This was such an amazing venue! My husband and I looked at multiple other venues and none of them offered all the amenities at this price. It is so beautiful and all we had to do was bring in the decorations we wanted to use. They set up and cleaned up. Because of Highland Gardens, we had the most amazing day. Everything turned out flawless, all thanks to Highland Gardens! We didn't have any complaints. There was some water that leaked from a plant onto the floor and they cleaned it up immediately. They were very fast and helpful. Everyone should have their wedding here, it is perfect!

This venue was absolutely beautiful! Beautiful venue with lots of greenery, its a greenhouse, beautiful fountains, lighting, and sound system. Very little decoration was needed. The venue came with tables, chairs, variety of tablecloths, table overlays, and many decorative centerpieces. Weddings can be stressful, but Highland Gardens made my little sisters wedding as stress-free as possible. We were so lucky to have Vickie as our hostess from Highland Gardens. Vicke went above and beyond her duties as a hostess in making sure our needs for set-up were met, as well as constantly helping us with cleanup of dining tables. She didn't need to do this. Vickie was amazing, to say the least. This venue is so lovely!

We loved having our reception at Highland Gardens! Our event was on January 31, 2014. We had a luncheon and reception at Highland Gardens and it was beautiful. I always said I wanted an outdoor reception, but this was just as good! The venue looked great with the beauty of the gardens and we barely had to do any decorating because it looked so amazing. The service was also outstanding! They worked with us beforehand to get everything planned and then they had someone there the day of the event to take care of us. The best part was that they set up and took down all the tables, chairs, and linens! We got so many compliments on how pretty our reception was! The highland gardens staff was great to work with and we would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

My daughter was married at Highland Gardens a couple of weeks ago. We used the venue for the ceremony, the luncheon, and the reception. We also ended up doing most of the pictures there because it was so lovely. We couldn't have picked a better place. It was beautiful with all the greenery, and the lights and fireplace made it magical at night. The price to have it for the entire day was less than many other places charge for half a day. We also had Highland Gardens do the bouquets and other flowers. They turned out lovely, and it simplified a hectic day to just have them there for us. The service far exceeded our expectations. We thought we were just renting the venue, and the set-up of chairs/tables, linens. We knew there would be hosts, but I thought they'd just be there in case we had questions or problems. But they were there throughout the day helping any way we needed: with the rehearsal and doing the music for the ceremony, helping us with transitions between the different parts of the day, and helping us connect our music to the excellent sound system (and playing their wedding music until we hooked ours up), and generally helping as needed. Heather was so pleasant, helpful and calm. I also have to give them credit for helping us find our excellent caterer (Marvellous Catering), because they were able to suggest some good caterers they had worked with.

Highland Gardens made for an absolutely magical wedding reception experience. We had our reception there on May 22nd, 2015. The staff was went above and beyond to make sure that every tiny detail of our day was perfectly planned and executed. The price was very reasonable for the ability to be in the reception center from 7AM until 11PM for the same price, where as most reception centers are only booked for a few hours. Shelly was great in the planning beforehand and made us feel comfortable and at ease, she took care of all the little things so we could focus on enjoying our big day. Highland Gardens had an excellent selection of decorations and linens that were available to use. I would absolutely recommend Highland Gardens to anybody in need of a reception center for their wedding or reception

We recently had our ceremony and reception at Highland Gardens on April 25, 2014. We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to hold an event. The service was amazing and Shelly worked with us when we had to change our date. Also, we didn't need to worry about temperature control or weather since the venue is indoors, but still has that amazing outdoor garden feel. We also loved having a person there to make sure everything was running smoothly and she was great! We would definitely recommend this venue.

Highland Gardens reception center is gorgeous. My wife served her mission in the Philippines and she loved it because the plants have such a tropical aspect. I really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created through the plants and set up of the reception center. Since it was evening and there were lights hung up, we had the beautiful effect of being outside and yet we were safe of potential April rain showers. Another great benefit is the large amount of decorations that were automatically at our disposition. We were able to find whatever we liked most from their wide variety of decorations and adapted it to what we needed it to look like. The service was great - they were very flexible and willing to work with us and whatever we needed. They did a great job at making sure everything was set up just as we had asked. We had our wedding reception at Highland Gardens on June 4th. Highland Gardens is the most marvelous place to have your reception in the entire universe. Shelly is absolutely wonderful to work with. The lighting and greenery are fantastic. The facilities (including the men's and women's restrooms and the bride's and groom's personal rooms) are pure perfection. The kitchen is commercial sized and furnished with all your heart could desire. and the entire highland gardens staff is highly professional and very accommodating. We couldn't possibly recommend a better place for a wedding reception. WE LOVE YOU HIGHLAND GARDENS!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Highland Gardens on April 26, 2014. We both have attended many weddings in Utah County over the passed 10+ years. In our opinion Highland Gardens is the best reception center in the valley. The accommodations are beautiful, clean, spacious and memorable! With both of us being from California we longed to have an outdoor reception. Highland Gardens provided us with a cozy yet elegant backyard feel to our event! It only took a few accessories to personalize the venue due to the beautiful facilities. The employees were helpful and accommodating in helping make our day run smoothly without complications. We also had guests comment that there was plenty of parking which they appreciated! We would highly recommend Highland Gardens to all our friends and family!

Wow! Very impressed with the reception center at Highland Gardens. From the day we booked to reception center to the day of our wedding reception, we felt this place was perfect. I was kinda nervous it would be too hot since it is a greenhouse and our reception was in the middle of July (July 22 to be exact) but the place also provides air conditioning which made the inside temperture perfect while it was hot out side. Shelly was very helpful and knowledgeable, and the reception center provides a ton of amenities (linens, chair covers, decorations, arches, air conditioning, plates, etc.) that most others do not. At our reception we had many guests come up to us and tell us how beautiful it is. My wife and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to make a special day like a wedding or a reception a beautiful one. -Cynthia and Daivd

Our wedding dinner and reception on June 24,2015 at Highland Gardens was a great success! The atmosphere was so beautiful with the greenery and lights! When we were planning the event they offered so many suggestions with decor, linen styles and colors.The staff was very helpful at the dinner and the reception with the set-up and clean-up. The brides room was beautiful! The flowers were so pretty and colorful at the entrance. We were very happy with this reception center!

Highland Gardens was a very beautiful place for my niece to get married. Highland Gardens repourpaced their nursery building to accommodate weddings and parties. It's air conditioned and has live plants and fountains throughout the exhibit area. Highland gardens also has a full kitchen facility to help cater your event, just bring your own food.

