we bought our tree s ,thought at the time it was a very good deal discount for using cash, mistake guess they are dodging the tax man, all the trees died, we spent $10,500 on the arborvitae for fast growing hedge, Rob and Shane lied to us, the install was a sham and all the plants died, at $99.50 each we bought 100 trees to shade our home and line our drive ,,guess next will be small claim court,,,,,, ,our advice is don't go there

Do not buy from these people. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a response and my trees took almost 2 months to get installed. The trees started dieing after 10 days and I followed watering instrucitons rigidly. A complete waste of $700. I cannot get a response from them regarding the browing of the trees. They only accept cash because it allows them to be unaccountable. DO NOT BUY!

Easy to get what you want to see. Plants and trees are healthy. Help with questions. Attended shopping or on your own. There is also a dicount rack. Seeds and containers, books on how to. Wooden lawn furniture. Summer season has a snack wagon on the site.

Beware! In June I purchased 40 6’ Green Giant Arborvitae trees with their recommended fertilizer and top soil, which they installed in my backyard. 4 weeks later, 6 died. 6 weeks later, a total of 34 are dead. During the same time I had over $25,000 of other landscaping done, all are alive and thriving. When I contacted Low Cost Tree Farm - Grand Isle Nursery, Shane Viens relied “we are having a drought, you should water them more, check the soil, etc - oh and, there is NO warranty or guarantee”. Good thing I purchased them all on my American Express card.

Trees were in great condition and even better price. Second set of trees bought from you and great experience both times!

Julie Fowler

Very nice people with a decent variety to choose from. Knowledgeable staff quick to help.

Beware the yard they sell isn’t a yard . We owned a excavation company and there bucket is only 3/4 of a yard not a big deal it’s just the point 3x3x3 is a yard have a great day-! Agway does sell a good yard :)

Tony Morelli

Horrible service and most of the plants and trees purchased died within weeks.

Zero stars. Ordered 35 dark american arborvitaes. 30 died. No warranty. No return call when asking for advice. You get what you pay for.

Great company love my Trees!!

I recently ordered 16 six foot green giant arborvitae‘s from this company in the spring and they arrived timely and healthy and six months later have been thriving and I couldn’t be happier During this time. Whenever I had any questions Shane immediately got back to me by text message or by phone and was very helpful in providing information regarding watering and fertilizing and the overall care of the trees I will be ordering more in the spring of next year to provide a privacy fence for another portion of our property.

Look at the Yelp reviews about the arbs they plant as hedge rows, terrible job, 50% or more died. They claim they need to be planted with “shallow roots” so they barely plant them, throw a little compost on top and do not stake them down, the first decent wind will blow them over. I have been planting things for 30 plus years and had a feeling this was too good to be true, and it was. Do not buy their planting service, it is bordering on a scam.

Do not buy from them. They sell trees that die. They do not stand behind their products, instead they make up excuses and say sorry - no warranty.
