Very decent selection. I bought herbs, and they had many that aren't run of the mill varieties. I'm always impressed when a garden center sells currants. They also had honeyberries. They have great sales.

Love these dudes. Some guy literally went to the corners of the earth to try and find me a specific type of plant. Good pricing, knowledgeable employees and the plants are generally very healthy!

Terrible experience. Over priced. Tried to purchase a plant thst was marked on sale. It rang up on the store computer on sale. Owner overrode the computer and said it was really full price.

I came to Westerville from Chicago to check on the flowers i had planted at my mother’s grave stone. Alas they were gone. My friend and i went to the Hoover garden and gift center to get perennials to plant at the gravestone. We told the story and that there was no one to check up on it. One of their employees Holly offered to water them once a week until winter. She came out to the cemetery and i showed her the gravestone after my friend and i planted the perennials. I was so overcome that someone would go that far and above to help me. I have the highest recommendation for this establishment.

Good selection and the staff is very helpful. We needed a small tree for a spot that was getting too much water for the shrub that was there. They recommended a Japanese Willow and it is thriving. I also had a custom basket made and it is truly beautiful.

Tried calling two different times today to see if they had a plant I was looking for before making the 20 min drive. Never got an answer. Drive there and had to wait for someone to show up to the front desk, only to find out they don't have it. I let him know that I called and nobody answered, and his reply was, "oh, sorry". Not good customer service. No offer to see where else I could find what I was looking for.

Nice plants for last minute gifts. Got just what I had in mind and was on sale. Got all for under $20 and sales asst even gave me a tip regarding care. Have been there in past for summer flowers but didn't look around. Shop has lots of things - even non-plant items. Recommend checking it out.

I had the best time at Hoover Gardens this past weekend. They have rooms upon rooms of the most beautiful variety of plants, herbs, trees, and much more! Their gift shop area is filled with home decor and fun items to choose from. I purchased the most gorgeous mum I have ever seen! I was so happy to take that home. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and made my friend and I feel right at home. Perfect way to spend a Sunday morning! They even had a maze in celebration of this fall season for their guests, super cute touch. I know they have different events and classes through out the year so I can't wait to sign up for one and come back!

Awesome nursery. They take VERY good care of their plants, even after the rush of customers in early spring. Also, they have a very knowledgeable staff. I asked for them to see if they had a certain soil in stock, they took my number down and called me within 10 minutes to tell me they had it and the price. Top notch nursery here.