We had our wedding here August 8, and it couldn't have gone any better. Working with Shelly was wonderful she made it stress free and we knew everything would be ready to start going in the morning of our wedding without any issues or having to worry about setting up tables, and putting linens on. Also they clean up the tables and linens at the end of the night which is very helpful when thats all the last thing on your minds! We would recommend Highland Gardens to everyone we know and are so glad we got recommended by friends to go check it out in the first place!

Our daughter Kelli was married on October 23rd, 2010. We held our luncheon and reception at Highland Gardens. We had a "perfect day" and I credit Highland Gardens for our positive and wonderful experience. The atmosphere was perfect and everything was clean and ready for us when we got there. We hired a rather large band and they had everything they needed including space for dancing and all the hookups for amps, mics and instruments. The kitchen facility was perfect and we served a huge crowd. The Highland Garden employee, Shelly, worked right along with all of our helpers and never stopped the whole night, making sure all was going smoothly. There is a beautiful ambiance there unique to Highland Gardens and I wouldn't change one thing about our daughters wedding there!!!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Highland Gardens and absolutely loved it! The interior is covered in beautiful greenery with strung lights. It's breathtaking. With that we had to do very little decorating on our own, and the linens and flatware were all included. It was honestly perfect for our wedding day because all the inclusions and the staff made everything easy.

Our wedding was May 4th, 2015 and Highland Gardens couldn't have been any more perfect!!! The whole atmosphere is amazing and perfect for a wedding ceremony and/or reception. Shelly did an amazing job assisting us and making sure every little detail was perfect! The crew that did the set up and take down of everything when we needed it was fast and accurate. The kitchen and all its amenities saved us time and money since it had literally everything from dishes and silverware to water dispensers and salad bowls. Sound system and microphone quality was excellent and it was nice not having to deal with any cords since everything was wireless. The ceremonial room with the wall of water decorated with all the green and archway below which we selected was a perfect spot to have everyone we love gather to see us married. The room can easily hold 150+ guests which was nice considering our large family. What more can I say? It was perfect! I would recommend Highland Gardens to everyone if they want a cool calm collective atmosphere with a very professional grade of service backing them. Thank you Highland Gardens and Shelly for a perfect wedding!

I had my ring ceremony and reception at Highland Gardens on April 17 and it was amazing! They set up and took down everything for us, for both the ring ceremony and reception. This venue is so pretty you really don't need to decorate much because of all the greenery and twinkling lights they have set up. The staff was also very helpful and nice and made sure to check up on us throughout the night to see if we needed anything. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone!

Definitely 5 stars! Highland Gardens was awesome! It was beautiful venue that was perfect for our needs. We were able to have our wedding luncheon there, as well as our reception later in the afternoon. The kitchen is very spacious and well-equipped. They have lots of options for tables, decorations, and setup. The separate rooms for the bride and groom were perfect for what we needed. I would recommend Highland Gardens to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue in Utah County.

Garden Center Review- Excellent customer service!! Also if you spend over $500 they will deliver and plant your trees and shrubs for free. They arrived on time and planted everything so fast- my yard looks awesome now! They don’t have the largest selection of trees or many larger trees for sale but everything they have seems to grow well in Utah and was good quality.

Our son was married here. Because they have the plant shop next door, the plants look fresh. They were friendly and guided us through setup and take down. We highly recommend this place for weddings. (Unfortunately, they're pretty popular, so plan ahead.)

If there was one thing we know we did right while planning our wedding it was choosing Highland Gardens. We were able to come in multiple times to double check what center pieces they had along with linens and decor. We were also able to take our engagements and bridal photos at no extra charge. There is such a great variety of decor to use for your wedding. We saved money on a lot of things because it was all provided. The set up and change over from ceremony to reception went extremely smooth. The staff is very friendly and very easy to work with, not to mention extremely helpful. We had the wedding of our dreams here. After looking at all other options, we found that not only do you get more bang for your buck, but you create an atmosphere of beauty, happiness and a sense of calm sureness that carries into your big day. Best choice ever!!!!

We had our wedding reception here last weekend and it was FANTASTIC! The staff were so accommodating and helpful!! The venue is gorgeous, its a great space to escape the cold in the winter months but still have the outdoor/garden feeling. The bride's room is so cute and comfortable, and a great size! I was able to get ready in there, as well as my mom, mother in law, and all my bridesmaids all at the same time. We also held a breakfast in the morning, and the staff were there to help with that for no extra cost. I couldn't believe how helpful the staff were. They came and asked me how the temperature was, and made sure the music was perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!!

We could not have been more happy with our ENTIRE experience at Highland Gardens. From our first interaction with the staff, who so willingly showed us around the reception venue whenever we requested, to our final return after the honeymoon to retrieve forgotten items; they were splendid to work with on each visit. They were always helpful to answer our never-ending questions and also very creative with their ideas for things like layouts, decorating, timelines, etc. As far as our wedding plans went, Highland Gardens was the best decision we made. Some of our favorite things were: the staff, having the venue for the entire day (single price), the freedom to choose our own catering (at no extra cost), the provided dishes (really everything you need), the provided decorations (you could have a beautiful wedding using only their decorations), the tables/chairs with linens and plenty of space for 500+ guests. The location was fantastic because we were married in the Mt. Timpanogos Temple. It was very convenient and non stressful to have everything so close. Originally we were looking for an outside venue, however, we soon realized how risky that would be in March. Highland Gardens was the perfect compromise for an outside feeling while completely protected from the unpredictable March weather in Utah. The atmosphere was so magical with all of the lights, plants and flowers everywhere! When the sun went down (March 21 ~7:30pm) it was even more enchanting. Having your event during the sunset is the way to go. We received so many compliments about our wedding day thanks to Highland Gardens! CHOOSE THIS VENUE!!!!! You will not regret it!

Our wedding and reception at Highland Gardens on April 27, 2015 was a smashing success. The employees were extremely helpful in helping us plan our color scheme and decor. The tables, chairs, and linens were all set up for us when we came to decorate. The wonderful tropical atmosphere added nicely to our theme of British Virgin Islands. The waterfall in the wedding room was a perfect backdrop for our ceremony. We were appreciative of the suggestions for flowers and food. The sound system was superior and the staff fully explained the use of all the electronics. The temperature was controlled to our liking. Our son and daughter-in-law chose this reception venue and we couldn’t have been happier! The place is beautiful! They set up all the tables and chairs for you and have a large selection of tablecloths and centerpiece options of theirs for you to choose for decor. There is a smaller area we were able to use for our luncheon, as well. There are bride’s and groom’s rooms for freshening up in. The best part of all - they take down the tables and chairs and wash all the linens and you get to go home and go to bed!

