REVIEWS OF Las Sendas Golf Club IN Arizona

No thanks on this course. Day started off with the bag drop guy with a terrible attitude and the the starter being so rude. Really? It was a beautiful day on AZ and you wanted to ruin it for your customers. The layout of course is around a hill and houses. Tricked up and an odd course. Conditions were good for September, it still just an weird course. If the customer support would have been different when we stepped on the grounds, maybe the review would be better.

Bill Friesenhahn

Beautiful course but front 9 is best up

Jeremy Banaszewski

Great golf course, fast true greens. A favorite of mine when in Phoenix.

Great track! Friendly members and staff

My sister took me out to celebrate my birthday. If you like sandwhiches and chips with a golf course view, this is your place to be. View is nice depending on where you sit outside on the patio. This is the best time to eat outside in Arizona is December. Indoor restaurant is not impressive and needs a makeover. Food: My salad order is not what I expected. The plate itself looked too small for what I'm accustomed to seeing in other decent places. Even Chicago Fil-A's salad is 10 times better. The dressing was clumpy. The salad itself looked like it was lacking strawberries and blueberries while the chicken was bland. It needs improvement. On the other hand, the sandwiches ordered by my sister and her family looked great and chips were excellent. Definitely, a sandwhich restaurant. Service was awfully slow around the holidays.. which is expected.

There Pasta Bar on Sunday’s are Amazing delicious would recommend , you choose the type of pasta you want (create your own) the cook is very quickly and experienced !

Tom Sturtevant

Extremely nice facility

Fred C.

This is a really great place to get a bite to eat and to have some incredible views at the same time. If you are in the area, I recommend stopping in. You won't regret it. Sit on the patio if you happen to be there during delightful weather.

I paid $50 to play on Saturday 9/29. No one in our group was notified during booking or before checking in and paying that the entire course was scalped. If you've ever attempted to play a scalped course, you know it's a joke. Machines and crew continued over-seed preparation during our round, shrouding us in a haze of dust and dead grass. The "fairways" were rock hard dirt and hadn't been watered in weeks. The greens were the only green grass on the whole course, but were similarly rock hard and wanting for water. As if the conditions weren't bad enough, we were constantly pestered by the ranger to pick up the pace, even though we finished our "round" comfortably within the 4 hours 15 minutes recommended on the scorecard. There was no beverage cart, snack bars were closed, and water coolers at several tee areas were either empty or missing. Management was unhelpful when we raised these issues. We won't be back. Las Sendas, even if healthy, simply isn't worth the trouble. There are so many superior courses in the valley.

Jarred McBride

Course is in great shape and you can't beat those views.

Greg Baker

I brought some friends from out of town for golf and we loved it. The course is a great design with a lot of variation and was in excellent condition! First class operation!

Brittany Wilkison

Here for a wedding. Good food, beautiful views.

Chad Brown

Starter and rangers were rude. We played in 4 hours on a course we had never seen and they kept telling us that we were out of position. Course was ok condition. Nothing special. Too many blind shots.

Aaron Shah

Beautiful

This very well laid out and challenging desert-style course, although spending much of its time weaving through a residential community, still retains plenty of the rugged naturalness of its desert origins. The unobtrusive housing is generally set well back from the holes, with a good-width of desert terrain flanking the contoured fairways.

Alberto Chavez

The Puerto Rico chef table was tasty food I ever had.

Devin Woolery

Great course. The layout is unlike anything that I have played before. Although I grabbed a late twilight time, I was still able get, what I feel was the standard service from the clubhouse and other course workers - range balls and cart included! The course was in great shape for early June, with only one downside - the fairways on the front 9 had recently been aerated so there were dirt clumps all over. Apart from that I would give it a full 5 stars. Overall it was a great experience and I will be sure to come back again.

Derek Hammerlindl

SLOW. They said they squeezed in a few extra groups so we teed off 40 minutes late and played 9 holes in over 3 hours before giving up. No marshalls to be found and no concern in the clubhouse about the slow pace. Horrible experience. If possible I would give it negative stars.

