I appreciate the offer but that's not necessary, your employees (especially in back garden area) are top notch and very knowledgeable. I'll likely be back in the future. Thanks again. Original Review: $28.21 fiasco. Older lady at front counter was very rude when we went to purchase. Very angrily says "Just put both coupons on, I'm not going to sit here and mess with this". Your 28.21 off 125 coupon is just that, don't get mean and upset with your customers when I want to split up a transaction to use 2 coupons. There were 2 of us, and we both had coupons. Don't show kindness and good will on your FB page, if your going to turn around and be rude at the checkout. I spent over $600 at your business today.

I rate pandy's as a 5 star. I have hundreds of plants ranging from cacti to outdoor perennials and many various indoor plants. Pandy's has foxfarm soils and fertilizers and other fertilizers such as epsoma, the staff is very nice I never in my time going here have I felt like no one knows what their talking about or helpful, the prices are very reasonable compared to many other places i use to go to. I really recommend pandy's to anyone.

Very unhappy with the lack of overall service while shopping there this past Saturday. The cashier Emily was to interested in socializing with the other cashier. Had to stand there and wait until their story was over to get rung up. No, it had nothing to do with work. I should have dropped my flowers and walked out. I wont be back for sure!!

What a beautiful garden center! Right now it is a Christmas wonderland, with inspirational displays and friendly employees. Loved our visit-will be back next spring for plants for sure!

Have been shopping here for the last 17 years through (3) houses. The plants (I mostly purchase perrenials and small trees) are always healthy and have never had one die on me. However, they are a little pricey, especially their non-attendance items.

We LOVE Pandy's!! We visit the store a lot!! We love all of the beautiful fruits, vegetables and flowers! I dress my patio every summer with vibrant colorful flowers and we buy potted plants and vegetables for our children to plant, they love watching the fruits of their labor grow and harvest them! Every time we visit, the employees ALWAYS welcome us and some of them even remember us! It's nice to receive such great customer service from a business! The employees are very helpful also! Most times I end up grabbing more than I can carry and one of their employees is right there with a cart or box to help me carry my treasures! Pandy's is a beautiful store! Employees are extremely pleasant and helpful. They have a great variety of flowers and hanging pots and bedding plants available. It's expensive, but there are coupons available here and there. And as they say, they can't offer a guarantee on the plants because there's no guarantee on the owners.

My parents loved Pandy's and my sister and I love it too!!!! We came up from FL and we are going home with 2 butterfly bushes, 2 hanging pansy plants, 1 huge spider plant and 1 exceptional purple hydrangea. The staff are sweet and ever so helpful.

I have walked in to Pandy's several times within the past month. I am very disappointed with how much they have changed especially with the holiday season soon to arrive. I miss the times the Christmas trees were set up and all lit with lights where you could travel down a path and view every option. I miss the "Christmas Wonderland." There was a train by the birds, poinsettias in the garden area of every color imaginable, the line for santa by the trees, beverages for guests, the light option that covered the whole back of the store, and lit trees outside the back for customers to purchase. The decorations now look as if no thought or holiday spirit was put into it. Every decoration looks to have a commercialized look that could be done by any person off the street. They hurriedly decorated it because everybody else was doing it. The prices are extremely over priced and the organization is not seen in the displays. It's not set in the view of a child's eye, it looks as if it's from the eyes of an adult just to quickly make a sale. Next, I notice there is one man who seems to be the owner. He is always on his phone, never happy, disrespecting other employees. (especially in front of customers) He seems to have an attitude based on his own self and not living the way the business was founded on. His attitude seems to affect the other employees. I know that everyday a business doesn't have a rosy day but I yet have to see one rosy day in the times I've visited. How do you feel the negative attitude affects other employees? I can't even describe how many times this gentleman is on his phone while in Pandy's uniform. Some one like this should work at Verizon? Am I wrong? One time I walked in and he was asked a simple question by a customer and huffed and complained that he had to stop talking on his phone to assist them. For as many young employees that work there I am astonished that they can be without using there cell phone as much as he does. It seems as if management expects the employees to carry out tradition and respect but can't follow through themselves. Just remember do what you love and love what you do in order to be successful.

Love pandy's! We have been going every year around Christmas time to pick out a new ornament with our family for 9 years, and my husband went when he was little with his parents! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. They always start conversation and actually care about their customers!!
