Clean Energy personnel cut down about 3 of our cypress trees and ground out the roots. We were very pleased with their work and the cleanup afterward. The second time we used Clean Energy was to treat about 10 Canadian Hemlock trees for Wooly Adelgid. The employee injected a chemical into the ground around the base of each tree. He seemed very knowledgeable and good about his job. Clean Energy is going to work on our front lawn in fall by filling in with soil and planting grass seed. We would not hesitate to recommend Clean Energy to anyone.

UPDATE: This company has gone downhill severely the past few years. My lawn looks worse than it ever has, worse than neighbors who had NO company caring for their lawn. They messed up and won't take responsibility. The told me they would re-seed the dead parts of my lawn "for cost." No. They should fix it for no cost. They are fired.

Want a company that does great work and is easy to work with, This is the one for you. Our yard never looked better and Clean Energy Staff was wonderful.

We contracted with Clean Energy in 2014 to design hardscape and landscape. The hardscape installers worked about 4 hours a day between arriving late and several 1 hour breaks each day. They actually did a very nice job--no problem with the hardscape. But, they fell 3-4 weeks behind schedule and our fall planting ended up in October. The crew planted a bunch of shrubs and trees on a Thursday afternoon because the designer was leaving on vacation on Friday and the owner was suddenly in a hurry to get paid. There was little or no soil preparation. Many of our plants died including 3, 8-10' hemlock trees. We have come to learn that many of those plants are high risk to plant in the fall, especially that late. By springtime, the designer had left the firm, and it was quite difficult to get even minor resolution to our problems. We are about to redo about 75% of this pricey project. Nice to hear that some folks have good experience...we did not. That said, we continue to use CE for minimal lawn maintenance. The fellow who does this work is very pleasant. 2 stars because the hardscape is well done, albeit 3-4 weeks late, which caused huge landscape problems. Unhappy customer--lots of wasted $$$!

I can't speak for any landscaping service, but carpet cleaning is a different story. Didn't do the entire 1 room I asked for, but still charged full price for 30 mins worth of work, and added extras without making me aware of how much extra they cost. Wanted to put a stop payment on the check, for dissatisfied service, but couldn't. They quickly cashed the check, $170, and would not return my calls when I tried to speak with the manager about the situation.

I've used Clean Energy for lawn maintenance (weed, feed, etc. ) and advice since we bought our home 3 summers ago. Their care and input has helped us greatly improve the look and health of our lawn. They've also helped us plan a new look and layout for our landscaping with specific recommendations for shrubs/perennials to fit our home. We're thrilled with the transformation so far and can't wait for the next phase!