Alan Forde

Good greens, nice sight lines. Challenging enough (21 handicap now, was 14) even the big hitters had plenty as they went to the tips. Fun to reach #18 in two - will hold your focus on tee and shot over lake. (now try and hold that green) Very friendly and helpful bag drop, pro shop staff and starter. Halfway house had a wonderful sausage. Nice spiciness. Great mix of locals using the restaurant after plus Alice Cooper plays there so it works.

Stephen Walden

Horrible experience at this course. Played here a few weeks ago and the course was in horrible condition despite their claims it was "overseeding." It felt like we were playing target practice with the lawnmowers driving around the fairways. We were rushed through by the greenskeeper multiple times, rudely may I add. The beverage stations were closed down, and to make matters worse, there is not a beverage cart driving around. It honestly had the feeling of a cheap public course. I reached out to management to respectfully voice my concerns with the course and they sent me back a list of their awards from previous years. Not helpful! There are so many better courses in AZ, I recommend any other course. The views are nice, but might as well go on a hike to see the views and play golf at a much better course.

MARK COOLS

Awesome golf. Course was in great shape. Receptive greens. Beautiful Vistas and fast greens, similar to another Robert Trent Jones II designed course that I played.

Jon @GeekiTek

Awesome place

Lauren Hewitt

Awesome happy hour and sunset views!

Calgary Rick

Had an opportunity to play this wonderful track on Monday! The course is already in great shape and the best early season greens in the area! So many great holes and spectacular views!! The new clubhouse renovations are outstanding!! A must play!

CJ Hatch

The greens were in rough shape

Colin Ukrainec

A Difficult track that requires a lot discipline and patience. Lively restaurant with a 2nd to none patio view to enjoy a couple bevys and count the skins winnings after a round.

John TellUlater

Gorgeous course practically year round. Can be challenging at times, but played from reasonable tees it is quite enjoyable. Don't try to show off and hit from the championship tips on this course, it will bite you back.

Mike Rhine

A great place to spend the evening watching the sun go down as you eat.

Laurent Giroux

Very slow golf course. 3hours on the front 9. After hole numb 5 I call them to get a rain check they say no! The marchal came I ask what you guna do he said nothing! Don’t come waist your time.

Al Eskesen

We came as a group of 35 guys , as part of our annual golf trip. We had already played gold canyon , excellent experience . Then played Wildfire , even a better experience . Then we got to Las Sendas , what a let down . They had carts for us , but no designation on carts for players or T times. Talked to staff at bag drop , they indicated the starter on first tee would line us up . Upon arriving at 1st tee, Dave, the starter was emmediatly very rude and clearly didn't want to help . He right away suggested " turn your cart around and go find out your tee times." Yet there he is with time sheet in his hand . Several members of our group had not nice discussions with him . Course itself was mediocre at best . Traps were soaking wet , some had standing water in them . Yardage markers were non existent, even when we found sprinkler heads with stamped yardages , they were wrong . Some of the greens were nice , others were really beat up and bumpy . Tee boxes were very uneven, some with big humps or depressions . Oh , and no refreshment carts at all . For the cost we payed , I'm very disappointed. Would never play this course again , waist of time .

Vince Davis

Very nice course. The greens were firm and fast with only a few unrepaired digits. The course was in great shape. My group enjoyed the round.

Karen Smith

Good wine selection, some good choices of entrees, at times the live music is much too loud for conversation!

Brandon Guerrero

This course is beautiful and very well kept all year round. Las Sendas plays through the mountains and is on the more difficult end.

Mark Talbott

Lovely course with some great views. The greens are really in great shape. Bring your A game though. This course plays tougher than the slope rating...

David Telles

Love this place great price and awesome course

Jack Kenney

great course very challenging went 1 over on the back here

James Shoff

Love this course first on are list to play when we return during are cold winters

Max Sullivan

Nice course, great staff, course has a lot of blind shots, course knowledge would be helpful or GPS on carts to tell distance to trouble

Greg Shepherd

Picturesque Golf Course. Can be challenging from the tips!

