I've visited Trochta's garden center a couple times now and have always had a great experience! It's a really lovely greenhouse with an interesting variety of plants. Kara was also very helpful and available to answer any questions.

I want to give a GLOWING review of Trochta's Flowers. I ordered an on-line bouquet from Trochta's which, when it arrived, was not what I expected. It was not, unfortunately, a Trochta's design. I let Trochta's know that I was disappointed. I received a phone call from them outside of business hours, letting me know that they wanted me to be happy. They replaced the original bouquet with one of their own designs, and it was more beautiful than anything I had originally envisioned. I would highly recommend Trochta's to anyone who has a need for a fresh floral arrangement. Thanks so much, Trochta's!!!

My fiance got me the most beautiful flower arrangement from Trochta's. It came with a huge vase and the fall colors were perfect for Thanksgiving! We met with Paige in the wedding department the day he got these flowers and she was pleasant and helpful in designing our wedding wishes. I placed an order for a very specific flower arrangement (including a red Ford Mustang play car), early morning for the same day delivery to a hospital in OKC. It was delivered early afternoon, looking even more beautiful than on the order website. Thank you, my son loved it!!! p.s. it is also great to be able to place an order from Canada :)

I called to set up a consultation regarding my upcoming wedding in February, the consultant who I spoke to said that they only see clients during the early afternoon during the week. Well, with individuals who work full-time, that is unrealistic. I asked if there was anyway we could schedule something on a Saturday, since they are open on the weekends, and she said absolutely not. I asked again, if there was anyway we could set something up outside of their normal consultation hours, and she stated that they would not work with my schedule. The consultant was very rude, and not willing to cooperate. I will never use their services. So shocked at their LACK of customer service.

I called from overseas to get some live plants/flowers delivered to my home for my wife. They were helpful, professional and quick. They then sent me a picture of the flower set and told me when it was being delivered so that I could call and talk with my wife immediately after the flowers arrived. What a wonderful experience from the time I made the call until the end of the order! I was blessed by Kristopher, my representative at Trochta's! He went to the Greenhouse and actually described the plant he picked out for me; how tall, the numerous "Peace Lily" heads that were in bloom, the description of the woven basket and its color. We picked out a deep purple bow. I am also getting an invoice inasmuch others who are contributing can see the cost. Kristopher took the time to ensure that our sentiments would be expressed on the card as intended; our parents are deceased but we wanted to include our parents and families I could not identify a word-Kristopher give me some suggestions! I am sooooo excited and joyful. Kristopher was like an Angel assigned to help me with this precious order!. I have used Trochta's several times and their arrangements are always gorgeous. However it is their customer service that stands out to me. from working with me to create an arrangement on a special occasion to the fact that I had an arrangement delivered and when it arrived one of the roses had been broken; (accidents happen). when I informed them that one of the roses was broken but that It was just FYI because my wife loved the arrangement; later that day she received a rose wrapped in paper delivered to her. their attention to their customers is; in my opinion; second to none. I will always use them for my floral needs.

I am devastated!! I ordered sympathy flowers for a family members loss and ordered them via the florists daily deal under SYMPATHY...and my family got the daily deal alright...they got crap flowers. I am so embarrassed. All they could say was "Well you only sent $45.00"...I'm so confused...I paid $45 + $18 for a handling fee, plus delivery. I got no phone call for more money, nothing, and I'm 5 states away. Wth!!! And they wouldn't even do anything about it, not make it right or anything...omg!!! Never again. I do not recommend this florist!!!!

This place is great! I was shocked about the size of their greenhouse connected to the building and one of the employees said that they actually had four more! I just asked for a $200 arrangement and really loaded it up with great flowers and made it look wonderful. Trochta's Flowers is definitely my new go-to for flowers and probably other gifts as well.

We received a hydrangea plant for our family member's wake from Trochta's Flowers on February 12, 2016 and they are still alive as of April 2, 2016!!! We are going to enjoy them for a long time in the garden. We ordered several other arrangements and sprays and they were well designed with fresh, high-quality flowers and so beautiful! Trotchta's provided flowers for my wedding on May 5th 2018. They were the only vendor that responded to our inquiries for pricing and availability with actionable information instead of just saying "it depends". They gave examples of flowers and their prices. After we chose them, they were able to work with adding some custom hand made flowers to the bouquet and provided great insights into how to get our vision into reality. They also did not try to push any particular configuration or type of flowers on us and helped us remain within our budget. I will be using Trotchta's flowers for all of my flower needs in the future.

