It was a beautiful landscape!!! Water was blue tinted, very clean, animals freshly painted. Price for 2 was 18.00 Not bad for how many holes there are. Only downfall was waiting for people in front of you and people waiting behind you. Feel as if you need to rush.

This place is really good. They were vote best mini golf in the state three years in a row (2016-2018). I can't say for sure it is, but its definitely a good one. A couple holes are pretty unique, but the atmosphere, with the waterfall and overall scenic view is quite nice.

Such a fun mini golf place! The scenery is excellent and the grounds are well kept. There's a waterfall, stream, pond, and vibrantly painted animals. Some of the courses are too simple, it's true, but it's fun for all ages. The price is reasonable (currently $8.50 adult, $7.50 child), and you can win a free round if you get a hole-in-one on the 18th hole which my boyfriend and I have both accomplished before. Add the free "mini golf" app to your phone for easy score keeping and a record of your past games. This continues to be my favorite place for mini golf!

Unfortunately, the only photo I have of Safari Golf is from the outside. Being one of the first Sundays in Spring to hit 60 degrees my girlfriend and I decided to go mini-golfing since we both hadn't been in years. We first checked out the place in Farmington and realized it wasn't something exciting for us, so, we went to Google and found Safari Golf; it was the perfect match. They closed at 10 p.m. on a Sunday and they were only 20 minutes away. At 6:15 p.m. we left Farmington and arrived at Safari Golf to be turned away. They were closing three and a half hours early because no one has come in an hour. People were still finishing their game of golf and even if they were near their end I personally believe a business should at least honor their hours as long as they're still open when it guest arrives. Maybe I'm just being entitled but I personally feel if a guest shows up while you're still open 3 hours before you close, you should take the business.

At the time this built we all though was an "upstart" of the mini courses in the area; but its kept its own over time and now is venerated fixture of the past. Great throwback course that's upkept up pretty well

Probably one of the best in CT. Used to go here when I was little and figured that the course would be run down, but definitely not!! Definitely a challenging, well maintained course that's easy to get to from anywhere. Highly recommend.

What a cool course! The landscaping and animal sculptures are well done and it is a challenging, but fun, course to play. The kiddos loved it here. There's a nice little snack Shack with plenty of seating overlooking the course too, which was nice. Friendly staff too!

This was a fun adventure! One of the best minature golf courses i have been too. It is well maintained and is really fun. Really nice waterfall and animals all around. You can play at night. There are plenty of lights. Great place for kids and adults! I will go back again!

Incredible! Early evening golfing is nice and shady with beautiful hilltop views. Gorgeous landscape, very nice sitting areas and clean bathrooms. A real gem!

Safari Mini Golf is the very best. First, the course is great. Challenging but not hard, a lot of fun. Second, it's very, very well maintained. The animals are painted every year so they always look great. The flowers & shrubs are always kept beautiful, and they keep the beds in fresh mulch as well. Overall it's a great place to have some fun. We go several times a season.

I went there yesterday and there card machine was down. The girl (sitting with 3 of her friends) said that I can go up the street to the gas station to get cash. When I came back I asked for the 2.50 to come off the game. She said she will give a dollar off. She seemed angered that I would even ask. She ended up giving me 2 dollars off. I thanked her and she gave me a smug look. When I was done with the game I thanked her again she kept her head down and did not even look up. Very bad experience on a very hot day. I would prefer to go to Sonnys place in Somers from now on. They are 1 dollar cheaper and have other activities. Staff is very friendly there. It was not about the card machine being down it was how rude the girl was.

I've been coming here regularly for the past 20 years, and there's a good reason why this mini-golf course has been voted best in Connecticut several times. Overall the course layout hasn't changed much since the 90's besides a few cup placements on the greens, but they do an excellent job of keeping up with the grounds and construction work every year, so the course has actually aged pretty well. The staff here are always friendly, and the manager has even let us play an extra round for free a few times. A little more expensive than other places but it's well worth the extra couple of bucks.