My daughter and her fiance found this venue for their Open House and it turned out amazing. We had already done a huge reception in Coto de Caza, CA and we were thrilled to have so many things included at this venue! Tables, chairs and linens were great. Sound system & speakers were amazing! Used the huge flat screen TV to run the wedding video which was fantastic. We used vases, wood rounds, card cage, white branches etc. The lightening outside was fantastic for the sparkler exit. The separate areas were awesome and we were so happy to only have to move some of the furniture around. Two beautiful fireplaces, water feature and huge dance floor surrounded by greenery was beautiful. Great experience, definitely recommend it.

Me and my husband were thrilled to find this place for our wedding! It was the best choice we made for our entire wedding! The price was better than anywhere else that we looked in the area. It is the perfect location if you are being married at the Mt. Timpanogos temple, just right up the road. The staff worked so well with what we wanted. They offered a small array of decorations that saved our budget. The full kitchen available was everything that we needed and more, it gave us all the dinnerware that we needed saving us more money. They have a wide variety of linens available. The staff is also incredible and willing to work with any schedule and any budget to make your wedding beautiful. Because of their hard work, our wedding was absolutely perfect!!! Nothing went wrong that day and I didn't worry about a single thing because I knew that it would be taken care of. Highly recommend Highland Gardens to anyone who wants a perfect wedding day!

Words cannot describe the experience we had with Highland Gardens Reception center. Shelly goes above and beyond to make sure things go smoothly... she was a great help, especially being this was my first wedding I had put on. I have helped with several other weddings at different locations in Utah and there is no comparison! Most the time I don't take the time to post reviews online but I wanted to share my experience, if your looking for a place to hold a special event, LOOK NO FURTHER... this is the perfect place! My daughter was so pleased, it was everything she had hoped her special day would be. The place is gorgeous, clean, and roomy. I love that everything you need is there and included in the price... no add on's to the price like most places. The tables, chairs, linens (several color options), audio system, TV/DVD, Huge kitchen with tons of space to prepare food or bringing in catered food, etc. They have nice dinner plates, salad plates, dessert plates, silverware, drink dispensers, serving bowls and platters, tongs, etc... you need it, its there... we brought in very little of our own kitchen items! Loved the HUGE freezer and refrigerator, quick and easy to use industrial dishwasher! The bride and groom rooms were darling, spacious and perfect for a number of people to get ready in. The restrooms were also very nice and clean for our guests. I loved that they had so many options of large easels for the pictures, several types of display tables, arches, etc. to decorate as we wanted.... all included in price! You also don't really need to bring in much decorations, unless you want to, because it is already beautiful as is! Take my advise... check this place out, book it for your event, I guarantee you wont be disappointed one bit! We have had more compliments on what a great place this was for our daughters wedding!

Why I loved Highland Gardens for my January 17th wedding: At first this was the last place on my list. It seemed like everybody did their reception there and truthfully, I wasn't super impressed with the curb appeal. Then I checked out all of the other places on my list. Their websites were glamorous, but when I went to the actual reception center, I was very disappointed. Most places make you use their caterer, cake, decorations, charge extra for linens, etc. It left for very little creativity. After a lot of disappointment, I went to Highland Gardens on a whim. I was impressed from the moment I stepped in the door. The first thing you see is lush greenery and a very open floor plan. I was impressed with the following: -The accommodating people who work there -The brides room -The kitchen -The fact that you can bring in your own caterers -The sound system -Linens did not cost extra -Flatware was provided -Because nobody booked the day before me, I was able to go in all day Thursday to decorate -The happy twinkle lights shining to give the appearance of stars -The light bulbs on the rafters -The fireplace -The waterfall -The luncheon room -The furniture that you can move anywhere that you want -The fact that they put up the tables and linens as well as take them down after the reception There were so many things that I loved about this reception center. The thing that I loved the most is that my guests loved the reception. This was a reception where when people came, they stayed because they felt so comfortable to be there. It was a huge success and even a month later, people are still talking about how great it was. It was very easy to write this review because I very impressed with this center and would recommend it to brides who do not want to be confined to the ugly stuffiness that other centers offer. It really fit my creative style.

Our daughters reception was at the Highland Gardens on February 8, 2014. It was amazing. It was cold and rainy outside that night, but inside it was warm and like a tropical paradise. The warmth of the fireplaces combined with the tropical plants made for a wonderful evening. Many people mentioned that the reception was the best they had ever gone to. We provided our own food and fed people a light dinner. We also had the wedding party luncheon at the gardens and it allowed our out of town guests a great place to collect. The indoor gardens were perfect for what we had hoped to accomplish. My daughter loved it. Spot on!

LOVED everything about his venue except for the hostess we had the actual day of the wedding. The price is right here, it's beautiful, there are bathrooms, kitchen is huge, bride and grooms room are amazing and we loved that there were decorations provided, but the hostess was very difficult to work with. This is frustrating being on the best and most stressful day of your life. She was supposed to show up two hours before starting and I didn't get to speak to her until 15 minutes before the ceremony. I was freaking out not knowing if the fountains were running, a/c was on, how to run the microphone, etc. We kept trying to call the owner as well as the hostess who would not answer the morning of so it was very stressful, but otherwise, it was the most perfect venue! Thankfully, the day isn't about anything else but the marriage :)

Fantastic venue. The beauty of the facility makes decorating easy as all you need to do is supplement. The available table sizes and decorations make configuration easy to do. They have a wide selection of colors for table coverings, runners and overlays that matched our colors perfectly. You have the entire facility for the entire day to do what you need to prepare for the event. They also do the setup and takedown which makes it easy to do final decorating and no worries after the event concludes. There's a large kitchen for catering, flower and other vendors to use as well as a very large and luxurious bride and groom rooms. Our expectations were exceeded with how easy everything came together. We had many compliments from visitors about the venue, how large and inviting it was and we agree. The staff are a delight to work with and we would recommend Highland Gardens to anyone with a special event.

