Was not overly impressed. A few nice holes, but some major deficiencies. Greens need some attention, some sand traps were overgrown with weeds. Decent course if you can play for ~$45, $140 is totally ridiculous.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Ok course and greens are a good challenge. If I wanted to pay $140 for a round of golf and hit from crab grass I'd play in my back yard. The lack of cart paths around some greens leaves plenty of bare spots and loose rocks. Just not impressed. it's a $40 course. Stay away and save money. Very disappointed.

This place was awesome . A great golf course . Every hole was different . Its kept in immaculate condition . The food was great . The place was very clean . The staff was amazing . I definitely recommend this course for any skill level .

the course was nice. a few blind shots. nice layout, but the tee boxes were splotchy, and the greens were super slow, and had a lot of ball marks. ( fix your marks people ) the staff was great. Very helpful. It was over priced for the layout and condition. I won't play it again.

Very nice course. Amazing greens(fix your ballmarks guys, come on) and largest I've seen in a while. Lush fairways(not too long or tight). Reasonably challenging. Staff very nice and accommodating. Like a private club sort of. Hard for me to relax and slow down. This place will help you with that. 4 1/2 stars

The people at the course we're very nice and helpful when they learned I had not been there before. The course was in okay shape. The greens needed alot of TLC. The sand traps were not raked after use and I was in a 2 in hole from a shoe print. The front nine played at a normal pace but the back nine was awful. I don't know where these people came from. The pace of play was pathetic. I sent a message to club house for player assistance but No one answered. It's a good thing I bought this from golf now at a reduced rate because no way no how would it have been worth the regular greens fees. My partner and I gave up and left at 15. If a course is going to charge $140.00 to play, they better have a ranger riding around keeping the pace of play moving. I won't be going back there again. On a positive note, I liked the snack shack!!

We had a class reunion there for high school. I liked the place. It was a great venue for a party. It's spacious. Good bar. I don't remember if we ate dinner but I seem to remember being unimpressed by some aspect of the event and I think it was that. They have a smoking patio. Ample parking for a lot more cars than we had. It's far far out since it's up Pautipaug Hill Rd in Baltic, so I took 1/2 star off for that. It's a nice place. Nothing too special. No problems to speak of. Everyone had a good time. I think I don't love it because it was such a big space. It didn't feel like a reunion as much as a business event.

Worst round ever! 4 groups on every hole, no ball washers, no ranger, no sand in cart, GPS in cart broken. Pro shop pretty much said tough luck. Left after 9 holes that took 3 and half hours. How they charge 120 bucks is beyond me...golf is supposed to be fun and relaxing but this experience ruined my day!

Fun course. Lots of risk/reward and difficulty depends on the tees you choose. If you stay at the casino, there is no transportation and they don’t go out of their way to help with that outside of a private driver for hire. If you are staying at the casino, this is not a high end resort course so the $140 price is high for the course conditions and amenities. It’s nice, but not indicative of high end courses/amenities in this price range.

This review will begin with some facts that will validate our opinion about this property. I planned an outing for eight of us to celebrate one of our friends retirement after 35 tears of teaching. Received an email fro Mohegan advertising their "Forever Young Mondays". Rates quoted for 60 years an older would be at 2 for 1, Cost of playing was $140.00 per player for tee times from 7 am to 150pm, and $85.00 per player 2pm and on. I made tee time reservations in April for 2pm and 2:10 pm for Monday June 20th. When we arrived at the course we were told that the Credit Card Machines were not operating so therefore we have to pay in cash, in addition the 2 for 1 rate applied to the morning rate of $140.00 not the rate of $85.00 which we had signed up for. Not happy, we then asked if there would be food available on the course, we were assured that they had food available and it was centrally located on the course to be accessible at four different holes, when the first opportunity to purchase food presented itself, the facility was closed, no food no drink, NOT HAPPY, we finished our round and then found that the clubhouse facilities to be closed.NOT HAPPY, drove to Mohegan to begin our overnight stay frustrated and ticked off, we ate at their restaurants, drank at their bars, gambled at their tables, when asked by a casino floor host how we enjoyed our golf experience we let him know that the eight of us would not recommend this course to any of our golf associates here in the Berkshires, he tried to see if there was something he could for us but recommended that i speak with a casino host in the morning, which i did repeated the story got the company line , sorry, he would speak to his manager and relay our complaint, i left my players card number, my cell number and my email address on Tuesday June 21 am, I was assured that i would be contacted, today is Tuesday June 28, NO CONTACT< NOT HAPPY, I am surprised that Mohegan Sun would associate themselves with a course that does not meet the needs of their customers, The course itself needs work and new hole design. EIGHT NOT HAPPY GOLFERS FROM THE BERKSHIRES
