Extremely surprised with how quickly they got my mower finished up. Got nervous when I saw a sign outside advertising for mower technicians. I imagine they are super busy this time of year, and to have my mower finished in 2 days is remarkable. Keep in mind I didn’t have an appointment just showed up Friday morning unannounced and I’m sure they had to order parts as well. Prices all seemed reasonable as well. Will probably only consider them in the future for repairs or new purchases.Very impressed!!

We had a bad experience and strongly do not recommend Kerry's Lawn & Garden Equipment Center. Besides being very unpleasant and rude. We paid over $250 for a repair to a piece of our equipment that then failed and they subsequently provided a vague estimate for the second repair that started at $500 and increased to over $700 which they refused to provide it in writing. Then, when we went to pick up the piece of equipment that we decided not to repair, they charged us over $50 for an estimate charge, but when they gave us the equipment back, it was disassembled and inoperable, because they started the second repair without our authorization and the disassembly was not required for the repair estimate. When we provided the unit back for the second repair, it was operable but starting to fail, we guess they feel they put the unit out of its misery by dismembering it and charging us for the execution. Hopefully the time and level of detail we put into this review makes it meaningful and motivates if them to try to improve things and prevent the bad experience that we had.

I posted a negative review before this review. I felt like I should change it after the experience I had with the service tech and sales associate. These guys are pretty awesome at what they do. They showed me some things I needed to keep my mower running at top performance. They could of just told me to get out of their store, but they chose to help me. That is a class act service. I had some previous experiences that could of been dealt with differently with myself being also responsible. I hope we can continue a long standing relationship.

Very rude, unprofessional, tinkerers, that will charge for parts and labor like your neighbor would, they do not understand the concept of estimate. Please save yourself some time and headache and find a professional or get a new one home stores always have latest and greatest features.

You rock!! Tractor is smiling too! P.S. - (BTW, your nearby competitor didn't even bother to answer my inquiry. They probably weren't very knowledgeable, and certainly not eager to help, unlike Kerry's personnel!)

i went here a few years ago on my first and last visit. i wanted to get my blade sharpened on my push mower. i wanted it sharpened and balanced and was told they dont balance the blade?? That sent up a red flag right away. stay away from this place!!

It isn't cheap to repair your stuff. Well not anywhere. This place is fine but they're not so great notifying you when they're finished.

Kerry Zimmer is a liar. He takes inferior crappy parts, takes them out of packaging and sells as Genuine parts for OEM prices. Very unethical and just a miserable person to deal with. And Jim gosnel is just as bad...rude ride rude Kerry do us all a favor and close up shop.