Two of my nieces have used this location for their wedding receptions, and I've got to say it is about the nicest place, and a great value, too. The flowers and plants alone are worth it, and they come with the venue! The best part is that they do not rush you in and out, but each couple reserves the facility for the entire day. One section is perfect for the luncheon, with the other just right for the main event. It is large enough for dancing, and you could even have a big band in there-no problem! What I particularly like is the woman who helped...whose name I've now spaced on...Vickie? Sorry! She was right on top of every need, and made everyone feel welcome, and as if she was there just for them, though she must do this nearly every day. The location is close to Cedar Hills, American Fork, Lehi, Highland and Alpine, and easy for anyone with GPS to find. A particularly nice touch is the sign out front where they include the names of the bride and groom. Reservations fill fast, so nearly every date is booked, but somebody manages to change that marquee each day to make it unique to the happy couple, and easy for guests to know they have found the right place. Every bride wants her day perfect, and this place makes sure of it, placing the very nice tables and chairs just so, and matching table linens. They have a wide variety of decorations to choose from, and simplify everything so guests have time to spend talking with family they haven't seen in ages. It's so nice to have it done for you. You book your own caterer, so you may choose exactly what you like, without the pressure of most places wanting to "upsale" with their own products. As a photographer myself, I always look for ambiance that will transfer over to my pictures, and this facility has so many good angles, you almost can't pick a bad place to shoot. Start adding up the cost of individual rentals of tables, chairs, tents, serving trays, decorations, and especially flowers, and you will see this is a great value for a nice, family-friendly location. Another great thing is the outdoors inside-with as much inclement weather as we experience here, you can never count on a clear day. This is the best of both worlds, with beautiful plants making it feel as if you're in a beautiful woodland forest, but no wind, snow or bugs! Check out Highland Gardens for your next large event. They keep their prices low by not advertising, which I think is terrific-I am happy to spread this great location by word-of-mouth and with more than a few of my photos. :)

We couldn't be happier with Highland Gardens. We held my daughter and her new husband's wedding/reception there on 6/6/2015. It is a beautiful venue before you even add any of your own touches. We knew when we first walked in it would be the perfect location. The greenery in the garden reception room with white lights, the waterfall, the beautiful linens, and the fact that they set up all the tables and chairs and have it ready for you when you arrive on your special day made it the perfect setting. The staff during the event was very helpful and always checking in with us if we needed anything. We had so many comments on how beautiful the place was. Shelly was so helpful through the whole process. She was available for me to call and ask any questions throughout the planning time and go in and measure and try things out whenever I needed to. Our whole experience with Highland Gardens was wonderful. I highly recommend using Highland Gardens for any event you may be planning.

Highland Gardens was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! The staff was extremely helpful and made sure all the tables and linens were setup before we got there to set up our own stuff. They also made sure the temperature was comfortable during the reception since it is a greenhouse and fluctuates. We met with Shelly before to discuss how we wanted to set things up and she gave helpful suggestions on how to set up all the tables and everything we wanted. They made it available all day so we could go down whenever to set up. It's a beautiful venue with an awesome staff and it was all perfect for our reception. I cannot begin to express how wonderful my experience was with Highland Gardens. Since you get the venue for the entire day I was able to go there and set up in the morning so that everything was ready for the reception that night. This made my day so much less stressful. Me, my sisters and my mom also got ready in the bride's room that morning. It was so beautiful and it made me feel really special. My wedding was in May and I really wanted it to be outside but I was nervous about the weather. So Highland Gardens gave me the best of both worlds. It felt like it was outside because it's seriously like a jungle inside but it's covered just in case it rained. Well my worst fear came true! It did rain... and it hailed! I was so thankful I chose this venue. Not only was the venue absolutely beautiful, it's SO functional. They have an entire kitchen with water containers, dishes, giant refrigerators, etc. We had everything we needed. They also had a TV so we could play a slide show and tons of different tables and easels for displays. The space is perfect because you can use a few different rooms so aside from the main reception area I had a kids space with snacks, coloring books, and music. The staff set up all the tables before hand and put them all down at the end of the night. They are caring and compassionate and want you to have the best-stress free day possible. I literally have nothing bad to say about my experience. One of my favorite parts about Highland Gardens is the entrance/exit. It's absolutely gorgeous. I am so happy that we had the opportunity to have our wedding reception here. I would choose Highland Gardens again in a heart beat.

I had my wedding reception there at the end of February. It was WONDERFUL! They provide a fantastic location that far exceeds other offerings. We researched multiple venues, but this was the place that offered the best rates, best hours, best service, and best locale! It was beyond beautiful and everyone commented on it when they came to the reception and luncheon (we used the same place for both--it was perfect). Things I loved: 1. They sit down with you and plan everything our and they take care of all the manual labor. 2. It allowed me to avoid feeling like it was a winter wedding. 3. The linens and some decorations are provided. 4. They actually allow you to light candles!! (so many places allow you to decorate with them, but you cannot light them) 5. The greenery is beyond beautiful and wonderfully maintained. 6. Full-service kitchen (including plates, glasses, mugs, etc.) 7. Fantastic and friendly staff. If you are considering booking this venue, you cannot go wrong. It is fantastic!!!

We loved our wedding reception experience at Highland Gardens! Since we only have one daughter, it was important we get the reception "just right." Highland Gardens absolutely made that happen. The setting is gorgeous with great lighting and lovely plants all around - a remarkably calming and classy venue at a more than reasonable price. HG's Shelly Pitts is ridiculously organized and helpful. She thought of details we never considered and showed genuine excitement and concern to make our day perfect. She even recommended a fantastic caterer for us! With her help, we chose colors, centerpieces, and table arrangements. Since the venue was ours for the day, we were also able to host our wedding lunch here. Tables and linens were graciously provided for both events. Our reception hostess, Ashley, took care of every last detail we needed and ensured our comfort throughout the evening. We loved the access to a full-service kitchen and spacious bride/groom rooms. It's easy for guests to find and can accommodate a big or small crowd. We loved everything about our experience here! I highly recommend the Highland Gardens Reception Center!

My son had his reception on June 11, 2015. We are incredibly happy with our entire experience with the Highland Gardens reception center. We were treated with respect and every attention was given to our requests, even when we just dropped in to measure space or look at options for centerpieces. They had a huge array of table linens and table decorations that were included in the price for the event. I was very happy with the fact that the price for the reception included access to the facility for the entire day beginning at 9 am. We were able to have our wedding luncheon at Highland Gardens as well. They did not charge us for table or chair set up. Everything.....everything was included in the price which was very refreshing. When we arrived at the luncheon and the reception, all the tables and chairs were set up and the linens placed. As soon as we were finished a crew came in to clean up. We did not have to provide anyone for set up or clean up which also made the whole day much less stressful. Shelly and Ashley were extremely helpful with any requests or needs that we had. The center is already decorated with plants and lighting so the only items needed were any extra table pieces. My relatives from California were highly impressed with the facility and said it was the best reception center that had ever been to. They also recommended our caterer--Michi's Catering--which is run by Michele Redford. I cannot praise her food enough. We used her for the luncheon and cheesecakes for the reception. The food was absolutely scrumptious and I would recommend her for all your reception or future event needs. I will certainly use her again. The prices for both the reception and the catering were very reasonable. My son's wedding day was stress free and entirely enjoyable and beautiful. I attribute much of that to the Highland Gardens Reception Center. Please consider them for your reception.

