They did terrific work for us a few times in the past, but now they can't even be bothered returning phone calls -- not to me, and not to friends I referred to them. I won't refer anyone else. Update: Renaud eventually returned my call, but a month or so had passed and I had already hired another tree company. I'd recommend Renaud only if timing matters not at all.
