Great place for landscaping supplies

My wife and I were pleased with the work Livingston Farm did on our land recently: adding gravel and topsoil, and the seeding of portions of our lawn - that was sinking in places, and adding gravel/stone to our driveway. We especially appreciated that they held the line on pricing after dealing with some access issues that unexpectedly necessitated use of an excavator. We highly recommend Livingston Farm!

Livingston Farm did a fantastic job with pouring a large gravestone foundation and moving our family headstone that weighed over 8,000 lbs. Livingston Farm did this in a very timely fashion, were very professional, and did high quality work. These are good honest people that offer a fair price for a fair service. My wife and I wanted a swing set for our children which was customizable and high quality. We wanted to make sure it would take the abuse of our two young children over the coming years. It was also important to support our local economy by purchasing from a Vermont based brick and mortar store. Our search led us to Livingston Farm where we were met by a friendly employee who helped us choose the right set for our budget and small backyard. Installation was quick and easy and we especially like the shaded children’s picnic table which gets ample use during the summer months. We have had the set for one year now and have nothing but good things to say.

LF was able to install our 6x8 shed in an extremely difficult space, working around fencing and shrubbery, with crazy angles ..... it took 2 hours to get the perfect fit and was just incredible to watch! They are a fantastic outfit and I highly recommend them for any project you would have them do for you! David and Heidi were most professional working under VERY tricky circumstances!

Our family has now purchased a total of 5 sheds/barns from Livingston Farm. We have also had more deliveries of gravel than I can count. We've enjoyed working with the skillful and pleasant people at Livingston Farm and love how well built and beautiful our sheds are. They have been able to deliver and place our sheds in challenging locations and have made what seemed impossible possible. In one case, they were able to get a 13 foot shed under a 12 foot limb. Amazingly hard work and super strong problem-solving skills.

I've purchased a number of landscaping products over the past two years ranging from crushed driveway stone, patio stone, top soil and compost. I am always happy with the quality of the products, especially compared to what you find at Home Depot, Lowes, Agway, or any of the other places. It seems like everything is sourced individually. I'm not an expert in these types of things, but you can just tell by holding materials and feeling their true value compared to what you find elsewhere. The same thing can be said about their other products like sheds and outdoor furniture. It's quality that I'd save a little more to pay for than getting something cheap elsewhere.

We purchased a memorial stone and stone bench from them. They were very nice and professional. They took care of everything. There was a mistake in the layout of the foundation because of our fault. David came up and personally looked at it. Even though it was our fault, he had it redone au gratis. An excellent experience all around. Quality work and customer service!!

These guys are really great. They prepped my site, took down a fence, used a laser level to set it perfectly on target. Dave , the owner, came with Haley and Tyler. They worked in tremendous heat, overcoming a couple of obstacles in the process. We could not ask for anything more perfect! A real pleasure to deal with, including Heidi with whom we met with and ordered the shed.

We went to Livingston Farms to have dates of death engraved and monuments cleaned prior to memorial service and burial this summer. Monument originally made in 1986 and they matched font of the numbers perfectly. Stones cleaned to look like new. Wonderful job! Would highly recommend this caring company.

Great business! Dave and his crew undertook a very large project for us. Our old 4' retaining wall, 80' long, had been poorly installed and was getting ready to fall into our pond. Dave replaced this wall with a sound, new beautiful wall and did all sorts of landscaping to make sure it looked great. What we have is solid and lovely. Dave consulted with us often both ahead of time and during the project. He started work on the day he said he would, finished it when he said he would, and did it all for the price he had estimated.
