I had Don and his team do multiple jobs on my property. They were not only on time and professional but also went above and beyond to make everything easy on us. When doing work such as this it’s easy for little things to happen such as lawn damage or other minor things, but Don and his crew tried to make us aware of any possible such things before they started. And when finished the cleanup was exceptional! I would recommend Sepe Tree to anyone looking for tree work. And I myself will Only use them in the future.

I hired Don and his company to grind a large stump in my back yard. The job was partially completed on 4/1/19. My house was damaged in the process. My house was damaged by the machine they used to grind the stump. The machine was squeezed through the entryway to my back yard. In the process it hit the corner of my house chipping the exterior foundation and scuffed the paint on my shingles. I alerted Don to the damage and the uncompleted job. He came to my house to inspect the job and the damage. He agreed the job was not finished. He advised he would come back with his team to see if it was possible for his team and/or the machine to have hit the house. I accepted this as a temporary resolution but did advise that I would like to finish the conversation upon his return. Before Don left, I also advised that I was only concerned with the damage done to the foundation of my home. Don never returned with his team. The job was completed by his team but without him on 4/8/19. The damage to my house was never acknowledged again. I eventually received the bill in the mail and continued to wait for follow up from Don. I received a call from his receptionist on 4/29/19 advising they never received payment. I advised that I am still waiting for Don to follow up with my complaint about the damage that was done to my house. She advised that she would let him know. Don called me a few moments later. He was very combative and unwilling to have a conversation regarding the damage. I attempted to discuss the matter several times. He insisted that I told him I was not worried about the damage. I advised that was not true and attempted to refresh his memory. He advised that he will let his attorney handle the matter and did not let me discuss the matter any further. Don was not willing to have a conversation with me regarding the damage. If I could leave zero stars, I would.

Very Professional Team which took out a very large Maple from my yard. Even in the snow, moved all rocks and items to avoid damage, cleaned my yard and neighbors. Highly Recommend to anyone for any size job.

Had a tall maple showing it's age by shedding one of it's large leaders over The Memorial Day weekend. Rot was exposed and tree became an immediate potential threat to structures. Sepe evaluated the tree on a Sunday and adjusted the work schedule to address the threat the following Tuesday. Services are efficient and fair. Appreciated the rapid response. Will recommend to others.

It took me a while to write a review but I really hope people read this and know that this company is a joke. The owner Don will act like a sweetheart to get the job but WILL go MIA when the complaints come in. His people ruined my fence and driveway. If you decide to go with this company, please do NOT pay him until the job is completed and to your satisfaction..Also check your property for any damage before handing Don a check because once that check is in his hands, you will never be able to find him.

Great tree removal company. We set up an appointment the crew came in and removed a huge oak tree right away. The price they quoted me was the best out of all the other companies. I am referring them to my friends and family.

Very down to earth. Extremely reasonable rates. I had 4 large trees taken down including stumps and trimming to others. My neighbors were impressed at Sepe's work ethics. I would definitely hire them again and I recommend them to you!!

The owner Don is extremely rude, arrogant, and not smart at all. He doesn't listen to you or any suggestions you may have. Forget about asking any questions, he is too busy being a loud mouth, indignent person outside of your house, in your neighborhood as if you don't have any common sense or decent to know any better. I would never recommend his services to anybody, just for the pure fact he has no common decency when on a consultation. Don needs to learn how to respect others when he is involved in an adult conversation and working with the public. If he is unhappy with interacting with other human beings, maybe working with the public "fee for services rendered" is not for him. Time to change professions or leave the work for the professionals.

I heard about Sepe Tree Service from my father-in-law. He needed to have a tree removed that was pretty close to his house. Sepe did a great job, so my wife and I hired them for our yard. We have quite a few large oak trees in our yard that needed to have the dead limbs removed, we had several stumps that needed to be ground down, and we wanted to remove one large oak tree that was leaning towards our neighbors house. Sepe came in the morning and had everything done and cleaned up by noon. We are extremely happy with the work Sepe did. They are professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

I went out to bid for one tree removed from my front yard, a large lead on a tree in my backyard and clean up of trees around my garage. I received bids from 4 different companies, prices and recommendations were all over the place. Two bids were outrageously high saying it was because of the electrical lines in front of the house. I had National Grid come out and confirm most of the lines were cable/telephone and the one that was NG’s was low voltage. Basically not a big deal and should not have raised the cost to remove. National Grid even said they would remove any branches near their line. Don from Sepe Tree came out, gave me a very reasonable price and more importantly to me - was honest about the pricing and what needed to get done. I offered them the job, within a week they came out and completed the job. The guys that came out were very professional, did an outstanding job and let my yard clean of debris. Couldn’t be happier!!! Would recommend and use these guys again without question!

If you are looking for prompt, professional tree removal and overall excellent service, you need to look no further than Sepe Tree Service. Don, along with his crew, took down a gigantic oak tree and Chinese maple tree on my property with ease...they cleaned the area after it was completed so well that you wouldn't have know they were even there. From the first phone call to the tree removal it was a pleasant and positive experience! I explained that I was in dire need of getting a new roof, on the house, but had a tree in the way! They were very sympathetic to my situation knowing I had a roofer in waiting. Within 3 days of my phone call, Don had checked out the situation and called me back! It was a Sunday afternoon when we spoke and the tree was removed on Tuesday Morning! Thanks to Don and the rest of the crew my roof is being replaced!!

Don called me back immediately set up a day to come by to check it out and quoted me a very reasonable price. In less than a week my problem was taken care of. I was looking to have a stump and SEVERAL trees removed and as soon as I said stump she interrupted me and said “well if you’re just getting a stump don’t expect an estimate for 3 weeks”.