Devin Frobb

Beautiful and challenging course

Ron Lombard

Beautiful grounds. This staff is exceptionally helpful, I was here celebrating Alice Cooper's birthday party it was so much fun. There was morning and afternoon golf then into the evening hours Alice played and there was a couple of more bands that came on. A gourmet , wonderful meal was served. All of the proceeds went towards Alice's charities for teenagers and preeti's. Wonderful cause. A dozen sponsors Callaway the golf equipment outfit was a huge donator. Chrysler was also a huge donator half a dozen cars of the 2018 s were out beautiful trucks and cars. The old throwback Dodge Charger had a price tag of 50K beautiful vehicle this particular car was the Hemi over 450 horsepower. They also had the standby rugged Jeep in a dark gray color Simply beautiful vehicle. A lot of notable faces were there supporting Alice and it's charities. Athletes musicians actors. It truly was an inspiring evening and Alice does a lot for the community.

Jill Wagner

They need to change up the menu

K Taylor

Nice course. People very nice and you can walk if you want.

Aharon Williams

It was quite nice, but a little unkept and small

Eddie Idrizovic

The golf pro is awesome. The course is nicely manicured and they have the beverage stands located in the correct places. Worth the money for sure.

Kathy Morris

We had a lovely evening enjoying Happy Hour and watching the most gorgeous desert sunset. We are coming back regularly! Thank you for your beautiful Bar and Grill. Kathy Morris

Troy Handwerk

I am a local business provider in the area, was married at this course and an avid golfer. I golfed today as a single and the course conditions were terrible. It was very slow and management at the course would not address it what so ever. I was going to tee off the back nine and three groups were waiting on deck. When asked about a back nine rain check mgmt said that it’s against policy. I played for $25 and they just lost a full time golfer over $12. That’s how much a hot dog at the course costs. I was told this is a trending issue here and that Rick is a very difficult guy to deal with. Fix the problem and I’ll get a tee time in the future.

Bernie Price

Great track, not easy. Fabulous patio restaurant

Scott Rassi

Great course and in great shape!

pamela turcotte

Beautiful views over looking the golf course. Very relaxing.

Dan Randolph

Very nice course with plenty of challenges.

Doug Brown

Beautiful golf course, wonderful restaurant. Al ways a favorite of ours

Brian Canady

Tough tough tough course. First time playing in Arizona. From Kansas city. Very challenging. Could've been lack of sleep and also not eating and just drinking water to avoid heat exhaustion lol

Adam Eklund

Tough course beautifully maintained in April. Rangers were Nazis had nobody behind us and they were still pressuring us every other hole.

Brian Koester

I don't know how this club operates on a normal basis, but I took my family during Food Truck Friday and it was a really fun experience. There was plenty of food options and a live band entertaining everyone. A lot of fun.

Dale Hicks

Great course. I got a mid morning "Hot Deal" tee time from GolfNow for a great rate. 1st time for two of us, but the guys that played the course gave us some great tips. Course is very challenging and you gotta play smart rather than just pounding it every chance you get. Can't wait to play it again.

kevbo124

Great course. One of the cleanest, regularly maintained course I have ever been on!

G B

We've been here multiple times. First couple of times food was decent, nice view, and service was mediocre/ok. Tonight was our 3rd time going, arrived roughly just before 5pm. Literally the entire patio is empty, bar is half full. Walk up to the hostess who tells us all the tables are reserved and they may be able to get us in at 6:30. I get you have reservations, but they aren't all coming at once, and we are well ahead of dinner hour. Highly disappointing, poor customer service. Absolutely won't be back unless under new management as they obviously have no idea how to run a restaurant. No matter how great the view is, the rest of the place sucks.

Terry M

Very enjoyable cocktail hour on the patio with wonderful views and sunset. Decided to just dine on appetizers while enjoying the beautiful weather and friends. I recommend the Prime Rib Sliders

Kathy Vann

We really enjoyed our round of golf at Las Sendas. They advertised beautiful views and the views deffinitely were. Being nature lovers, we loved seeing all the wildlife! Great course and friendly people!

Glenn Wilkinson

Tough course. Great condition

Boro 14

Played the course last week. Great condition, greens roll very true and quick, lush fairways. The only thing we did not like is that we were not told it was cart path only due to over seeding. Played two rounds a day so a lot of walking. Good food and great service at the restaurant. Good place to watch sports with TV's all over the place. Would definitely play again.

Steve Faria

Food is excellent here. Great service great sunset.

