They know their plants and then some!

My grandpa from Georgia came in and he had a terrible time. The workers would not help him or talk to him. They were not helpful answering questions about different plant growing seasons. When he checked out the person working the register did not say a word to him. Bad customer service. Very disappointed.

Great place to buy our annual spring flowers, bushes, trees and mulch. We have Stuart's come every spring to help us get our yard up and going for spring/ summer. It's a fun time of year and Claire comes to help us decide what needs to be done with our landscaping. Claire is the best, she knows her stuff and treats you with respect. A good teacher

They placed brick walkway and patio. They have fixed it twice and now needs to be fixed a third time due to major shifting. It has become a tripping hazard. Now, unfortunately, it is out of warranty and they will no longer stand by the materials and workmanship. Recommending replacing the base to a clear stone with all the costs on the homeowner. Would never recommend such a huge investment to a company who does not stand by there work.

their service quality just plunged super low over last 2-3 years - terrible trimming work, charges coming out of nowhere, very lousy clean up work - they 'cut corners' every step they can. We had to end our relationship with them after many years due to having never-ending issues over last 3 years. Used to be a good reliable company years ago, but not good anymore
