I'll keep this short. PAY A LITTLE MORE... DONT BUY JUNK. There was massive amounts of gravel in the loam. Killed all the seed and work I did last year. The reason for this negative post is I got no real response from 'Deb'. Sent her pics and all. No offer for money back.. No offer to replace. No care on her part. I'll post pics of my yard, it is terrible.
