Christine, I wanted to write you an email this morning, but I do not think anything I will say will mount to the gratitude I have for working with you, Monica & Keitha for our August 1st wedding at WoodStone Country Club. When the wedding planning started, I knew when I met Monica & Keitha at a bridal show, I instantly knew it was meant to be. These woman are supposed to create my wedding flowers. There was no hesitation in the booking, it was simple no brainer to be honest. From the time I met the staff at the bridal show, sealed our wedding date with you, emailed back & forth asking questions, having meetings at the shop, I can truly say I felt home. I felt like I was working alongside family the whole time. All of you truly proved to be more & more professional as the time went on. You all never ONCE disappointed me. Not once. I need to boast to the universe about you all. The morning Keitha & Monica came into my house and showed me all the flowers, it gave me goose bumps seeing how amazing and picturesque they were. The flowers were STUNNING. The centerpieces, breathtaking. Corsages and Boutonnieres, absolutely PERFECT. There is nothing my husband & I can say or do to make you all understand how much we truly appreciate and loved our flowers. I can't thank you enough for all your hard work during this planning. I am so unbelievably sad the wedding is over and I have nothing to plan along side with you! You truly have something wonderful going on over at Ross Plants & Flowers. Keep up the amazing work.

I used Ross as my wedding florist and had a great experience. Working with Keitha was great because she's so sweet and has great ideas. I don't know much about flowers, but she helped me figure out what I like and really brought out my style. The arrangements came out more beautiful than I could have imagined, and many guests mentioned how much they loved the flowers. I would definitely recommend Ross as a wedding florist!

Keitha and everyone else at Ross Plants and Flowers were the most amazing florists we could have ever hoped for. We were getting compliments all night about our flowers. People say 'nobody remembers the flowers' but we can confidently say that won't be true for our wedding. They were truly breathtaking. They not only did the traditional flowers for us, but also an archway, aisle decor, provided everything for our unity tree ceremony and gave us endless advice and help. We really let them have free range with what they wanted to create (all we knew was we wanted succulents included) and I think that's a reason why our flowers turned out so beautiful. The florists here are true artists and their talent was made so obvious by the floral designs! They were prompt with response times and even let us make changes and additions the day before when we realized we needed tulle for the tent stands. Priced very fairly too! Could not recommend this vendor more.

My little brother and I rode two miles to get flowers for our mother's birthday. I had zip- tied a basket to my bike and was going to ride back with them. When we were there, they noticed our bikes and offered to personally deliver the flowers to our house at no charge. I am incredibly thankful for the wonderful service and staff. I highly recommend going to Ross.

Ross Plants and Flowers has been my go to for special occasion flowers for my wife since we moved to the area 2 years ago. Every arrangement that I have previously received have been beautiful. Recently I purchased a nice arrangement for my wife, but the flowers died within a day (obviously not normal, especially from Ross). I sent an email with photos of the flowers to their company email, hoping to get a response. The owner of the company contacted me within 2 hours of me sending the email (it was on a Sunday!). We emailed back and forth and eventually spoke to each other on the phone during the next business day. The customer service that I received was SECOND TO NONE! The replacement flowers that my wife received are absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a company that will stand behind their product, who believes in customer service, and who makes sure that you get what you pay for, you should use Ross Plants and Flowers. I will continue to use them moving forward because they have earned my business.

They have excellent prices on hardy mums now. 3 for $15.00. They are full pots and will come back year after year when planted in the ground.

Most beautiful flowers I could have asked for, for my wedding. The colors were stunning, flowers were so fresh and beautiful, and the staff was such a pleasure to work with. My husband and I had an outdoor tent wedding with 200+ guests with a rustic/barn/outdoor spring theme. I used to work in the flower business so I was VERY PICKY about the colors, shape and types of flowers I wanted for all arrangements. Ross Plants and Flowers hit it out of the park! They were so amazing from the first consultation all the way to the wedding day! My flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS and EXACTLY what I wanted. They really nailed it. The displays created by Keitha and her team for my daughter's wedding were stunning! The centerpieces were absolutely gorgeous, elegant beyond our expectations.
