I went on Thursday morning, the guy was rude and rolled his eyes when I asked him a newbie question. Then he was buddy buddy with the guy behind. Kind of hope the business fails. The store next summit compassion in Warwick was happy to answer questions. Warwick got my money, not this clown

This place has everything you need for every situation. The guys there are always very helpfull no matter what your experience level. I go there for almost everything i need for my garden.prices are average but there always there when they say they are and they always have what you need ..

Mark, your comment speaks volumes to your "customer service". My review is accurate and unbiased, and you tell me, the customer, that I am "totally off base", and suggest I call you personally to question your service? What's with the tough guy talk? I suggest you simmer down on the ego, lay off the weed a bit, and treat the people who come purchase your products with a little more respect. I have been to three other stores within a 25 mile radius, running into other patrons and store owners... many of whom say the same thing. Service and prices are not very good at Hydro-Earth. I don't make it a habit to leave feedback on websites, computers aren't my thing. But when I have an experience such as the one I had at Hydro-Earth, I feel compelled to let others know.
