Great course with a challenging layout and some nice views. I ended up getting a lesson with the head assistant Jared who gave me some great tips and had me hitting the ball straighter in about ten minutes. I'm sure I'll lose that pretty quick but still worth it and I've already scheduled the next one. I'd recommend making the trip.

8/8/13. There were 3 temp greens. They just punched the few that were "playable". This place seems like it is going downhill fast.

My husband and I were married at The Ranch Golf Club in June and it was honestly the perfect venue for our relatively small (~100 guests) wedding. The price was very reasonable for the area and the food was absolutely outstanding! Months later our guests are still talking about how great the short ribs were!! We had hoped for an outdoor ceremony, but a last-minute rain shower changed those plans! The staff at The Ranch quickly moved all of our decorations inside and made the space look more beautiful than I could have imagined. They even sent covered golf carts to shuttle my bridesmaids and I from where we were getting ready to the barn. However, the absolute best feature of the venue is their event coordinator Bonnie. I cannot even count the number of times I said “I love Bonnie!” throughout our wedding planning process. She is absolutely spectacular and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and make any special accommodations that we requested. That woman deserves a raise! I don’t know how anyone plans a wedding without “a Bonnie”. We love you!! <3

The ranch golf course is in quite good shape though the layout is what brings avid golfers. We did not enjoy our most recent visit due to poor management and lacking accountability . I played with 3 other good golfers, and we always play at a pretty rapid pace. Shortly after teeing off at 650 am on a Saturday morning a twosome came behind us and we graciously let them play through, then another hole and another twosome, remember we are playing fast. After 9 holes we stopped to use the restroom and despite the two delays we were still several minutes ahead of the pace. We were approached by the Ranger George , he didn't ask but told us rather that the twosome behind were playing through. When I complained he waived to them , called them by name and explained that they were members and played fast. I told him I didn't care , we were ahead of time and had already allowed several twosomes go through. But he said it was happening. I was furious. We payed the same money, booked an early t time, and now because his chronies show up we suffer? It's crap. I went afterward to the pro shop , they did nothing to convince me that the cared at all. So pay your hard earned money and be prepared to be pushed around by the member friendly bullies at the Ranch golf course.

Nice course but it was early season, I guess that's why the traps were a rocky disaster. Glad I never found one! Overall a very good experience. I would definitely golf there again.

My husband and I got married 10 years ago today and had our wedding reception at The Ranch. We returned tonight to celebrate. Unfortunately, the menu was limited due to so many events being help simultaneously. We were disappointed, but decided to have a drink and find dinner elsewhere. When our server asked we explained the situation to her. She was so responsive! She informed the head of food and beverage as well as one of the owners, who was on sight. They were able to alter the menu to be able to cook us steaks - which were out of this world - and bought us a round of drinks! We were so happy with our wedding at The Ranch ten years ago and were so incredibly impressed with the service and attention we received this evening! Amazing!

Great course in great shape. Challenging but fun to play. Food when you make the turn after nine is less then spectacular. Turkey sandwich was actually a lettuce and tomato on a roll with one slice of deli turkey, cheeseburger was pretty tasteless served on a stale oversized bun. With a $9 price tag on each just stay away from the lunch.

A very fun course, and probably a tad easier than it's rated, but still challenging. Most fairways kick back towards the center, and the yardage doesn't play nearly as long as the card. Entire course was in excellent shape (played weekend during club championship). Pace of play was ok for a Saturday afternoon, just over 4hrs, though not many people were there that day. I don't think the elevation changes were excessive or gimmicky going uphill, though downhill came all at once. Always tough to pay that much for a morning round, but still worth a 5 star rating for afternoon rate.

Excellent golf experience. The grounds crew keeps this place in great shape. The greens roll speedy and true and the staff is great. The layout has some interesting and quirky holes, but is not unfair or gimmicky.

Amazing golf course. I've always heard of it and that I should play it, but never made the 40 minute drive. First off, it was EMPTY. We basically had the course and the very nice driving range (free of charge) to ourselves. The course layout is awesome. Most holes are visually appealing from the tee which I like a lot. You get some great views along the course too. Conditions were great. I played my best round of the entire year here very early on in the season.

Went to a wedding reception here 9 days ago. My granddaughter got married. Everything about the place was wounderful. The place is nice, the food was good, all employee's were friendly and helpful. We all had a great time. I didn't want the evening to end. Of course the man my Granddaughter and her new husband hired to play the music was very good. Plenty of good tunes to dance to and he has a good voice, yup, he sanged some songs for us. Only one down side. The mashed potatoes we had with our meal were good, i love mash potatoes, but a bit on the salty side. Sorry guys, only mentioned it so you would know for the next time you serve them. Thank's for making our time there happy memories. :)