Becky Sanders

I attended a wedding at this location very beautiful

Alex Kleven

My wife and I had our groomsman dinner hosted here. We rented out the patio for 5pm reservations as we we're told the sunsets were amazing. I can attest to this fact as I found my jaw literally dropped when the sun started setting. The food was wonderful (filet mignon) and the service was above average. Helpful but not in the way and made me feel good about getting service. A must try for anyone in the area.

John Briden

Course was awesome highly recommend playing it before it goes private.

d sander

The course is beautiful and in great condition. The staff is great. It almost 5 hours for the round tho

Marv Riemer

Very nice course; very challenging with lots of sand, water, elevation changes & desert! It was in great shape. Only problem was that it was too crowded even heard that there were 5-somes playing so it took us over 5 hours & we couldn't finish before dark.

Bruce Shuck

Sweet club house with a very affordable drink in the bar!!

Brian Beamish

My customers- Beamish

Emmanuel Anne Marie

Prices are reasonable. The staff is very welcoming and the course is in great condition. Will definitively come back

Megan Fuller

I had my wedding here on 10/17/15 and I just have to say that Dascha and Marty are amazing. This place was just beautiful and these ladies made my night so amazing. I was stress free all day long. I've been getting complements since saying how awesome the place was and how awesome the staff was. I would highly recommend this place. And the gold coarse is amazing!!

BkB 2

Nice, well kept, semi difficult coarse.

Nicholas Ferrara

Was excited to play this course, but was met with arguably one of the worst golfing experiences I've ever had in the valley. I was invited to play for $50 a head and figured that was fairly reasonable for the course and its allure. Sadly, the course decided it was a fantastic idea to scalp the fairways on the same day we decided to play. I understand that its about time to over-seed, but this was terrible communication. There was no warning of this happening on golf now, or by the pro shop while I was paying. I would not have paid $50 if I knew I was going to just be engulfed in a cloud of dust, dirt, and grass clippings. There were even times on the course that we had to wait for the grounds crew to actually finish scalping so we could complete the holes. Had we known about the courses intentions to prepare for over-seeding we would not have played that weekend and waited until the course was in better condition. Interestingly, the above over-seeding issue was not even the worst part of the round. The most frustrating part of the round was the overly eager ranger that kept pestering our group to play faster. Now I'm all for "ready golf" but paced to finish the round in the recommended time of 4 hours. We never once waited on the group in front of us, and never once were met by the group behind us. The ranger also had the audacity to ask us which tee box we were teeing off of. I felt that was rude considering he had witnessed us tee off twice during his rounds, and we were no where near the tips. Lastly, I want to make this criticism constructive because I do want to play at Las Sendas again in all it's glory. 1) If you are going to do major maintenance and upkeep on the course update your golf now page to reflect that. Or at least update your club's website to reflect the current status of your course 2) There were many times I was hoping to grab some extra water but the coolers were missing from a few of the holes. It can get pretty hot out during the summer in Arizona, ensuring those coolers are present and filled could go along away with golfers. 3) It would also be nice if there were some way to know the exact pace of play, some sort of timekeeping device on a few of the holes would be great. I understand the ranger is supposed to help keep pace, but he was a complete clown about it. 4) Maybe to keep those coolers full you should send the rangers to fill them up. This might also help with pace of play since that clown wouldn't continue to stop our group every few holes to explain to us how "slow" we were playing and how we could "pick up the pace" I hope these suggestions make it to the next Las Sendas staff meeting. I'm sure plenty gets accomplished during those meetings. At least the hot dog I had was good, like Costco good. So you got that going for you! Thanks for taking the time to read this review.

P & G Harley

We were excited to play this course and had a 1:30 PM the time. The staff failed to tell us that a tournament was playing ahead of us. We spent the entire day waiting for these people to finish each hole and congratulate each other as if they were golf gods. It took us 6 hours to play our 18 holes. The Last two were in the dark. The course is nice but there are plenty of other courses in the area that are just as challenging and don't make you feel like they're giving you a gift to play there.

Carol Alcala

Nice place for golf. The one down fall is you have to wait long when dropping off your bag at the bag drop. Also this course has no signs that show what hole you are on.

