We like contractors who do things the right way, every time. Carlos and his team of professionals absolutely did that for us. They installed drainage and sprinkler solutions that assure we'll have 100% coverage of our yard and flower beds while repairing drains that help keep water from standing anywhere. They made use of existing irrigation lines where possible to keep cost down but additional new lines and all new heads were required. Where they trenched, they covered and leveled meticulously. They rolled up an outdoor rug in the courtyard so equipment wouldn't roll over it. As a final touch, they used a leaf blower to remove the small amounts of dirt that a broom might have missed. Our new system works great and Carlos showed us how to program everything for future use. Give this company serious consideration if you need anything done to your outdoor scapes.

Carlos and his team installed my irrigation and fencing. The installation was fine with the exception that they installed the gate so that the latch barely latches. The fence posts were only 3 years old when many of them had rusted almost clear through. We had what we though to be high quality coated steel fencing installed that should not have rusted out. I had lost his contact info, but happened to run into Carlos at the home and garden show this spring. I asked him about the fence posts and he said that shouldn't have happened, he took my name and number and said he would call and make an appointment to come take a look. A week went by and he never called. I in turn followed up and called him and he then sent his guys out. He informed me that the posts only had a 2 year manufacturers warranty, but would warranty up to 12 of the posts regardless. His guys replaced 3 of the 7 posts that were rusted through and then left. Since then I have called and texted Carlos. He informed me that his guys would be out later in the week. They never showed. Since then, Carlos doesn't answer my calls and he doesn't return texts. If he had simply said they are out of warranty I would have paid to have the posts replaced but instead he offered a service and never provided it. It just goes to show that he is not a man of his word and only sort of stands by his products. Poor communication, and not trust worth is how I would categorize his company and service. He also didn't correct the misaligned fence installation.

We recently built a new home backing onto a lake in northwest Oklahoma City. Excellence Irrigation was responsible for the complete design and installation of all landscaping including sprinkler system, outdoor LED landscape lighting, landscape fountain at front entry, large round patio with gas fire pit and rock seating, yard/roof drains piped to lake, rock edging around flower beds and trees, trees, shrubs and annual flowers for color in flower beds. We are very happy with the results and look forward to working with them in the future.
