BEWARE WHAT YOU BUY!! Inspect the plants you buy very carefully for pests! I bought some agave from this nursery. They took off very well and grew large but suddenly died. Turns out they were infested with snout weevils! WARNING anything you buy from a nursery immediately treat for pests. Some of my other purchases from this nursery have been fine.

Imagine it is your one and only daughter's wedding in a couple weeks and your "bride" decides your backyard's landscaping needs to be totally revamped in time for the post wedding brunch on Sunday after the Saturday wedding. Now put this "yard transformation wish" at the peak of Spring planting season when every landscaper who is worth anything is stacked up with more jobs than they can shake a stick at. But Danaerys ("high command") has spoken, right? Brian ("head cook and bottle washer"), Jose (chief "treeologist") and Roberto (flower "wizard"), partnered with their respective crews to deliver stellar results within days of the wedding we just had on April 27th (really was an amazing wedding, you should have been there). Brian is the owner, and he came out himself to access the job, and made time to review the proposed plan. Brian's enthusiasm and passion for customer satisfaction merges with his expansive horticultural knowledge to make for a very positive experience. Now for the crews doing the real heavy lifting... Jose and his team scaled the many large oaks and brought health to them and much needed light to the ground throughout our property. Having had other tree crews over the years work on our property, we learned what poor work they did compared to Jose's crews artful respect for our oaks. Was shocked at how the tree crew left zero trace of any tree's twigs or leaves etc. after seeing all they took down from the high limbs. Roberto lead the plant / flower / rock / mulch etc. landscape crew to make for a "Disney like property" in our backyard. Team graciously moved our current plants to better locations when replacing with high quality product from their nursery's inventory. They all worked together to make the necessary adjustments needed to deliver a top notch product. Over the top... When Brian found out we were having the reception at the Bowden hall next to his nursery, Brian offered to bring plants and flowers over to the outdoor reception area for our guests to enjoy during cocktail hour. Maybe Brian wanted to go the extra mile to help our daughter have an even more elegant day because he was thinking of his wonderful daughters wedding days in the future. Regardless of Brian's motivation, we were thankful for his kindness. By the way, our post wedding Sunday brunch was perfect weather sitting outside with our friends and family regaling the previous nights party while smelling the flowers and sights of all the landscape work done just two days prior.

Landscape Systems in Keller is just finishing up work on our yard, and I want to share how happy we are with the whole process. Brian is a wizard with his vision, knowledge of plants/shrubs/trees, and breadth of resources at hand. His thirty + years of experience in the business are evident, and we couldn’t be happier with our gorgeous new landscaping- just in time to enjoy the outdoors again! Brian’s team of tree trimmers, landscapers, and irrigation specialists are professional, polite, and dependable. They show up early, and they don’t leave until the job is done. And they leave the property in pristine condition! Roberto - the landscape head, is absolutely amazing with plant choices and placement, and his seasonal color choices for us are gorgeous. He and his team are so hard-working and easy to work with. Roberto and his guys transplanted three full-grown magnolias (!), as well as numerous shrubs. They planted all trees and shrubs with care and thoughtfulness. We had worked with 2 landscape companies previously, and had tried our own hand at the landscaping. We finally decided it was time to stop wasting money and turn to the experts. We are so glad we finally found Landscape Systems!

they have a huge variety of flowers and plants and the cutest Dog! some flowers are cheaper than lowes/home depot but other are over priced. I spend a lot of money on flowers twice a year and this is the place to go.

Brian and Ellen did an outstanding job making recommendations for our new landscaping. The home we bought had been neglected for years and we wanted to “start over”. Brian (owner) is a really nice guy! He has really good products and a nice store. We overall had a great experience with him and especially his crew (Joel (crew foreman) and his crew are awesome at their work!). Brian took time to walk us through a plan for our front beds. He gave us multiple options for our landscape plan. He pulled up our property on google, so he could see how it was situated in reference to the lighting and to get a feel for how the beds were laid out. He even drew out a sketch of what our plan would look like. We were able to choose our big ticket items, such as trees. He requires half of the invoice to be paid upfront. The only gripe I have (minus 1 star), Brian is hard to get in touch with to schedule his crew. They are in high demand due to their quality work. You just have to keep on him. You won't be disappointed by their work. Brian you need an account manager! Haha!

