Stopped in today seeking creative ideas on what I could do with my small front yard (I'm a rookie when it comes to flowers and garden). I showed pics of my yard and was assisted by Nicole. I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them patiently and thoroughly. You can tell she has such passion for her work and it showed by how she assisted me. I was shown the whole nursery on all things that could work and what wouldn't. I've now put in everything I purchased and am extremely happy with the choices she helped me pick out. I usually don't do reviews but this I had to, because it was truly one of the best customer service I've ever experienced in any industry. I now know which nursery I plan to use for all my future projects. Thank you!

Ordered 3 yards of what was supposed to be a premium product, a 50/50 mix of screened topsoil and mushroom compost. Received 3 yards of subsoil mixed with what was obviously mulch, and of course plenty of garbage. Saw a few pieces of mushroom soil but that was about it. Called and said they must have sent the wrong product, was told driver mixed the order correctly. Just dishonest! Go elsewhere!

Just used this nursery for landscaping services and absolutely do not recommend them. They scheduled for the first week of June and called me yesterday 30 minutes before they were showing up. The quote was well above others but I went with them because they seemed more reputable than a lawn mowing service. Turns out I was wrong. The woman doing the quote, Mary, gave a quote for mulching my entire front yard and only one tree in my back yard. Yes, she thinks I wanted a quote for one dead tree to be mulched and everything else to remain dirt. We specifically discussed the backyard being mulched. On top of it all, the yard just looked okay with smaller bushes. Definitely not worth the exorbitant cost. If you are crazy enough to use them, inspect the quote if you get one and request specific wording included.

With just an e-mail from me, Holly Days appeared at my house today. There must have been 6 friendly, professional guys on the crew. They edged all of my beds, trimmed all of the shrubs, cleaned up the winter's leaves, mulched everything (15+ yards), and cleaned up after themselves. They even took the initiative to fill in a few snow plow ruts in my lawn. GREAT experience, highly recommended.

I needed help with choosing a tree and perennials, and I returned 3 times with questions and asked different people. I found their staff to be well informed, extremely patient, eager to help and honest. Nicole was particularly awesome, Matt was informative and patient, and Jim and his crew of tree planters were very thorough and careful. The perennials I purchased were NOT root bound in the pots when I transplanted them (like some places), and are looking great in the garden, I will return again.

We just put a pond in the backyard but needed help with water plants. Jake helped us with everything and was excellent! Answered all our questions. The lady who checked us out was great, too. Beautiful plants...could have spent a fortune.
