Not in good shape crabgrass everywhere and greens were not cut. Just to let’s the owner know I’m not a Groupon customer, your course was not good period and the greens were not cut at all. I’m sorry sir, if your course is crabgrass and not well maintained, it’s my right to voice my concerns as a customer. . Can you tell me why there’s no grass on the seventh green then? How the ball on a ten foot put takes 6 bounces to the hole? That’s not just pure luck, it’s because the greens weren’t cut. Please think about what I have said. You have a nice layout, but to bring people back u need to eliminate the crabgrass and take better care of the greens. I don’t think it was a coincidence that there was about a dozen cars in the lot, and when I finished there were half. Boy, I’m reading these comments from this owner, very rude and unprofessional

I enjoyed the game there BUT I showed up with a hand written comp that was for the second round of 9 I BOUGHT through groupon and was told by the pro shop guy Jabar that he wasnt going to honor it, but gave us $6 off of paying for it. I want to say again, the hand written comp card I had was because I had PAID FOR 18 HOLES, ONLY PLAYED 9 AND GIVEN THAT CARD FOR THE SECOND 9 THAT WAS OWED TO ME!! probably not going back and dont recomend the place to anyone else.

Course is good. Challenging. every shot is above or below your feet on the hill. Plenty of opportunity to get rid of old balls. Easy to slice unto the woods or on the 9th hole water hazard

Vineyard Valley is quaint 9 hole course with 18 hole difficult course aspirations. The large wide open fairways lend themselves to a drive that doesn't have to be perfect. Several holes are uphill and a few downhill. The uphill holes have the wind in your face and than the downhill holes the wind is swirling. You will love the ninth hole a challenging semi island green with a more difficult drop spot than the box. Play this course you won't be disappointed.

A local favorite course of mine, and I've been an annual member in the past. The course is in much better condition under new management. All of the excess brush from prior years is gone. Looking forward to several Sunday outings here this summer.

New Owner since last year, Jabbar, is very kind. Gave my son a free bucket of balls for practice since he’s playing in State high school tournament. Very easy going place. Great range to hit off the grass or the mats. Last three holes are incredible. One is a high long downhill looking across Pomfret. The last two holes finish over water. With the final hole an island green. Tough finishing hole. If you go in the water you have to ring the bell of shame!!! Fun. Inexpensive enjoyable round of golf.
