Tried to get some information about the garden center at this location. The front desk ignored my dad and I, just to gossip with her co-worker.

7 Dees, you should be fined! My neighbor is having a backyard project done that has taken a month so far. Noisy workmen arrive at 7AM run caterpillar and then take off when it warms up. Today a huge crane has our street closed off with pallets of cinder block being swung over our house. The noise is deafening. No advance warning or communication. I've called the landscaping division of this company and the guy is always away from his desk or on vacation, so does not return calls. This morning the street is blocked off and we can't move our vehicle on the street because it is blocked by huge white bags and equipment. The very least you could do is give close neighbors a warning. The property owners are still on vacation--smart people!

WOW i worked for them years ago and we did really great work. I moved away from Oregon 20 years ago ,and reading the reviews here Today now make me wonder what happened . The irrigation work My friends and co workers did for the Clackamas Town Center and street of dreams were excellent.Sad to hear so many bad reviews.

Cutthroat company. 14 + hour shifts 5 days a week on a regular basis is too much to expect of employees. Forman Gary Tillman lacks proper communication skills and is unable to recognize who is a hard worker and who is not. I believe, furthermore, that Gary Tillman is using irrational unfair processes to decide who remains employed and who does not. Your money, as a client seeking better landscaping and or landscaping care is better spent elsewhere. Your time, as a potential future employee would be waisted with this company.

This "company" forgets that I have backyard. I am going on week six without my landscaping being done. There are weeds as high as three feet tall. Grass that has not been cut and about a foot tall. Just plain negligent.

Discontinued services with my sister's account. There was initial mis- communication related to outstanding billing, however, Sean Snodgrass, Account Manager, took the time to personally look into it and wrote off the outstanding balance and wrote a personal letter indicating what he had done. Very nice personal touch which is rare now days.

Had someone come out to quote me on some landscaping, and he was very nice, but overall I was dissatisfied with my experience. Asked for the quote to be separated out so I could choose which things I'd like done based on cost. The quote wasn't separated out like I'd asked and it was all much more expensive than expected, so I asked how much to only have a tree removed. I got an email back saying they wouldn't do just the tree. FYI, they will not do any landscaping for less than $600. They might provide good service, but I can't speak to that.

Good work! I have not had them do my planting but their plants & trees are affordable and healthy and I am very happy with my Japanese maples. I would recommend them to my friends.

Just because one checks for the nearest location doesn't mean one actually went there. As the location wasn't real close. Five stars because the system works.