Luke Herbert

A bit pricey for lunch but excellent food

Kamran Hussain

Came to Scottsdale from Chicago for our yearly golf trip. Were very excited to play this course. We were the first ones out on a Mon at 7:33am. The course was beautiful and is very well maintained. The lady at the prsoshop was friendly and welcoming. That's where it goes down hill. We were basically harassed by the starter from hole 6 to 14 for being 10 mins behind. Eventually they made us let a 3some and then a 2some play past us. We finished our round at 12:05, that's 4.5 hours after letting 2 groups go past us. This was our first time playing this course, so we needed a few extra mins to understand the hole layout. We also did not see any more groups after the 2 groups, so no idea what the rush was all about. Originally we wanted to do a replay there in the afternoon, no way after that experience. We went to Longbow, which is also a great course, and no one bothered us even once. Las Sendas is a beautiful course, but we will not give them any more of our money.

Rini W

Very nice courses with great dining!

Jerome Sims

Awesome challenging course. Played twice and will play again next visit there.

Deana

Course was in great shape, and well laid out. The course played particularly long for me. It's been a while since most of my second shots were woods. It was cartpath only due to over-seeding, which made for a lot of walking. Probably would've been better just to use a pull cart. Greens were particularly slow. I gave it three stars because the yardage at this course is a great unknown, which made for a really long day and it was frustrating because I had the wrong club a lot of the time. Sprinkler heads were almost always incorrect as was evidenced by my group who had GPS watches on. At one point I had a 60 yard shot and the sprinkler head said 95 yards, which is a big difference in clubs for me. It just wasn't fun in that way. Also, when you go to a nice course like this, it's a disappointment when the pro shop isn't open when you start. Range balls are included, and there is a nice practice green, with a nice chipping area as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Jody Lindbo

Great course, will certainly play there again. Plenty of challenges along the way but definitely playable for a higher handicapper like me! Will be back for sure.

dillon danielson

Course looked superb. Fast greens and plush fairways.

Eric Lieu

Played in late Sept 2011. Course is really nice. Fairway condition was great and it can be target golf for most people. Lots of dog legs. For the Mesa area, I think this course is very good. They have an excellent grill, club house and practice facility. Got it very cheap online.

Gina Dwyer

We were treated badly poor service and hostess was rude she was 16 going on 30 too many.of them hanging around chit chatting told us we need a reservation at 430 in the afternnon? Place was not full I had to go to the bar after we sat for 15 min at our table inside and had to ask bartender if I needed to order from him...waiter then apologize to us several times...only reason 2 stars is because of beautiful scenery...

Big Psych CB2

Love golfing here my father and friends as well always high class treatment and great views!

Rose Wehrenberg

Beautiful venue for a wedding! Great service and delicious food.

Charlie beljan

As a PGA tour player I'm proud to call Las Sendas my home. If your looking for a challenging course, or an enjoyable round with breathtaking views this is the course for you. I find the course to be in great shape year around, with friendly faces and exceptional service. The patio at Las Sendas is absolutely stunning with views of the city, cold beers, and great food. Recently the patio was remodeled with misters, fans, and shade allowing you to still enjoy in the summer heat. When my wife and I want to go out there is not much discussion on a place. She simply says let's head to the patio!! If your playing in the summer, you have to remember that there is a transition period where there will be brown spots in the fairways and a few rough patches. However it is 110 degrees outside and there is not much you can do. I still find it a wonderful place to play and practice even during the summer months. By far one of my favorites in the valley. Charlie Beljan

Kevin Obrien

Great service. Good drinks and food. Best value golf in Phoenix.

Dr. Dan

Great patio. Service slow.

Michael Coyle

My sisters wedding was here and it's an absolutely beautiful venue, and the staff is incredible.

Chris Baldwin

Very nice n beautiful views of the vally

Bryan LaBelle

Beautiful course!

Kevin Scott O'Connell

Tough but beautiful

J Kvinde

Good food and breathtaking views on the patio.

Bridgit Danner, LAc, FDNP

I have not played golf here but we love the view from the deck for happy hour.

christopher paul

Awesome! One my favorite places! The view the food the golfcourse! Everything is super GOOD! Love it!!

Nick Heisterkamp

0/5 would not recommend. Awful course conditions, on course amenities and customer service. Unequivocally the worst experience I've ever had on a golf course. Ownership refused to adequately address or acknowledge multiple complaints brought to their attention. Do yourself a favor and go play Dinosaur Mountain instead.

