Responsiveness from the owner has been above and beyond what a lot of companies would do. They were genuinely concerned, responsive, apologetic and demonstrated a high level of integrity regarding the bad experience with service I received in Oct. 2017 — which involved a lack of attention-to-detail from the technicians, ultimately effecting my dogs. People make mistakes. Its a matter of what your actions are after that matter. The employees that work here are great, but maybe had an off-day that day... who knows. So, I am UPDATING THIS REVIEW to three stars due to the HIGH level of customer service and care I have received. My only request to them was that they correct any issues, if they exist, so other customers would not be effected the way I was, which they swiftly did. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a lawn care service, just be sure to CLEARLY define any special considerations you may have to ensure that things are executed in the proper manner.
