Went in and nobody said hi or welcome. Stood at the counter a good while and the lady didn't acknowledge I was there. She was helping other customers but she could have said something to me like "be with you shortly" or something. Definitely not big on customer service. Won't be going there again...

The staff was very accommodating and I was struck by their knowledge of both CGB and KGB products, not to mention hydrochronic-ponic extraction systems. My harvest has grown ten times more crystallized since discovering GSG. Would recommend to anyone who cultivates professionally or even just grows pieces casually.

I'm really disappointed. I didn't receive what I ordered and have been trying to contact them for days and absolutely no response. Calls and emails. The ordering process seemed to go very well, but that's the easy part. Where is the service now that something has gone wrong? Update 3/25/18. As seen below by the owner, I was contacted and the matter was explained and is being taken care of. Going with 4 stars as we have all experienced unexpected issues.

They definitely appreciate repeat business, I drive by 3 other hydro/garden supply stores to get to these guys but I feel it's worth it! I have purchased 3 different types of soil from this company and they have all had fungus nats, which I understand happens but it's unacceptable when the taller man behind the counter belittles you and tries to make you feel like its your fault and that you can't grow because you're not him. All of this combined with the fact that the Raap's have their brother Addison writing reviews on hear to improve their online image makes me regret ever spending a dime at this petty store. Thats why I'm recommending people buy the items they need online and to contact a local cannabis growing consultant if they have any questions. That way you're still supporting a local business without being ripped off by the likes of Green State Gardener.

Waste of time...just so you know their website doesn’t represent their inventory at the store (I should have known better). The staff was nice and it’s seems like a great place to get cbd products but if you’re looking for grow room setups might want to look elsewhere

I've been attending the 4 part grow series of informal classes moderated by Jayson and have to say as a novice who's just starting out, I've gathered a lot of good info. I'm looking forward to the last of the 4 series classes this month focused on harvest. Great job on sharing personal knowledge, experiences and other recommendations. Suggestion: I'd really like to see the classes expand into other areas of the grow through harvest process or have something on your website that would share more extensive info.