We had a wonderful experience with my daughter's wedding luncheon and reception at Highland Gardens on January 23, 2015. It felt like a tropical oasis in the middle of winter which made those of us from the pacific northwest feel right at home. I'd never attended a reception there but have an acquaintance in the flower business who had her own wedding and reception there. I figured that said a lot about the place and was so glad we checked it out. It is such a beautiful venue to begin with and we appreciated how easy it was to personalize our event with their linens and decor. Any decor they have there, we were welcome to use. I loved that! Every time I asked, "can we..." the answer was always "yes." I couldn't believe how accommodating everyone was. I appreciated that we could come by a few times before our event to look around "one last time" or ask a few more questions. They set things up just how we wanted and helped us know what we wanted when we weren't sure. We loved that the beautiful luncheon room was quickly transformed into a "family room" where little kids could run around and watch a video during the reception and close family could relax a bit apart from the larger party. And the reception area is so large and comfortable that many of our guests lingered longer than I think they generally do at receptions. It was great to know that there was someone on site during our event just in case we needed anything. They helped us know how to use the sound system, kept the temperature comfortable and answered our questions especially as we cleaned up. Once we gathered what was ours and tidied up the kitchen a little bit, we were done and on our way home. No sweeping or mopping or putting tables or linens away. I expect we'll be back when our other kids get married. I highly recommend Highland Gardens to anyone.

December is cold. I loved Highland Gardens because it felt like a tropical escape- that for a moment- you weren't in cold, barren Utah, but a lush environment. The plants give a warmth to the air that makes the environment even more comfortable- if for some odd reason you feel too hot or cold, they have ceiling fans that help circulate the air if needed. It was also very nice to have the reception here because they provide and set up the tables and have almost every color of table cloth to choose from. Our reception at Highland Gardens made for a magical and enchanting evening. On December 27, 2013 my now husband and I got married and had our reception at Highland Gardens in the evening. I never wanted to get married in December, I always imagined a spring or summer wedding with an outside reception. I looked around a lot but no places felt cozy, or other garden reception centers make it difficult to see the wedding party because big plants are in the way. I came to Highland Gardens and fell in love. My mom was involved in the process and had lots of questions. Shelly, the manager, was so patient with answering all of my mothers question- the manager also lives close, and so if you want to talk to her or stop by and see the place, she will meet you and give you a tour. We brought our own centerpieces but the facility was beautiful that we did not need to do much. The night of the reception and after, we got several compliments on how beautiful a place it was. As we stood in the receiving line, it was easy to look around and observe our friends and family enjoy themselves and it was nice to all be together.

We loved everything about Highland Gardens the layout was perfect, the decor and building were beautiful, and the service was exceptional. The major selling points for us were that linens were included (and we could have as many as we wanted), and that we could use any of their decorations. The kitchen was absolutely wonderful for our mothers to use for the luncheon and reception. We did leave a few things in our hurry to pack up and leave but Kim was great and helped us locate our items and held on to them for us. Thanks to them our wedding day went smoothly and was extremely enjoyable for everyone involved.

Highland Gardens made my special day perfect! I couldn't have picked a better location. Our reception was absolutely perfect, it didn't even feel like a reception, it was more like a wonderful party! Everyone I've talked to had a wonderful time, on that night of March 14, 2015. Highland Gardens is a beautiful place. One of my guests told me, "You feel like you're in an Italian garden on a summer night, but you're in the middle of Utah!" The acoustics were perfect for the band we hired (Mississippi Mood, they were amazing). Shelly was instrumental in helping us vision how we wanted to set up on that day. She gave us great tips on vendors, we used everyone that suggested and they were fabulous! The staff on the day of was incredibly helpful. No sweeping or mopping or putting tables or linens away. So much less stress on your friends and family that day, the only thing we had to worry about was the decorations we brought with us and the chair ties. Highland Gardens was the perfect place for our wedding reception. My husband and I were married in the Mt Timpanogos Temple, and it was extremely convenient to have Highland Gardens within walking distance. Highland Gardens gives you access to the entire venue from 9AM-12AM on your day, which allowed us to have a brunch with our families before our sealing and gave our families a "base camp" to use while they waited between brunch/temple/pictures/reception. The venue is beautiful! The plants and hung lights make it feel like an elegant garden, but one that's not subject to Utah's weather, which was perfect for our April 4th wedding. The main garden room is perfect for a reception, and the waterfall room was perfect for our brunch, and later served as an overflow for the reception (the younger kids actually watched a movie we set up in the corner during the reception). The bride's room was large enough for my six bridesmaids, my mom, and me to all comfortably relax and get ready on the morning of. Our caterer loved the kitchen, and the layout facilitated easy food serving. Highland Gardens provides beautiful chairs, tables, and tablecloths in all sorts of colors and sets them up for you, so we got to actually enjoy our day instead of panicking about tables. The wifi available allowed me to stream music throughout the day instead of burning a ton of CDs, which was very convenient. The lighting of the place was beautiful during the day, and absolutely breathtaking once the sun set. All the staff were very kind and helpful and present whenever needed on the wedding day. I would definitely recommend Highland Gardens to anyone getting married in or near the Timpanogos temple.

We had a wedding reception here on January 11th and it was perfect! The place is gorgeous. We had a very positive experience working with the staff there--they let us come multiple times to look at the venue, they set up all the tables, chairs, and linens for us, and they adjusted the temperature to keep us comfortable. Since there was not an event scheduled the day before ours, Highland Gardens let us set up our decorations the evening before our wedding. That was super helpful and made our wedding day more relaxing for everyone. Also, it was nice to be in a facility with so many plants--we had to do very little decorating and it was almost as if we had gotten married outside in the spring time. All in all, an amazing deal.

