My spring yard clean up was extraordinary. The lawn love employee worked all day and didn't miss anything. He was professional, courtesy and hard working. I will definitely hire this company to do my fall clean-up.

DON'T BOTHER. Earlier this summer, I scheduled a weekly mow service. The first week was fine; the lawn pro did a great job. Week 2, I received an email stating the job was completed, but I returned home and found this wasn't the case. Week 3, nobody showed up, and I got an email stating that no lawn pros were available. After that, the job was rescheduled twice more, first due to family emergency, and then due to mechanical issues. I canceled with them, and mowed my own lawn for the rest of the summer. Then, recently, just for giggles, I tried scheduling a one time fall cleanup. I called the day of as it started getting close to sundown asking for an ETA. The rep said "sun up to sun down" which wasn't too helpful. She said she would have the lawn pro contact me and let me know his ETA. He never did, nor did he show up. Lawn Love - great concept, great website, poor execution.

More times than I can count I’ve had my services rescheduled for so many reasons (family emergency, ran out of sunlight, couldn’t find someone to assign to the job etc). This service I’m supposed to have this week has now been rescheduled 3 times in a row, I’m not looking at next Monday (I’m sure that’ll be rescheduled too). Not impressed at all, no one seems to care either. No customer service representative calling apologizing for all these inconveniences. The 2 times I actually had people come, one of them brought his girlfriend who followed him around the entire time. I would NOT recommend. PS. Of course my service for today was rescheduled yet again...if you actually want work done, I suggest you look elsewhere!!!

Cancelled service before it even began. Why? Not reliable. I scheduled my first service with this company only for them to arbitrarily cancel and reschedule the first appointment twice. It's unfortunate that I had to cancel because the prices seemed really reasonable, but reliability, in any service industry, is key.

Lawn Love Care was very professional on the latest snow storm we just had. It was the first time I’ve used them and they were fantastic. Their app is great and their communication with me before, during and after the snow removal service was off the charts. I will definitely be setting up snow removal services with them for the remainder of the season. Their pricing can’t be beat. They are a 10!!! Jane K Colonna
