golfers were out and both of us played quickly. Can't comment on pace of play during other times. The course has a bunch of wide open fairways that offer great risk /reward options for high and low handicaps. The par 3's are over water or waste. It's a beautiful drive through the woods between holes. Looking forward to playing again.

Excellent course. Played this weekend in May and staff was extremely personable. Course couldn’t have been in better condition and I couldn’t get over the view from the tee boxes. One problem is the course needs more rangers to push people along with a course so long and wide open. A group behind us verbally attacked us because we didn’t hit up on a group that was 200 yards out on the fairway, which was a yardage we were out hitting all day from the tee. But when you’re playing golf on a Saturday afternoon it should be expected to be a little slow. I would play this course every weekend if I could.

One of the nicest golf courses I've ever played. Tried the 10 play card but found that speed of play is not managed during those hours. Two rounds took us on a five hour pace, we left after the 13th hole BUT were able to play the last three as they were wide open. Did the go around round.