I just finished having a wedding reception for my daughter and her husband at Highland Gardens and loved it. They were so good to work with. I loved having the place available to us all day. My daughter has always wanted an outdoor wedding and with it being November, this was as close to the real thing as you could get. Both she and her husband loved the place and the atmosphere. There was plenty of room for people to wander and mingle. The plants, lights, and other decorations that are already there gave it a really nice romantic feel. You really don't need to add much to this place. I loved that they had all the tables and chairs set up and took care of putting it all away. The huge kitchen was a big plus and we didn't even have to bring our own dish soap and towels. Make sure you get a look at the Bride and Groom's rooms. They are really nice. The people were very willing to please us and make sure we had a good experience. I would definitely use this place again.

I have been in love with Highland Gardens since I walked into it a couple years ago, so I knew in a heartbeat what venue I wanted when it was my turn to get married! Shelly is beyond helpful with everything you need. The venue includes a kitchen with all of the plates, utensils, etc handy. I wanted to be somewhere indoors incase it rained, but still have that outdoor feel that I love so much. Highland Gardens was perfect for that. There is so much lush live plants everywhere. I held my luncheon, ring ceremony, and reception there, and it was all available to me the whole day with someone to help with temperature. You can also have open flames, so I was able to have my fairy tale tall candles. Woohoo! I am so happy with how everything turned out, and would recommend this venue to anyone.

I was never one of those girls who had their whole wedding planned out from the time they were 10, but I did always dream of a wedding in the secret garden and Highland Gardens gave me just that. This was the best place ever to hold a wedding and reception. We had the whole day to set up instead of just a four or fie hour window. They set all tables and chairs up before hand with the linens we had picked out (they have an amazing selection). We could also bring in any food we wanted or caterer, which is hard to find, but we still had full use of kitchen and all utensils they had available! We could also use any of the arches or decorations they had- they don't add on for every little thing you use! We were able to meet or visit the facility any time we needed or wanted and they were always very helpful. I could not have imagined a better place for my daughters wedding and reception - the whole day was perfect and much of that was due to the wonderful venue of Highland Gardens!!! If you are on the fence with two different places- go with these guys they are AWESOME!!

We had FULL access to the venue 9am-11pm SO easy to set up in the am & come back in the afternoon for the event. 2. ALL tables, chairs, & linens provided, set up, taken down, & cleaned by HG staff. In addition, they had arches, tables, gazebos and many other decorating options available and Included! 3. The setting is Beautiful no matter the weather or season. There was a storm threatening outside but inside felt and looked like a tropical garden. - Easy to photograph with beautiful backgrounds all around. We had a wonderful experience at Highland Gardens and would highly recommend it for any wedding or event. THANK YOU!

Our wedding was on May 27th, 2014. Highland Gardens went above and beyond to make sure that we had all the help we needed on our wedding day. They let us come a day early to decorate because they didn't have anyone booked that day, for no extra charge. They are super understanding and have dedicated their business to helping their customers have a simple stress free experience. They are very affordable and they don't have "additional charges" for anything! Everything is included! Also, the pictures on their website don't do it justice! Go see this place because it will blow your mind how absolutely gorgeous it is!!!! We could not have chosen a better place to have our wedding and reception. All the guests loved it and told us how beautiful they thought it was. Also the fact that it is so gorgeous and is full of greenery cuts your decorating bill in HALF! I didn't have to buy nearly as many decorations as I would have if we had done it anywhere else. Because it was SO pretty!! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Best reception venue in Utah County! Our daughter always wanted a summer wedding but ended up getting married in December. She said this place made it so she could have her summer wedding in the winter. The atmosphere is stunning! Trees, plants, strings of lights throughout, two fireplaces, a gazebo, and a waterfall. Our guests couldn't stop commenting about what a beautiful place it was. They have a full kitchen complete with 2 commercial size refrigerators and a freezer, dishes, water dispensers, etc. They have arches for backdrops, linens and tablecloths in all colors, multiple sizes of tables, easels and a complete sound system. The fires in both fireplaces added such a warm homey touch to our event. The hearth area is a perfect backdrop for pictures and is large enough for a dancing area. A staff member is on hand the entire day to assist however is needed. There is a beautiful bride's room and a groom's room for changing and storing all personal items. We loved that it was available to us for the entire day to allow time for set up, luncheon or whatever we needed it for. The BEST part is that it's not loud and doesn't echo. My husband and I have attended a lot of receptions in the area and that is always our biggest complaint....other places are so loud. Highland Gardens has one room for your receiving line and/or ceremony and another for a luncheon or for guests to enjoy refreshments. It was so nice not to worry about washing tablecloths or putting away tables and chairs at the end of a long day. There are no hidden fees or add-on prices and the entire staff is so wonderful to work with. Thank you Highland Gardens for helping make our daughter's day PERFECT - just what she had dreamed of!

We held our reception and luncheon at the Highland Gardens February 8th. It was an amazing day and we've had nothing but compliments. We'd looked at a few other places and didn't find anywhere that even compared. The Highland Gardens let us use the facility for the entire day and because there wasn't another event the day before, they let us set up our decorations the night before. Not having to worry about anything is what they are all about. We had decided before hand that we'd use two of the similar, but different colored table linens. Then the night before as we were setting up we decided we'd like to use the same color the whole day. The staff were so accommodating that they washed the linens we wanted in between the luncheon and the reception. The facility comes with decorations, dishes, linens, tables, chairs, a TV, and a microphone, not to mention the staff member they have walking around the facility in case there is a need. It was cold and rainy inside and we were in a garden paradise with our closest friends and family enjoying the celebration. A day that we'll never forget. If you are thinking about having an event at Highland Gardens, do it. You wont find a nicer more accommodating place for the price anywhere. My wife and I had our reception about two weeks ago at highland gardens. Everything went perfect! Both of our families loved the venue. The staff there is very helpful. They will sit down with you prior to the event and plan out everything. My family said that they were very helpful organizing the clean up after we had left. The venue is beautiful. Then we found Highland Gardens and it had the exact look we wanted, and was indoors, for an incredible price! The staff was very friendly! When we got to the reception center to set up on our wedding day, everything was already done. They have everything set up exactly the way you want it when you arrive. They have tons of decorations and tables and linens that they let you use, so we really didn't even need to buy/borrow anything! Everyone who came to our reception commented on how pretty the reception center was. I wouldn't change anything about this place.