I have been a long time customer of Trochta's. I have ordered flowers from them many many times over the years and my experience has always been fantastic. The people are always friendly, they seem to know what I want..even when I don't. I've even had them plant my yard from time to time. I've watched them grow over time and I can understand when they need to make changes to keep up with the rest of the world. Unfortunately, this is where I have to register a complaint. They recently changed their phone system to be a more modern and automated system. I can certainly understand why a growing business would need to modernize but they've lost that customer interaction opportunity that really sets them apart from their competitors. When I call, I want to talk to a person! I don't want to have to navigate through an automated phone system to be ultimately sent to someone's voice mail. I understand the need for voice mail because they are almost always busy or out planting yards, etc. I just want the opportunity to speak to a person first so that I can decide whether or not I want to leave a voice mail for a particular employee. Maybe someone else can help me...who knows. Trochta's, I love you still; however, can you please do something about your phone system? I beg you.

Chapel Hill United Methodist Church has recently chosen to use Trochta's for our altar flowers. The flowers are beautiful, professionally arranged and very fresh--some of them last for weeks. The bouquet fills our large altar table area. The flowers are delivered on time, and an email that confirms delivery follows within minutes. Trochta's honors our special requests for colors and "extra special" Sundays. We will be recommending Trochta's when our members and friends ask for a florist. We are very, very pleased! After posting this (one star) review yesterday (which I still feel was appropriate considering the situation) I received a phone call from Gina (I believe that was her name) with a sincere apology, which I appreciated. I was honest & told her I didn't believe I would use Trotcha's again. She seemed to understand (my business will not be missed, I'm not a regular customer). Today a Peace Plant was delivered with a note again apologizing for what happened yesterday. I have to say, I truly appreciate the gesture. Thank you & Please accept my revised review If only there were a way to leave less than one star.... I called trotcha's today to find out if I could bring a potted plant in for repotting. I explained that it was a gift from a friend (who is a VERY Good customer) from my mother's funeral & that I have had it since 2015 in the reception area of my office so that I could see it & enjoy it everyday. In the last week one of the plants has taken a turn for the worse & repotting it seemed to be the solution. I asked if I could bring it in on my lunch hour & have them repot it for me (because they close before I get off work) I was told "Yes, bring it by & we'll repot it for you" . So at the hottest part of the day I got in my car (which the AC is not working, not their fault, but still) & drove from Edmond to their location on the Broadway extension only to be told that the ONE person in the greenhouse was not there!!!!!! SERIOUSLY? WOW! I explained that I had called & had been told to bring it in... They all three just stood there & looked at me "what?" So I took my plant, got back in my unair-conditioned car & drove back to Edmond! I know no one cares about my one star rating, but I feel better & rest assured I WILL be letting the friend who gave me the plant know what happened today! In fact I will let anyone & everyone I see what happened! VERY DISAPPOINTING, to say the least! The lack of Customer Service is ASTOUNDING!

When I have a question about anything plant related I know I can ask on their Facebook page and they have an answer to my question very quickly. I had only heard about how the cake or flowers get messed up during weddings and had decided that I couldn’t have a perfect day based on the opinions of others. First time trying this floral shop, I ordered a beautiful desk arrangement and it was done very nicely. The staff was professional and courteous with my requests and they managed to deliver it on the same day I ordered it. I requested that they send me a text with a picture of the arrangement and they had no problem doing this for me. I was very pleased with their work and will definitely use them again!

My arrangement that I got May 29th is already dead and falling over. I’ve never had this issue before as a past customer. Very disappointed. I picked up 3 bouquets that day and none of them look good - 4 days later. Mine started keeling over on Friday. I hope this improves or I’ll need to find another flower store.

I've purchased flowers from all over the Edmond area and Trochta's is hands down the best I've come across. The reason I say this is because there is a noticeable difference in the quality of their products compared to their competition. Flowers are expensive these days, and the arrangements I get from Trochta's actually look like they are worth the money. The arrangements are always big and colorful and you can really tell they put time into their work.
