I’ve done business here a few times and had a good experience every time. Recently I bought an Autumn Blaze Maple and had it planted. The whole experience was pretty simple and good. Price was good. I would definitely recommend this place

We went to look at fruit trees. We had to track someone down and before we could ask questions the guy took off. We were going to talk to someone else and they were too busy talking with other employees and never said anything to us.

I really like this nursery. In fact, the establishment is fantastic. The reason for such a low score is Scott, the landscape designer, is awful! He does not return calls or emails in a timely manner. We don't have a big yard, and it took him 3+ weeks to send us a plan. Then the plan he sent was such a disappointment. He did not capture our vision. He only gave me a design for our backyard, which depicted nothing we talked about. Then when we finally reconnected after he sent his design, he acted as if what all I mention was never talked about during his initial site visit. He supposedly came back out to re-look at the yard and then would rework the plans. That was almost two weeks ago and have never heard from him! Not even a response from my email asking where we stood on our design. This is UNACCEPTABLE! He is rude and does not provide good customer service. He needs to be let go.

I like this nursery but In the future I will only get plants that I can't get from Lowes or Home Depot. And the reason is, I planted two identical trees about 20ft apart and they had the exact same sun and water and soil, one tree did great but the other one died. So if precure warrentied their trees like Home Depot and Lowes I could have replaced it but they don't and I lost over a hundred bucks on a tree that should have lived.

Theres a very kind woman who works here named Maria, and she makes these beautiful combo pot arrangements, she has a love for what she does and it really shows. She is the only person who works here that is worth anything, and if I ever did return here, it would be because of her. Everyone else acted like I was this big inconvenience for asking questions, and one older employee ran over my foot with his cart and didn't even say anything. And double-check your receipts! Once i got home i realized that the cashier (Devon i think it was) rang every 2” plant i got as a 3.5” plant, and even charged me for full flats when i didn’t have any. I think he was just trying to rush because there was a line. I’m sure Precure would make the money thing right for me, but frankly because of how rude they all were, I’m just going to bite the bullet on this one. Happily going to TLC or Davidson’s now!

Great place to buy plants! I have purchased from them for many years. The plants are bigger and healthier than Lowes or Home depot. Don't expect to pay the same as big box stores however, you get better plants from a local nursery. The plants get watered better and have a better survivability chance.