What an amazing place for a Wedding Dinner and Reception! We are from Florida and our daughter got married in December....she wanted something that felt warm and inviting. When we visited Highland Gardens in the fall, it was beautiful, affordable, warm and inviting, available to us for the entire day of our event, and very functional--with two separate rooms, we were able to have the Wedding Dinner in the smaller room, and then move into the larger room for the Reception! We were concerned about guests driving in bad weather and this eliminated extra driving between locations. Shelly was amazing to work with! She listened to my daughter, took notes, and offered suggestions. She and her staff had everything set up perfectly when we arrived on the Wedding day. Having only been to the venue during the day, I was taken back by its beauty at night--the tulle and lighting overhead create a magical fairy-tale atmosphere! It was breathtaking! Other things we loved are the heated floors--brilliant!, the Bride's changing room was comfortable and beautiful (my daughter changed three times!), the double fireplace gave beauty and warmth, and the waterfall feature was a great backdrop for the dinner and pictures! Shelly's daughter and son-in-law were there during our event and were wonderful--they took down the dinner room quickly and quietly, adjusted some tables for us and helped us set up, checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable, helped us take down our things after the reception, and worked extremely well with the caterer. They were very sweet and helpful! The caterer loved the large kitchen with all of its amenities. We couldn't be happier with our entire experience...from the beginning planning stages all the way through the event-- everything was perfect! I will highly recommend Highland Gardens to my friends and family....I have one more daughter to get married--maybe she'll get married in Utah :)

We were so happy with Highland Gardens and are so grateful for all they did for us! Many people that came to our daughter's reception commented that Highland Gardens was a gorgeous venue. We had all of the advantages of a beautiful outdoor garden venue but with the comfort of air-conditioning and no worries about the weather. Our hostess, Vickie, worked all night to enable everything to go smoothly and to keep us all happy. She even brought us water while we were standing in the reception line and went way beyond her responsibilities by clearing tables throughout the evening! The cost was lower than any other venue we considered and they provided linens and so many decorations, as well as food prep tools and serving dishes. Thank you, Highland Gardens, for making our daughter's reception such a success!

This place is absolutely AWESOME!! My son and, now, daughter- in- law, had there reception here and it was beyond phenomenal!! The reception area is absolutely gorgeous with living, yes, living plants!! The feel was that of having the reception under the canopy of a densely populated forest. The staff was outstanding and so helpful and accommodating. One would expect to pay some exorbitant fee to use the gardens, but it was anything but. Very reasonable and we certainly recieved a lot of bang for our buck. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you Highland Gardens!!

Reception Center - Wonderful place for wedding lunch and subsequent reception. We used this for our first child's wedding and were absolutely pleased. We look forward to attending receptions there in the future and using for future wedding receptions for our other children. Must be considered by anyone needing a place for their event.

We loved our daughter's reception at Highland Gardens. Kim was so kind, very knowledgeable, and organized with all of the details before the big day. They allow you to bring in a caterer with full use of their kitchen, they provide a tv for your video, they were so accommodating to the photographer, videographer, cake lady, DJ, florist, and were so professional. Vickie was wonderful. She was with us for the whole night of the reception. She was pleasant, experienced,, kept things running smoothly, and made sure our needs were met. I highly recommend using Highland Gardens.

A fantastic wedding venue. The best I have seen in Utah County. Beautiful natural lighting inside their Tropical Indoor Gardens during the day time. After the sunsets the lighting inside is also beautiful and makes great bokeh in the background for some amazing wedding photos. The location is also excellent. Especially if your wedding is at the Timpanogos Temple. I highly recommend Highland Gardens. They pay attention to every little detail. Even their garbage cans are decorated fancy to not look like a garbage can. Amazing!

We researched over a dozen different Utah and Salt Lake venues for our wedding reception and Highland Gardens won our votes with their affordable price and fantastic inclusions. They offered more than we needed to have the WHOLE venue for the WHOLE day, a commercial-sized kitchen with dishes, THEY set up tables, chairs, and linens, and provided extra decorations! The hardest part for me was deciding which of all their linen selections, table centerpieces, and archways I wanted! I definitely suggest taking a tour first! See the greenery, waterfall, and fireplace yourself! There's so much more included than even what I mentioned here! If I ever want another beautiful and stress-free gathering, I'm definitely going back to Highland Gardens!

I attended a reception a few weeks ago at Highland Gardens and absolutely loved the venue. I am very fond of greenery and foliage, and being in such a cold climate, it felt a little more like summer inside to me during this cold season. They did an amazing job with all of the plants, even the ones outside that were taken back in after the reception was done (I'm assuming into the greenhouse side of the business). I had the chance to speak with the manager and also met the owner, both whom are very kind. I am all for outdoor receptions, but if for any reason I needed one to be indoors, especially in the winter season, I would not think twice about having it at Highland Gardens.

We had such a positive experience having our wedding reception at Highland Gardens! I am so happy we chose them, I would choose the same venue again, and I will continue to highly recommend them to others. Our son got married in San Diego, and we had an open house in Utah nearly two weeks later on Jan. 10, 2015. We only needed the facilities for the evening, but we were able to have the entire place for the whole day. This allowed us to leisurely decorate during the day any time we wanted to come in. Shelly was incredible to work with! We met with her before that day to discuss the layout of the tables, linens we wanted to use etc. Her crew had everything set up as planned when we arrived. We brought in food, flowers, and a few pictures to decorate, but everything else was already beautiful with lights, fireplaces, greenhouse plants, linens etc. The bride and groom rooms were beautiful. There was plenty of space for guests and dancing. It was a wonderful evening! Because the send off was already in San Diego, Shelly suggested we may want to open presents that evening. We had the facilities until midnight and no one was anxious to kick us out. We stayed until well past 11:00 opening gifts, eating, and chatting with family. It was so nice to have the tables, linens, centerpieces, sound system, lights etc. already included in the price up front, so there were no extra costs tacked on. Plenty of parking, the marque announcing the couple's special event, the friendliness of staff...it all made for a great experience. Thank you!

This place is A M A Z I N G ! My fiancé and I shared our special day here on Nov. 22, 2013. We had our reception at Highland Gardens and I could not have been any happier with the experience we had there. The reception center looked absolutely phenomenal due to the lights, plants, and decorations that Highland Gardens already had. Many of our guests, as well as myself, were shocked at how beautiful the reception center looked. On top of that, Highland Gardens provided a full kitchen, brides room, tables, chairs, linens, and draped lights for the reception. That was really helpful! Overall, this place is great! I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is planning a wedding reception or a large party. You will be taken care of!

