My husband and I stopped and inquired about buying a few silver maples that were not in stock. We were asked to leave our number and were told we would be called with availability info. We were not called. After a week I called back. The nursery owner answered the phone. I nicely explained who I was and what I was calling about. I was not spoken to again but I was left listening to a personal conversation between the owner and a customer for well over 2 minutes. We will never stop there again. Poor manners, poor service.