Tina LaRea

Excellent food, wonderful music by Les Koel, amazing sunset view. Christina is a spectacular server!

Robert Cooper

Great course, very easy going staff. Thank you!

Willis Willis

Very nice course except no jeans allowed!

Dan Faulkner

$8.50 for a hot dog at the snack bar? Really? That’s outrageous. In fact I’m writing this review from Zips sports bar right now and my hamburger and fries and onion rings costs $10. Now THAT is reasonable.

Roger Kaufman

Great course

Ted Burrington

Great golf experience.

Linda Roberts

Had a great breakfast here with out of town company and friend living in the area. Great view and patio. Excellent food and service with prices that are very affordable.

ryan cooper

As someone who frequently golfs around the valley, it’s common practice that courses let customers know when major maintenance is taking place during the booking process or at checkin. The day we played, the entire course was being scalped in preparation of overseeding. Huge clouds of dust and dried grass blew in our faces as mowers drove up and down the fairway while we were trying to play. The condition of the course was abysmal. Good shots were ejected both from the greens and fairways. What began as a comical experience became incredibly frustrating by the end of the round. The fact that the course charged $50 per head for greens fees with these conditions and no mention of the maintenance is outrageous. Fairways and areas surrounding greens were basically hardpan dirt. Upong brininging it up to pro shop staff, they were indifferent. No chance we will be back here.

Robert Longmire

Great public course

trent combs

Love this course. Small greens tough set ups . In July it's hot and greens little bumpy but for the price will worth it

Matt D

Fine but beautiful view was blocked by big ugly tent

Chad Roberson

The grille and patio is a great place to eat and just hang out. Happy hour is great from 3 to 7 everyday.

heather halvorsen

Dinning on the Patio was just beyond what I expected. I have been there twice and both times the food and staff were exceptional. The views are just as beautiful and would recommend that everyone come and give it a go. Can't wait to bring my husband.

Jeffrey Parsons

Played it in Dec, so rates were obviously high. We got a deal online, so it wasn't bad for us, however I'd never pay the usual rate they charge. It's a tight, target style course, with nice views and elevation changes. Good variety of holes, you'll use every club in your bag. It's in good condition, has a friendly, down to earth staff, and nice practice area. For my tastes however, it is too difficult, with too many hidden surprises, crazy fast greens, and blind shots. (I'm a decent, low 80s player) Don't let the short yardage fool you, it's hard. I'd play again, for the right price, but I'm not in a hurry.

Vicki Albrecht-Hoffman

Very tasty food and nice to have live music on a Tuesday Night waching the beautiful sunset.

P. Banuh

Company party was amazing at this place! Awesome catered food, great company, even better staff.

Randy Risley

If shape want round to be done in 4 hrs. Playing from gold tees group behind from white give me a break sorry if we wanted a challenge

Robin Slavik

Challenging course a little spendy but worth it

Blaine Kruger

We booked a tee time at 2pm for 320pm the same day. When we showed up we were informed that there was a 1 hour frost delay. We were given no discount on the round even though the delay cost us 1 hour of playing time as it's dark by 6pm. So we went to the bar and had a couple drinks while waiting. I would understand if we had booked the tee time days ahead but when we booked at 2pm why would there be no mention of the delay when we booked! If we had been aware we would've simply went to a different course and played at least 15 holes, instead we got 8 in only. The staff could've at least been nice about it but were pretty rude about the whole thing.

Janrtte Boyd

Even if you don't golf it's a nice place to eat the foods fine and the views beautiful

Kenneth Kidder

Course was in great shape always enjoy playing what's in this

Justin Thompson

Very nice course for the price. Reminded me of troon north for half the price.

Mark LaPore

Las Sendas Country Club was a great experience today. Played 18 holes with the boys today. The service was gtreat the drinks were cold, restaurant and food was very good.... and the golf was awesome, great city and night views. Can't wait to get back out there. Great sunsets.

Starla Ipson

Beautiful space, wonderful staff!

Geoff Borrebach

Fun and Challanging course. Make sure you check the times for prime time golf and day golf as 15 minutes difference on the tee time can affect the price by 50 bucks.