We love the team at Lanscape Systems of Texas in Keller! We recently built a home in NRH and did not get much with the builders landscape package. We met with Hayden at Landscape Systems of Texas to help us select some trees, bushes and additional landscaping. Hayden and the entire team there are always incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable about all of their products. He came to our house to see our front and back yard and made several suggestions. My husband and I had a few trees we thought we wanted and Hayden took the time to explain what would and would not work best based on our situation. We purchased 2 big trees, several ornamental trees and several bushes. Hayden’s came out with his team for the install and they did a fabulous job. He even had his sprinkler guy come a few days later to adjust our sprinkler system to best water the new landscaping. We are very happy with their work and will only shop at Landscaping Systems of Texas from now on. They are a wonderful family owned nursery that can serve all your needs. The owner is an arborist too and we had his team come out and clean up two existing trees that were full of a spiky vine. I since referred my folks to them and they were just as pleased with the quality of their plants and the service.

Very reasonable owners. They have guarantee for their trees if they plant them however, I elected to buy a pair of trees and plant them myself. They died, mysteriously, about 2 then 3 months after I planted them. They provided me a 50% discount for a future purchase... Think I'll be getting them to do the planting next time.

Bought Star Jasmine told they would live through the winter. Told since they didn’t plant they couldn’t refund our money. Told them we didn’t want a refund but the right ivy/vine that would grow since we were told the wrong thing. Wouldn’t even do that we spent several thousand dollars on plants from this place. The lady said the guy that sold them to us was fired because he didn’t know what he was doing. Guess none of that matters. Don’t buy from here. I even told her I looked at multiple websites and that they all say Star Jasmine only rate up to 10 degrees.

It is massive behind the building with tons of trees, bushes and decorative grasses. Inside they have awesome landscape and patio art, water features and antiques. I love it all! We have been customers of Landscape Systems of Texas for several years buying our yearly spring plants etc... as well as some really unique gift ideas. We just had them contract some work for us in our back yard. The scope of work was to remove a large Bradford Pear tree, remove existing/remaining Bermuda grass, level yard with new top soil and install St Augustine sod, as well as adding some crushed granite stone to a small area on the side of the house. The price was actually a little less than we expected so we added a crepe myrtle tree to be planted. We could not be happier with the final work done. Everything was very professional and just as promised. The contractors were fast, seemed extremely knowledgeable and professional. They also cleaned up after they were done, not leaving a single bit of debris or trash anywhere on the lot. Also, all of this was done in less than a day and half. My wife and I highly recommend Landscape Systems of Texas!

Found this place last year and bought a few wax leaf ligustrum for my backyard. I came back 2 weeks ago and bought two more trees for $200 each. Also spent another $250 in flowers. Everybody was friendly and helpful even the owner, Ed. Until I came back returned two plants next day after I purchased; didn't plant them in the ground . That when I realized they won't refund the money, just store credit. I was fine and even told the cashier that I don't mind because I'm sure I will spend a lot more than that store credit. Be aware the policy before you buy. I was at the store on Saturday, May 13th to buy more flowers. I asked one lady who works there if Gardenia is evergreen and won't die in the winter and she said yes but I came home and did some research and found out I have to wrap with blankets if the temperature drops. I don't want to go through that so brought back the two on Tuesday ( 3 days after) and they said no return, just bring them home because the condition is not original. Really? I didn't even plant them down on the ground and I did ask them to check, even the soil was still damp. I had to come back the next day, the owner still said no. The man who saw me bought the two gardenias even said the condition was the same when I bought them. I ended up got 20% less than what I paid for( about $30) Good customer service goes a long way . That how they treat their customers then so be it. I have plan a lot more to replace my flowerbed. I guess it's the end of it.

We wanted to use Brian for the landscaping on a home we recently purchased. He came to our home and had some great ideas. At first we were going to do just the front yard, we received a quote in Feb. which also included shrub and tree removal. The entire yard was overgrown with trees, so he then recommended a tree person who removed more than 50 trees and stumps, in addition to trimming some trees. Were talking big trees..They did an amazing job for $2800. would highly recommend them!! In the summer, we changed directions to do our backyard first, we did some hardscaping and called Brian back. He provided an new estimate in August for the backyard (over $10K). This time there was not a specific charge for removing trees or tree trimming outlined in his proposal. We agreed to get started and he sent a crew in to start, (This was my mistake for not questioning him, but trusting him). His crew removed 6 trees, trimmed about a dozen trees and cleared an area for planting. They didn't remove all the trees (1 or 2 left), finish trimming, or remove any stumps and immediately wanted a check for $2435. then said they needed another 1/2 day to finish the rest of the work... another $1200. This was not on the estimate and when I questioned this, he showed me the Feb estimate. My mistake I guess. Brian has been paid for his initial work. I still have to have someone remove stumps and trim a few trees, but I'm confident the landscaper we hire to compete the job will do this. Something else, The estimate had 5 different plants priced for 5 gallon containers. We went to the nursery in Keller and all the recommended plants were in 3 gallon containers. Was told the sizes were approximate and they were cheaper than anyone else in the area.

