Today, I get home from work and see my yard had been sprayed. I did not request service, call the company nor have I heard of this company before... I call the company to learn that they sprayed the wrong yard. Not only was the quality horrible(so many missed areas being sprayed) but I looked on my cameras(have signs and cameras all over the place) and the driver was on camera peeing in my backyard!! How unprofessional and disrespectful! I had the office lady tell the owner to give me a call, he did a while later and when I told him what had happened he chuckled and said, "well at least you have a less weeded yard now.. Oh and sorry my guys took a leak in your yard." then he went on to mention, "oh you may want to water your yard so the treatment works better" like he did me a favor. I have little dogs that could have been poisoned if the treatment was not fully dry!! I am considering taking legal action..I would not recommend this company.

I was a customer for years. Then one year they never showed up. They always called before coming out. So first call of season I say they can't come out because neighbor has junk all over my lawn. Guy gets pissed and hangs up on me. No more calls. No service all year. (No bills either). Then, 1 year later, they send me a bill for services from the summer before - I guess pissed off guy told company he was coming out. I sent letter explaining situation. Even told them there were multiple people who noted lack of service that summer. They sent my account to a collection agency.

I’ve been very happy with Pro Lawns. They’ve maintained my yard for about 6 years now, and they have been responsive to our needs. They are also happy to chat and give you random free tips on lawn care. Prices have also been very reasonable.

Although I have not used Pro-Lawns for lawn assistance, I do have experience with their employees. While lunching at Jersey Mike's today, their employees backed their truck & trailer into a single parking spot, blocking me in. When I entered the eatery to ask them to move so I could get out, they rolled their eyes, chuckled at each other and offered no apology. Once in the truck, they merely pulled forward, leaving a very tight space to exit with another vehicle waiting to enter. With a truck and trailer, most customers will park in the Wal-Mark parking 50 feet from the front door. Certainly makes me question their integrity.