My family left a family reunion in Idaho and sped all the way to make it here for a dear friend's wedding reception. When we entered, we were truly struck with the beauty--the feeling, the understated opulence. I wish I had taken photos of the venue itself, but I didn't. (The photos here just don't do it justice.) It's like another world--a fairytale almost. Sometimes nursery venues have an overwhelming humidity. This place did not. I don't know if they had really good air conditioning or awesome humidity controlling devices, but the air condition was ideal--and on one of the hottest days in July, that's saying something! We sat at a table near the back to eat our refreshments, and I just sat in awe at how gorgeous the large flowering room was. The tucked away fountains made for sweet background noise and the music from the band was perfect too--not so quiet that we couldn't hear them, but not so loud that we had to shout over them to hear one another either. If it weren't for my exhausted husband and children (who had left their siblings and cousins days before they wanted and endured the long ride just for me to have a moment with my friend), I would have wanted to stay there longer. The only reason I gave the venue 5 stars is that the lady usher who greeted us as we stood in line (with ten minutes to spare according to our invitation) tried very hard to cut us off and make us take a seat without greeting my friend. (She thought they should be wrapping up and getting ready to cut the cake.) Even after my sincere pleading and explanation of where we had come from and what we had been through to get there, she was annoyed and curt. I don't think all the employees were like this though. Perhaps she was just having a bad day.

My daughter was married in January and her wedding luncheon and reception were held here at Highland Gardens. We love this venue! Each of the staff were very helpful in all of our questions. We love that they not only provided the linens, but also decorative items for centerpieces and for throughout the area. This was extremely helpful as we live outside of Utah and did not want to transport a lot of decorative items. Highland Gardens also did all of our flowers, and decorated the wedding cake. My husband and I had our ceremony and reception held at Highland Gardens on May 2, 2014. The day was more than we could have expected! The staff was so kind and so good to work with, they were very relaxed and very helpful. They had everything we asked to be set up on time and it looked beautiful! I got many compliments through out the day telling us how beautiful and fun our whole wedding was! I would recommend this reception center to everyone I know! I wanted an outdoors wedding so bad, but did not want the stress of the unknown weather. Highland gardens gave me the outdoor feel without the stress, the temperature was perfect and the whole atmosphere was so fun and beautiful! We had our ring ceremony and reception in Highland Gardens and it was perfect! I had to plan the wedding from abroad so I had to rely upon the pictures shown on the website but the pictures don't capture just how beautiful the venue is! The staff were extremely helpful setting up all tables and chairs and rearranging when we asked to allow for a dance floor! I was initially concerned that the venue would be too hot in the middle of summer, but the staff were able to turn the air conditioning on so that it was a perfect temperature. The venue is so beautiful that very little decorations need to be put up! Definitely recommend it!

I had the most amazing experience with Highland Gardens. We held our reception at Highland Gardens on May 1st, 2014. Not only is the venue so so beautiful, but the staff was incredible to work with, they were so accommodating and helpful with anything and everything. We had the whole day before to set up all of our decorations because there wasn't an event scheduled for that day so the day of we didn't have to worry about any of that which was so nice. We also had our dinner in the ceremony room the night before which was SOO affordable and so convenient. We have heard and are still hearing soo many positive things about how gorgeous the venue was. I honestly could not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Highland Gardens.

We absolutely loved our reception at Highland Gardens! I planned our reception from out-of-state, and it couldn't have been easier! We wanted an outdoor garden reception, but the wedding was on July 3rd, and we didn't want our guests to melt! The perfect compromise was Highland Gardens. It's glass roof, greenery, cafe lights, and white chairs and tables made it look like an outdoor venue, all with the comfort of wonderful air conditioning! Because the venue was already so green and beautiful, we saved a lot of money on decorations and flowers. They provided us with the table linens to match our colors, and centerpiece holders, easels, and decorative tables for all our needs. After our wedding that morning, we only had to spend about an hour getting ready for the reception because they had already set everything up the way we wanted it. We only had to add in our few decorations. The venue was spacious enough to fit all our guests comfortably, but felt cozy enough for an intimate reception. The kitchen was set up to allow our caterer to easily manage the food, and the sound system was clear and worked perfectly! We had a wonderful reception and it looked absolutely beautiful! I'd recommend it to anyone. Thanks, Highland Gardens!

Got Married september 2016. The venue was AMAZING!!! Very easy to plan since you get the entire day for your event. We did our wedding, luncheon and reception all in one place. The staff was great to help us pick out table clothes, and we were allowed to use any of the decor that was there. We could use any catering we wanted or do it ourselves...just clean up after yourself in the kitchen. All the plates, glasses, and silverware, along with serving platters, and refreshment containers are available as well. Recommended to ANYONE looking for that "outdoor" feel with AC/ and heat for family and friends.

Everything was sooo green, and well kept. The day couldn't have been better. It was wonderful to have the facility for the whole day. The price was extremely reasonable, especially for what is included (tables, chairs, linen, the facility FOR THE WHOLE DAY, gorgeous plants, clean up, and a full kitchen). The waterfall was one of our favorite features! Everything was just beautiful and made our experience that much better. Bottom line, we would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

My wife and I just got married this weekend (11.23.2013) and had both our Ceremony and Reception here. It was fantastic. We booked it right after we walked in for the first time to take a look. It was the best price we found and they gave it to us for the whole day. They had everything set up for us (tables, chairs, linens, etc.) well in advance and we never had anything to worry about. The greenary was so beautiful and made the cold day not even matter because they keep the temperature just right. They also have a beautiful fireplace and a huge rock waterfall in the room for the reception. Set up and take down is all taken care of so you only have to wory about what you bring in. I recommend them for any event, not just a wedding.

My husband and I had our reception at Highland Gardens May 16, 2014. IT WAS WONDERFUL! We wanted an outdoor reception, but with it being May in Utah.. we couldn't really count on an outdoor venue. When I came across Highland Gardens, I fell in love with it immediately. My expectations were high, and they definitely delivered. Working with Shelly was awesome! She was so helpful and gave great suggestions and helped us out a lot. The night of the reception was fantastic! You decide how you want everything set up, and they set it up EXACTLY how you want it! Wonderful people to work with. They also had someone there all night, making sure that everything was running smooth. Great place and I definitely recommend Highland Gardens.

We attended a wedding here recently. I am giving it a 2 star because the women overseeing the venue was not hospitable at alll...in fact she was quite rude!! She was late for the wedding, extremely rude to the food caterer as well as the guests!! We ended up leaving along with others and not being able to enjoy more of the night!!

We had our reception and luncheon at Highland Gardens on April 23, 2015 and we loved it! Everything was taken care of for us. We did not have to set up or take down tables, which was a huge blessing not only for us, but for our families. The staff was also very accommodating and were ready to help whenever we needed it. Highland Gardens is a beautiful place to have a reception and would recommend it for everyone!