We came in with our gardener and asked for their professional opinion on what type of plants and flowers we should plant for a very low maintenance yard. We don't have a green thumb and didn't want to have to spend the time outside doing maintenance on these, just something that looked pretty and had good curb appeal. We spoke to many of the employees and they all agreed we should go with perennials and a leopard plant. We showed them where they would be planted and they told us exactly which plant and flower to put where based on sun and shade areas. It has been a month since we got them professionally planted by our gardener and we have made sure to have the right watering system on them and they are all dead. All of the plants and flowers are wilted and brown and falling over. I took several pictures and went back to show them what happened because I know Lowes has a 1 year guarantee on their plants and flowers so I thought they would have that policy as well, especially after having such extensive conversations with them. I was wrong. I spoke to several employees and the owner Or manager Brian and he was very rude and said the flowers and plants looked just fine to him. He refused to do anything about it and told us to spray miracle grow on them. Said they do not have a guarantee on their flowers unless they are installed by them, which we were never told about or offered this service. He also said you have to use a special sanitized too soil with their plants and that was also something we were never told when buying them or else we would have given our business to someone else. We will never go back here, their quality or plants and flowers are horrible and their customer service showed their true colors after we had purchased from them. Please see the attached pictures of what their plants and flowers are doing and we have had several gardeners come by and tell us we are watering them just fine and doing nothing wrong on our end, it is just their bad inventory band also bad advice given from them on what plants and flowers to buy and use. We spent over $1000 and now just one month later it is wasted and now we have to go purchase from another place and pay for them to be professionally installed once again. They have caused us to lose a ton of money and they could care less.

We have been so happy with all of the work done by Landscape Systems. After remodeling our backyard landscaping, it was easy to call them back for the front yard and now also our seasonal color twice a year. Their designs are unique, beautiful and work well with the environment (Texas heat, sun, shade, etc.). And the staff is great to work with - I can call them anytime with questions or concerns about my plants. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service at the store, a huge selection with knowledge staff and the tree planting team did an excellent job of placing the trees we purchased. Highly recommended by many and we were not disappointed. *** Update*** for some reason, one of my trees died. Guess what? Landscape Systems stood behind their tree warranty and once again impressed me with their quick replacement of the tree. This family owned and operated company represents the best of service and pride in their business.

Great experience. Got very knowledgeable help and when I said I need to get my truck and come back, they immediately offered to deliver everything immediately and free! This was on a Sunday afternoon so they were fairly busy. Showed up at my house about 10 minutes after I got home! Great service with a good selection of plants.

Highly recommend Landscape Systems!! Incredible service!! Brian and his team are top notch. Our goal was to completely re-do all of landscape in our back yard (having taken out all existing landscape). We arrived to Landscape Systems with a pencil sketch of our back yard and some photos. Brian took the time to visit with us, view the photos and talk about our options. We walked the nursery, getting visuals of the recommendations and...done...all that was recommended was spot on, exactly what we were looking for and met our budget needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else-great service, the staff was super friendly and helpful and the landscape options are endless!!

True disappointment. We contacted this company to come out and give us a quote on on landscaping needs for recent pool and outdoor living project. The owner Brian scheduled an appointment with us , in which we shared our style and desired design. During this consultation, he took any notes and really only promoted buying plants from his place. Concluded meeting with a promised to get us a design rendering. Needless to say, we never received any follow up !

Neighborly... they were trimming some trees for a neighbor and I needed a little help dropping one tree in my own yard (just wanted to make sure it didn't land on the house or in the pool). I normally would have asked my son or neighbor across the street (as I am a do it yourself person), but as they were unavailable, I asked the crew how much to simply give me an extra hand in dropping the tree (no need to cut up, clean up, or anything else), Landscape Systems said $0.00, that it was just neighborly to help out. Needless to say, they made a permanent customer out of me that day, and they are now the first place I stop when shopping for plants, shrubs, and related.