Albert Orona

Great golf course, but the return of the carts was all screwed up. No cleaning of clubs.

Steve Johnson

Great spot for a round of golf, or to enjoy a snack. Beautiful views, challenging holes on the course.

Paul Eberhardt

The course was in immaculate shape. Very much a risk reward course and it would punish you for bad shots. The staff was amazing, Doc one of the starters was awesome, super friendly and genuine. This is not a place for hacks, serious golfers with good skill levels or you will not have a good experience. The course is tough but beautiful. Would play again and again

karen miller

So excited about exploring this golf course some more but so far (with a quick change of bad weather) my daughter and I only had time for a short tour, visit the pro shop and then some food at the restaurant. All service was great but the food needs serious upgrading and does not reflect the caliber of this place. I would love to spend a month or so working there to show them how wow people instead of getting by on convenient location :)

Pete McClelland

Picturesque course, but honestly, not wowed by this place at all. No signs saying which hole you’re on, in the summer they start you off at hole 10 and don’t tell you, so you think you’re at 3 when you’re actually on 12, they were completely out of beer and the excuse was that they were “reseeding”. Wouldn’t recommend or return. Red Mountain across the road is 100x better.

Peter Long

Course was in terrible shape, burnt and first day of over seed prepare...weren't clear that the course was destroyed and in horrendous condition when we made the booking online - only played one hole and walked off...they wouldnt refund anything...poor customer service. I have no clue why they would even let someone play the course when it's in that type of condition. Course may be nice when in good condition however didnt stay around long enough to find out. Will not be back- do not recommend

Brian Muroski

Food rocks. The bison meatloaf is super good

Grey Kellogg

It is one of my favorite golf courses in the Phoenix area. The grill has great food for after the round.

Fred Meland

Very nice course.great shape.beautiful views. Did not play well but had nothing to do with course.

Billy Stephens

Beautiful course that plays off mountains in the Mesa desert. Very unique and challenging. Nice facilities and friendly service.

Eric Anderson

One of my favorite golf courses in the Valley, but it is relatively challenging (not the best for beginners). Nice variety in course design and natural desert landscaping.

Dylan Brunt

Terrible customer relations. Marshall’s are rude and condescending. I would not give them my money ever again

Free&Easy 678

Greens were nice and fast, somewhat slippery at times. Overall course conditions excellent.

This is a very challenging course and can get out of hand quick! The fairways and greens are in terrific shape, with the greens being very challenging on every hole. Almost everyhole provides great views and scenary. Was surprised that a course as nice as this doesn't have GPS in their carts.

Tough course

Carol Almada

Great place to go golfing, all within your neighborhood.

Randy Hinkston

Great round of golf. Awesome facilities and an all around nice course. Can't wait to play sooner than later

Blake Warner

Great golf course and awesome views but it is very costly and it even costs like 20 dollars to just practice including Las Sendas members. The food is decent but the service is terrible. The restaurant does have a lot of TVs however, which is good.

Played this course on 6-27-15 it is very tough if you don't hit it straight and you cant avoid all of the bunkers it will be a long day for you. Also course is very tricky lots of blind tee shots and a lot of common knowledge would be good here. The greens were very poor just been aerated a week before however no mention of this on Golfnow or the website couldn't make a putt outside 4 feet if you are Ben Crenshaw. Finally the par 3s on this course are very blah 3 of them from the black tees are less then 150 yards rather poor for such a supposedly high level course. The clubhouse was nice however they don't let carts in the parking lot which is dumb so have fun lugging your clubs out to your car. Finally the bar and grill are nice great service excellent food a very friendly lead bartender talked golf with no complaints about the bar and grill what so ever.

Nina was our server and she was delightful, thank you Nina! The views and setting are fabulous. Food and drinks were great.

Randy Scholl

Most challenging course I have ever played. Take plenty of balls, cause if you are having a bad round you will need them. People there are all friendly, polite and helpful.

Food on patio at sunset. I am a hiker not a golfer. Bogies Restaurant nice for small party. Grill inside or on patio great food and daily specials. Good wine and beer selection. Many hiking trails nearby both sides of Usery Mountain. Life is good at Las Sendas. Southern part has 2 grade schools on Public one "Charter."
